This was an absolute outstanding experience. John - our jetboat driver - was incredible. The support crew were so friendly and helpful. The actual jetboat ride was next level amazing. The commentary and stops along the trip make for some wondrous surprises. My wife was nervous about going on the trip as she hasn't spent a lot of time on the water, and she was concerned about the spins. Afterwards she made a point of telling John that he made her feel very safe; the anxiety was gone. She loved it! If this is the only thing you do in Te Anau - do this!

This was definitely a highlight of my trip with my sister. Our guide, Lex, was great, gave us plenty of opportunities to take photos, asked the group if everyone was comfortable doing some spins on the water, and shared so much knowledge of the park with us.

Best activity we did in New Zealand. The scenery was indescribably beautiful, and when the boat was stopped it was an amazingly peaceful experience. All the staff were friendly and helpful and our jet boat pilot, Lex, was the absolute best. He was very knowledgeable and obviously loves the area and was keen to show us its beauty. The 360 spins were fun and there was no deliberately getting us wet! I also loved that we got to go onshore at Cosy Nook and walk in the forest. Overall it was a great experience

Good experience! It is worth to come and has fun here. My captain is Lex.(not sure but you can see from the pic) is nice and friendly. Also he gave us time to take photos. However, on the jet you will be fine and be dry. My kids have fun and ask for more spin and more spin. Thank you for the great experience!

John our driver was very professional and showed us the "hidden" areas not normally seen. The support team were very friendly and equipment provided was greatly appreciated. For us this far exceeded the Shotover Jet experience as far more rhan just speed and spinning

The views were amazing, the skipper and everyone else who works there was amazing. Lot of good humour that brings some good energy.

Fantastic trip. So fun doing spins, & the scenery is magnificent. Fiordland is beautiful 😍 They provided a jacket, beanie & life jacket. All sizes are available from toddlers to 3XL. Go on this trip you won't be disappointed

Great jet boat experience down the Waiau River through to lake Manapouri.Chris and our driver Lex extremely knowledgeable regarding local history etcetera,highly recommend this activity,as locals should have done it sooner

We were a bit hesitant to take the jet boat tour, however we were reassured by our pilot Lex that it would be fine. He took us out for a short sampling of what it would be like and if we were not happy or scared he’d stop and bring us right back. We were fine, Best decision we could have made. The trip was exceptional. Lex’s narrative was spot on perfect and he instilled total confidence in all of us who were in his boat. If you are a LOTR fan, or just someone like us who wishes to see extraordinary natural scenery of this remarkable part of New Zealand, then this should Not be missed. NOTE; If you are a photo fanatic, Lex knew all the right places to stop at, and/or slowdown to be able to get your photos. He also had images of the actual movie scenes from LOTR that were shot there and he expertly explained the locales to us.

A great tour with a lively bunch and tour guide! Chris was spunky, funny and knowledgeable. A great edition to our visit to Fiordland National Park on our last day in New Zealand - a truly majestic country!

This was the premier jet boat ride of a life time. Lex, our driver is a seasoned veteran and is also highly knowledgeable re: flora and fauna in this region. This tour is simply special. If you want to experience the national park, this is a unique way of doing it. Chris and his team are as professional as they are entertaining. Prior to booking, I was worried this tour could be hokey. Quite the opposite. The high speed boats are smooth, fast and fun. We covered a lot of ground, never felt rushed or that we were getting a cookie cutter experience. This is a great alternative to the quick helicopter rides. Definitely would recommend this.

Decided last minute to experience the jet boat taking us from Te Anau to Lake Manapouri and back. In addition to our own multiple layers we were provided with an extra heavy coat, life jacket, slicker, neck scarf and lap blanket which kept us warm and dry. Our driver Nicholas was both skilled and informative. He was also very personable and eager to answer questions. He gave us more than adequate warning before doing amazingly awesome spins. Be sure to book. You won’t be sorry.

This was the best and I couldn’t imagine going to Te Anau without having had this experience. The staff were fantastic and were so great with my friend who had some limited mobility issues, they were so helpful and made her day even better. The views were unbelievable and the memories I have will be treasured forever.

Wow! What fun! It was exhilarating! And this was mixed with seeing some of the best NZ scenery you could see! This was awesome! It wasn't a 5 minute ride and we'll take your money thanks, It was 1 1/2 hours of education, exhilaration and scenery. We felt it was great value for money. Couldn't be happier! I enjoyed so much the trip with Fiordland Jet. Since the beginning they were very welcoming. They are very attentive and make you feel super comfortable in the boat. All the spots we stopped during the tour were very well explained. I had so much fun!

This was so much fun. Our bus driver was so welcoming and she had us laughing all the way to and from our drop off. Lex was the captain of our jet boat. He was so funny , knowledgable and so friendly. They were a great team. The activity was great fun and I would definitely recommend this to everyone

The owner accomodated my schedule with a special tour. The Driver was wonderful, the scenery was fantastic, and the jet boat, with the 360 turns, was super-fun! I would highly recommend!
