The experience was wonderful from start to finish! It was organized, informative, and most importantly the views were fantastic. Robert was exceptionally helpful and made the experience seamless, which was super important for me as a first time visitor to Istanbul! Would highly recommend this to anyone.

The drinks and snacks were good. Alcohol beverages ( bottles of beer ) were overpriced. They stopped the boat for about half an hour in order to watch the sun go down. I didn't expect that, I thought we would be cruising the whole time. The guides were very friendly and talkative and the servers were very attentive.

The route was really interesting and well commented- with a special additional commentary for those who preferred to sit in the open air on the boat bow! We were served drink, fruits and snacks on the way which was a pleasant treat.

The cruise was really a one of a kind experience! We were given a generous amount of snacks and drinks on board and the guide spoke good English while showing us all the top attractions. A good experience.

The hospitality and professionalism is next level. We goofed up with tickets and went for the cruise 3 days later. Robert, our coordinator helped us board though technically our tickets were expired. This was nice. The commentary/announcements could be improved though. Telling people that a certain university, hotel, apartment is the most expensive one in Istanbul...kinda just kills the whole vibe. It'll be good to introduce interesting facts!

Amazing food and music, Robert was very kind. Not very crowded, so was quite comfortable. The boat have two floors we were in the second one, and we were with only another couple.
