Great trip - lots of fun - would come again. Came with my husband and 15 year old son. I shared a Jet Ski with my son - I drove for 30 mins and him for the other - it was great!

Friendly, welcoming staff - we are English and limited in Spanish but they were really understanding and helpful. Bought husband jet ski experience for his bday and he loved it, I sat in the shade with my 3 young children and waited, again a very welcoming establishment - this was a rarity in Torrevieja in my opinion so lovely to experience.

Surprised that we would have to follow a lead/guide. The hour was including all organisation of a group of 15 scooters. Lost some time on this. No phone or camera allowed, and they charged us €15 to get 50+ pictures they took, and they where exactly the same all of them. All in all okey once, won’t do it again. A total of €150 for playing duck duck goose is not my idea of jetskiing

We have book a service that they weren’t able to provide us. Website time frame is a scam and they don’t fulfill reservations made through the website. We ended driving an hour and didn’t received Service paid

There was a good set up here. A wee bit tricky to find at first (next to the Yacht Club) but nice helpful staff. First class jet skis and a good instructor. We did the 30 min trip. It was very exciting. I think I’d rather have done the 60 min one and done some snorkelling. These things are beyond fast. Would recommend it if you fancy an adrenaline rush.

Did this with my 14 year old son and it was an hour long excursion. It was enjoyable to be fair but I’m posting my review for this reason mainly. I paid extra for the photos and go pro camera. Photos were ok but all pretty much the same as taken when not moving. The go pro camera footage we waited about 20 minutes to receive the memory cards. Wasn’t able to check until I got home but there is no footage at all. I have tried contacting them but they do not respond. Please be wary

From the beginning the staff looks like they are not happy doing their job. We rent 1h and one of us had a problem, the staff couldn’t look after us. Basically they spent 1h doing nothing about when this guy couldn’t do activity proper. VERY DISAPPOINTED, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Also we try to talk with the person on charge and nobody came to talk with us and didn’t look after us even after the activity. That’s how they look after a group who rent 7 jet ski. (Also I’m being very nice writing this review)

Fun entertaiment, poor customer service. We're parasailing and after that we went to jet ski trip. That was on the evening, so looks like girls on customer service were exhausted or smth, but we're needed to ask many questions mutltiple times, cause there were no instructions/plan described at all. Like you get some yellow paper, and then you just stay, don't know what to do next. And nobody cares, so looks like you're supposed to ask everything yourself. Then after waiting for like 30 minutes we finally proceeded to jet ski, and when we just departed some instructor guy noticed how I tried to move left and right on very low speed, just to get it on to how to steer jet ski (We were last in the "convoy"), so he started to instuct us in very rude way on what we should do, and what we should not, how we are not allowed to steer jet ski, that we could roll over and jet ski will brake, etc, etc, etc. Almost screaming on us, cause jet ski are on, so motor noises, waves, etc. And then he just went away to enjoy his ride and do some crazy tricks. Like thanks man, you've just ruined my trip at the beginning! In the end parasailing and jet ski was fun, although on the jet ski there were no even 5 free minutes to just freely drive or swim in the sea. All ducks in the row all the time. That was boring, especially watching instuctor doing crazy things.

Awesome experience! we arrived on the day we wanted to go out on jet ski, and were at first met by a not too forthcoming staff member. We went to a different staff member, and found to book 3 jet ski instead of 4, with two people on one of them. The experience was very professional but also fun to push some boundaries! All the way through it was a safe experience, with the staff keeping an eye on everyone making sure nobody got lost or needed help. Really an amazing experience, with a price we felt was very fair considering how awesome the experience was.

Fabulous experience would highly recommend! First time driving a jetski and staff were friendly and knowledgeable and put us at ease. Felt really safe even though we had them flat out, good route and will definitely be back.

Do not book this trip at Viator. They are overpricing it, and the price guarantee is just a scam! In my case they charged me over 400€ and the price at the operator was 250€. Book directly at the operator to save money and have a good trip!

Great place for jet skis my second visit staff are really professional and friendly and the skis themselves are very well kept great way to spend 30mins on the sea for €70 money well spent will be back again

Allthough the waves were pretty big we had a safe and fun experience. The staff is really nice and friendly. Well organized.

Booked a ski jet during the day, the booking was personally confirmed by staff and written down. On arrival, we have been informed that all jet skis are taken and they cannot do anything. Not a great experience.
