One of the best tours we have ever had. Our guide Ken was very knowledgeable and guided us around the island all day like old friends. An unforgettable experience!

Ken is an amazing tour guide who is very passionate and knowledgeable about the history and culture of Jeju, beyond the places that we have visited. Super friendly and respectful. We learnt so much within such a short time. He also took many lovely pictures of me and my friend but we are a little shy so we wouldn't be posting it here. Knowing that we will be around for one more day, he voluntarily recommended some places to visit and eat in Jeju. We had a really great time exploring and chatting with Ken and would definitely recommend this tour with Ken :) On another note, the information posted on Viator could be improved. For example, the itinerary and the inclusion of admission tickets in the package cost were unclear.

Our day tour with Lucas was amazing. When we met, he first discussed with us the itinerary. He also gave us a lot of information about the history of jeju and the locals. Because there was a bit of heavy snowfall, some locations were closed; but Lucas managed to bring us to other nice places. He recommended us a good restaurant for our lunch as well. He is very jolly and helpful towards us. He also took really good photos. He communicates well and is very friendly. We highly recommend Lucas for your next Jeju trip :)

Our private tour fell on a day with terrible weather. Mr.Koh still showed up on time to pick us up, and he was a very safe driver while in heavy wind and snow. He gave us a great tour and modified the itinerary according to the weather condition. Thanks to him, we were still able to visit UNESCO heritage sites despite the bad weather. The itinerary was efficient and Mr.Koh was communicative throughout, and I imagine the tour would be wonderful on a sunny day. After he dropped us off, we were notified our flight next day was cancelled due to strong wind, so I reached out to Mr.Koh to ask for restaurant recommendations. He quickly replied with a few options near our hotel. This was not part of our tour but an act of kindness. I highly recommend booking a tour with Jeju Travel Lucas.

The overall attraction is nice, not too great tho. But the highlight is the driver, he is very friendly and tries hard to accommodate us all

We had a great time. Lucas took care of us all through the day. He was our official photographer and took us to some great spots to get some incredible shots. He went the extra mile to get boiled sweet potatoes from his home as the restaurant he was supposed to take us for lunch was closed. I wish the tour could have included atleast one waterfall but all jn all we had a superb tour.

Excellent tour... Had a fun filled day with Mr Lucas! Only thing was a I thing a bit too many places are included, which are not feasible to cover in 8 hours given the timings. So one can skip a place. But overall the tour is fantastic day spent at Jeju Island!

All I can say is, wow! It was our first time to Jeju Island and we only had two days. We scheduled a two-day private tour with Lucas before arriving. He is so friendly and knowledgeable, we had an amazing time. Along with the cultural hotspots don't forget to visit the Snoopy museum! My husband and I really weren't sure how Jeju would turn out for us since it was our first time and we don't speak Korean well. Lucas made it super fun. Will definitely recommend him to our friends and family. Thank you, Lucas!

We had an enthusiastic guide cum driver who spoke passable English, and the homework beforehand really helped. We could plan our itinerary based on our likes and Mr Kim was helpful in fine tuning it. Overall a great experience, thank you Lucas for the follow up.

The best way to experience Jeju is with Lucas. He is so knowledgeable, engaging, patient and his hospitality is very heart warming. He took us to all the UNESCO heritage spots, told us about them, helped us buy tickets etc. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. He even dropped us back to the airport even though it was more than the hours he was paid for. Lucas made Jeju memorable for us!

Lucas was fantastic! He took such good care of us on a very rainy day with great suggestions for where to go, and he set us up with an excellent spot for lunch. Very friendly and extremely helpful!

We were paired with Mr.Kim (David) and he was kind, knowledgeable and professional. We felt comfortable around him and asked many many questions about Jeju and traditions which he gladly answered to. He brought us to a local restaurant with typical dishes for lunch and I have to say it was one of the our best meal in Korea. Overall: a great experience which is ideal if you want to focus on the main sightseeing activities offered on the island.

Booked a late tour and Lucas who was the owner was our driver and tour guide. He was very professional and at the same time knowledgeable with the ins and out in Jeju. Took us on all the UNESCO sites and gave us ample time to explore each of our stop overs. We didn’t feel rushed and he was so accommodating with our requests. He also took us for lunch with the best mackerel and sea urchin soup that I ever tasted. Lastly, he was a very good photographer and took great pictures. I’m definitely recommending this tour and it’s a must whenever you visit Jeju Island. This is for sure one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you very much Lucas for accommodating us and for being a wonderful host/tour guide.
