Had a great time exploring and learning about Istanbul’s greatest attractions and history. My tour guide Lütfullah was very knowledgeable which I appreciated since I ask a lot of questions. He was also very accommodating and made my experience in Turkey more enjoyable. I highly recommend!

Booking a tour with Luftfallah made for a very successful day in Istanbul. We accomplished all that was planned though it was the ending of Ramadan. No reason to stand in long lines if you have a tour guide. But more impressing was our communication with Luftfallah prior to our arrival that made us feel that he was the right guide for us. In hindsight, we can only praise him for his outstanding service. He certainly made our tour so special and personalized for our needs. Mahalo from very grateful tourists from Hawaii!!

Very much enjoyed this tour - Lütfullah was fantastic and catered to the group really well. You're able to bash through a large amount of the must-sees - just make sure you have euros or liras for the entries

This is a long tour meant to let you see the top highlights of the city in a single day. The various additional entrance fees are fairly expensive (Topkapi Palace alone was $47/person), but that's not the tour provider's fault. Our guide Lütfullah was excellent--very knowledgeable, highly efficient, with a sarcastic sense of humor. It was basically a private tour with my friend, myself, and one other person. While we could theoretically have done the whole itinerary on our own, we would not have timed it nearly as well. We did the earliest slot and were rewarded with short lines. When we later went past the Hagia Sophia again, the lines were horrible. If you have a single day and want to make sure you see as many highlights as possible, this is perfect for you. We had a second day to catch the Dolmabahce Palace; if that hadn't been the case, maybe I would have preferred skipping the Bosphorus cruise and spice market at the end and doing Dolmabahce, but it's a ways north of everything else, and I can see why they do their itinerary.

Fantastic tour with an amazing guide. Not only do you see amazing sites - because you're with one of the best - you also get to skip the line to buy tickets for the sites where tickets are required. I would absolutely recommend! One of the highlights of my time in Istanbul.

We 100% recommend this tour! It's a perfect day tour, including all the main highlights in Istanbul - we loved every single stop. Our guide Lutfi was simply amazing - extremely knowledgeable, funny and not getting tired of our million questions (and being able to answer all!). My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our guided tour. We have travelled from New Zealand and wanted someone to show us some of the amazing history Istanbul has to offer. We were not dissappointed. Ltfullah was an incredible tour guide! We had a full day private tour around Istanbul and he was so knowledgeable in explaining the history of the sights and answering all of my questions. He was also extremely thoughtful and made a point to customize the tour based on what I was interested in seeing. The price of the tour was unbeatable for the value. I would recommend booking this tour to anyone who wants to see Istanbul with a local guide and maximize their time to see the highlights in a single day tour. The highlights for me was seeing the cisterns, the Topkapı Palace and the spice market.

I had a unique experience in that I was the only person on the tour. Some things to note: 1. If you want to pay cash it needs to be in lyra. There are some things that cost extra but the guide let's you know in advance. The boat only accepts cash and is 150 lyra. 2. Let your guide know if you have a time restriction. I was going to a show at 7pm and my guide adjusted timings to make sure I saw everything with the time I had. 3. Be prepared to walk for 6 hours with minimal breaks. 4. You will always feel like you don't have enough time in the palace. If you have extra days in Istanbul you'll want an entire day to explore there by itself. I loved this tour and would go again in a heartbeat. 10/10
