This was the most amazing and exciting adventure we had in Rio de Janeiro. Alvaro is super friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely prepared and professional. Everything you can need or want he has thought of and has it for you. Bring your enthusiasm and have an awesome time with this guy all thru Barra de Tijuca and get to the Telegraph Rock for unique photos he takes for you. Finish of the day with a beautiful sunset and then enjoy dinner about town.

Saffo was simply the best , he was very helpful and patient during the whole trip prep . Unfortunately the weather was a bit horrible on the day of our excursion ( which was obviously beyond anyone’s control 😊), but Saffo went out of his way to make sure we had the most amazing time ever which we did have for sure- from the information he shared , the little wonderful surprises that added that extra personal touch . His attention to detail is amazing - he couldn’t have done more if he had tried . It was one of our best experiences in Rio and we feel we now have a brother for life . Thanks Saffo . This is an amazing tour!! If you love to have a good time and want to thoroughly enjoy your day, this is the tour for you. Alvaro was so friendly and kind, he thinks of everything to make sure all of his guests are comfortable, and is one of the best guides I have ever met. The itinerary is fantastic and he adds so many little extras and surprises that make a huge difference. He provides snacks and waters so you won't be hungry and the lunch is not included but it is a very fair price and the food is very good. Loved Alvaro's tour and I will be recommending him to everyone. He embodies all of the amazing qualities of Brasil and loves to show off his beautiful country.

One of the best tour experiences we have ever had. The guide was extremely attentive (especially to our elderly father), the places we visited were breathtaking, and the service impeccable. Not only do we recommend, but if we are ever in Rio again we will do another one of his tours.

From start to finish you will live one of the best experiences you could have imagined, not only because of the views, the beaches, the nature, but also because of the good vibes that Alvaro transmits, he will literally make you feel like family, the atmosphere is very welcoming , fun and joyful. I had never received such good hospitality on a tour like this, the surprises you will receive, everything in general was great. I strongly recommend it and I definitely plan to do it again! 🙌🏻

An amazing experience. The tour guide Alvaro was incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful with everything each of us wanted. He had a clear plan to make the tour the best as possible but was extremely accommodating to any changes needing to be made for the benefit of everyone in the group. He would provide drinks and snacks and give each of us a 5 star treatment throughout, and knew the answers to any questions we asked. The best tour guide I have ever had. The tour itself was also amazing, taken to see some beautiful beaches and stopped off at one with great water and scenery which we had an hour to swim and relax on. Lunch was also decent and was in a nice secluded area with an equally nice view. The trek itself is not too difficult but definitely a little tiring, it’s worth it in the end for the view at the top. Alvaro incredibly attentive with the photographs and wanting the best for each of us. I recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rio, it’s a long day but totally worth it, cannot stress enough how fantastic Alvaro the tour guide was, who made sure the entire trip that we were all happy and comfortable. Wish he was my guide for all the tours here. Definitely book this trip!

Great experience! Alvaro works hard to set up an ideal day trip to beaches, a lunch with a view, and a great hike. There were no lines/waits/crowds thanks to his planning. Small group, comfortable car, and you can really tell he loves what he does. Would happily recommend.

This tour was better than expected! Everything was smooth from start to finish. Alvaro our “big brother” as he liked to refer to himself was exactly that! Took care of us, made sure we had all the fun and took safety precautions when needed he’s so knowledgable and passionate about Rio and everything it has to offer. 10/10 experience!!!

El mejor tour de todo Brasil!! 100% recomendado, Alvaro se tomó todo el tiempo para que nuestro viaje fuera excepcional, con una atención especial a cada detalle! Fue un viaje privado. Nos dió explicaciones de todo el recorrido, nos dejo tiempo a solas para disfrutar y conocer más cada lugar, pudimos comprar cosas en el camino como cerveza, caipirinha, souveniers. En la Pedra do Telegrafo teníamos todo lo necesario para subir y hacer nuestro hike de la manera más comoda posible y cuando llegamos fue genial! No había nadie por la hora en que Alvaro sube (normalmente las personas hacen fila de hasta 1-2 horas para la foto), lo cual nos ayudó bastante para poder tener la toma perfecta! Luego el tour termina en un lugar maravilloso que no conocía donde puedes disfrutar la noche cenando y bebiendo. Our trip was private, only for 2 people. He gave us explanations of the entire tour, he left us time alone to enjoy and learn more about each place, we were able to buy things along the way such as beer, caipirinha, and souvenirs. At Pedra do Telegrafo we had everything we needed to go up and do our hike in the most comfortable way possible and when we arrived it was great! There was no one around the time Alvaro went up (normally people line up for up to 1-2 hours for the photo), which helped us a lot to get the perfect shot! Then the tour ends in a wonderful place that I didn't know about where you can enjoy the night having dinner and drinks. I recommend it 100% with my eyes closed.
