We were told IN THE CONFIRMATION that we would be picked up at the lobby. Once we found out we needed to be at the beach, 30 minutes of our 2 hours was gone so we only had 1.5 hour on the water. The jet skiing itself was fun, but there really wasn’t much guided tour. We’d stop and our guide would tell us where we were, but there weren’t any details. Had we paid $100.00 per person instead of $190.00, this tour would have gotten a higher rating, but what we received wasn’t worth the price we paid.

We were picked up at the hotel (Westin) at 6:30 AM, swam at Llanos de Cortez (beautiful falls), had a private guided tour at a sloth sanctuary and nature preserve where we saw sloths, toucans, frogs, and more, did the absolutely stunning hike at Rio Celeste, and had a delicious lunch. The van was comfortable, and we even had an extra stop at a souvenir store. We also used Conchal Fun for airport transfers, and it was perfect. Andrei is extremely responsive. He uses WhatsApp, and is reachable all the time. Thank you, Andrei and Conchal Fun!!! Highly recommended.

We booked two tours through Conchal Fun. We did the ATV tour and a snorkeling tour. Communication was great and the guides were awesome and friendly.

I have been to Costa Rica 5 or 6 times and I always wanted to take a jet ski tour and finally took the opportunity to do so, it was a great way to start the day. Our guide was nice and seemed to know what he was doing, made it all very easy. Took us to a couple of cool spots and, incidentally, rescued not only a kid and lady after they got pummeled by a big wave and got them back to shore. He also rescued my sandal from the ocean gods and I think we all can agree that a lost sandal is kind of a big deal. I would definitely do this again and if I can get some family to come down here I'll definitely take them.

My family and I (kids 9 & 13 years) visited Costa Rica the week of thanksgiving. Prior to arrival I e-mailed Andrei from Conchal Fun. Andrei immediately followed up my e-mail with a phone call. He helped me pick out 2 tours tailored to meet our wishes. Once, in Costa Rica we took a boat tour with Andrei boat captain Byron. Byron was awesome. We fished during the first half of boat trip. We caught 2 black Tuna and 1 Blue Runner. Byron filleted the fish during our trip, packed them in ice and then our hotel (the Westin) cooked our fish for our diner that night. On the same boat trip we also snorkeled. Fantastic. We saw fish, a star fish and this was unreal: Cap Byron caught a puffer fish with his hands while we snorkeled (he wore gloves) showed us the puffer and then released the puffer. We also snorkeled into a cave on the beach of a deserted island. It was like being in a movie. Next day we did the rainforest tour with Jose the guide. Also, awesome we stopped at a waterfall and swam right up to the actual waterfall. Next stop Sloth tour: not only did we see sloths but also snakes, poison frogs and some birds. We ate some lichee fruit during the sloth tour too. Then we stopped for an authentic Costa Rican lunch. Lastly, we visited the blue river and another much bigger waterfall. Jose went above and beyond - he kept his window down when we left our last stop. He did this to listen for Tucan’s . Eventually, he heard one and we stopped to take pictures of the bird up in a tree. He also stopped so we could see howler monkeys which were in a tree that he spotted. Also, just because we asked Jose stopped at a nice mall so we could buy some Costa Rican soccer shirts. Pure Vida! From my very first exchange with Andrei (as well as any of his team members we were fortunate enough to meet) I found them to be exceptionally responsive, professional, knowledgeable and contribution-focused. My wife and I brought our daughter to Costa Rica to celebrate her 21st birthday and one of the activities on our list was Jet Skiing. Andrei set everything up for us, they picked us up in front of the W’s beach and we went out for a couple hours and saw way more than we planned. The jet skis were in great condition and were in max performance (they didn’t make them slower.) the guide was knowledgeable and like most Ticos had a genuine love for their country and kindness for their guests. You have a lot of choices when it comes to action tours- Conchafun takes the guesswork out of it. If you want to jet ski, sports fish, checkout waterfalls etc- just call Andrei and his team. When he told me that we would have the “best vacation ever” - I just laughed since as a fellow salesperson, I expect to hear that. However- we really did and we are extremely well travelled; mahalo again Conchafun- PURA VIDA!!!

Absolute blast, we got to see so many different beaches and visited a cave that was so beautiful. The guide was super nice and even grabbed us a huge star fish to look at. Definitely book if you want to see some cool places.

We booked the Mega Fun Combo for us and our twin 18 year old sons. It exceeded all of our expectations! We had so much fun! Our tour guide was friendly, gave us some local history on the drive out, & was with us every step of the way. Zip lining, horseback riding, tubing, a delicious lunch, mud baths & the hot springs. My family just returned to the states from an awesome vacation in Costa Rica. During our 7 day stay at an all-inclusive, we used ConchalFun for or excursions. The service was top notch! Excursions in Costa Rica are lengthly due to the distances between attractions from the coastal towns and the roads are hilly and curvy. If you are sensitive to motion sickness it is important to have a good driver. ConchalFun has excellent drivers. Ron was our driver, and he was excellent. None of us had issues with car sickness. He was very courteous, punctual, and showed our family the best of Costa Rica on our excursions explaining the culture and life in Costa Rica. He spoke fluent English and helped us with some Spanish. He even made an extra unplanned stop that my wife requested. Our first excursion was a day trip that included ziplining, horseback riding, river tubing and hot springs. It was a great time and a great value that included an authentic Costa Rican lunch that even my picky teenage kids ate and enjoyed. The ziplining was grand with great views as we zipped through the canopy with just a short walk of maybe 10 to 30 meters between ziplines. Then we rode horses to the river tubing launch site 30 minutes or so. The river tubing was lengthy with a combination of swift rapids with small stretches of calm water that the tour guides helped us get through timely without us having to paddle. The hot springs were nice, but I would skip the volcanic mud. It did not do anything for me and was strong with sulfur. There were cool springs as well as hot springs as well as a masseuse there that was not included but in hindsight I would consider. The second excursion was Llanos del Cortes Waterfall, Spring Paradise Bijahua Sloth Paradise, and Rio Celeste waterfall. This excursion was also a great value that included an authentic Costa Rican lunch at a nice community restaurant that was obviously a local favorite. As with the first excursion our picky teenagers surprisingly devoured it without hesitation. Ron got us to the Llanos Del Cortes waterfall first and it was nice being the only family there for a few minute swim and to get pictures before it became busy with other tourists. It is a must see; the sands sparkle with flakes that look like gold but are iron pyrite or what is commonly known as "fool’s gold". The sloth tour was small but very personable as we were the only family and received 100% attention from our knowledgeable guide who spoke fluent English and was obviously passionate about the Costa Rica biology. The terrain was easy to navigate. We saw Poison Dart Frogs, Red Eyed Frogs, Tucans, Two Toed, and Three Toed Sloths, and many different plants. Our guide pointed out medicinal uses as well as other characteristics. Rio Celeste was a bit of a hike but was very impressive. It was nice not to be with a big group as we were able to go at our own pace. The third excursion was for me. My wife arranged for an Enduro. As an avid motorcyclist looking for a spirited enduro ride in Costa Rica, Concahal Fun pulled through in a grand way! I was picked up with all my safety gear at my hotel timely by a gentleman who spoke fluent English. He advised me that I would be riding with his son one of the best Enduro Riders in Costa Rica with many 1st place wins at 18 years of age. This young man was a very talented rider. I believe he can climb anything including trees on his 2023 2 stroke KTM 250! I was on a 2021 2 stroke Gas 300 that was a Rocket! The total excursion was about 4 hours with about 3 hours of ride time. We started out on his private farm on trails with lots of hills that provided breath taking vista views and moderate technical terrain. Then a short trip through a couple of villages and then out to remote empty beaches for high-speed fun, jumping small dunes created by the coastline, with power wheelies, and power slides in the firm packed wet sand provided by low tide. I made a lot of fun memories that I will never forget! My guide was courteous to me and to others we met as we rode. Along our journey we stopped to help some local motorcyclist up a hill. I highly recommend this tour for the advanced to expert motorcyclist. We had a great adventure in the Playa Conchal area! Andrei easily accommodated our request for a group of 8 (4 teens, 4 adults) for a combo ATV + ziplining tour to start on a Sunday morning in Brasilito. After submitting my request through their website on Saturday, communicating and coordinating through WhatsApp with Andrei was easy and efficient. Davis was skillful and attentive as our ATV tour guide…this was the first time riding for a few of us! ATV’s were in great condition - thank goodness for automatic transmission! We rode the ATV’s for ~ 45-60 min to get to the zipline park. The zipline tour guides were also very safe, knowledgeable, and welcoming! Time went by quickly while we were having fun…we rode 7 ziplines in a little over an hour. We rode the ATV’s back to Brasilito, and Davis gave us a great recommendation for a place to eat nearby. Soda Brasilito for a quick lunch near the beach was a great way to end the 1/2 day tour!

The jet ski experience was great! My 9 year old enjoyed it so much that we did it the next day as well. My first time riding a jet ski. And my 9 year old was also able to ride. Andrei communicated with us perfectly. We set it up a few month prior to going and Andrei must not ever sleep because no matter when I contacted him with questions he responded almost immediately. Make sure to wear sunscreen. Super fun experience!

We had a great time on our jet ski tour today. It was so easy to arrange (all via What's App) this tour and even better to have the guides and jet skis meet us right on the beach of our hotel. Our English speaking guides led us around the bay, into the ocean and then to a private beach and into beautiful caves. We even had time to race each other and just have fun. I highly recommend this tour and company.

I booked 3 excursions through Conchal Fun. I did this solely based on all the great reviews and I'm happy to say the reviews were accurate. Andrei responded promptly and everything was booked. He even accommodated me when I chickened out of white water rafting the week before our trip. We did Rio Celeste hike & waterfall, jet ski tour and the ATV Zip line combo. All of the tour guides arrived on time and were very nice. My kids (21 & 24)were trying to figure out which guide they liked the best and they couldn't really choose because they liked them all.
