I was quite happy with ePass, it served me well. It is useful for people who want to do all the tours and visit some museums. Admin support team will create WhatsApp group for you to inform you about any closures of the monuments or you can ask for help and support through it. Two things I wouldn't recommend purchasing through the pass are e-sim and transportation card (Istanbul card can be bought at any tram/metro station).

Amazing places and well worth the price for 5 days. Unfortunately i didn't know about it before arriving that it was so good. You can order e-sim for internet and alot fo discounted transport. Excellent guides and very very well organised and plan with everything. Their timetable makes it very easy to plan everything with very good maps and dirct links to meeting spots.

Istanbul E- pass was reasonable price compared to included attractions.if we buy separate tickets for each major attraction then it will take our precious time to line up for purchase tickets and also separate tickets price will more expensive. We purchased 5 day Istanbul e pass and covered almost all major attractions. Istanbul e-pass team is very helpful they guided me for each attraction and their website is very easy to understand for each attraction location & timing. Dear Istanbul E-pass team, thank you so much for experience I've got with you. The service level is very high, in these five days with your pass we visited quite all the historical places, visited museums, prince island and had Bursa tour which was excellent tour . In general we were confident in every place that e-pass is the best investment from my side. I recommend your services to friends.

Travel is too hectic but you can make your life easy by getting istanbul epass. Great end to end service. Very helpful people. Great and knowledgeable guides. Don't miss the bosphorus tour and the bursa tour which are the highlight of the tour.

The Istanbul E-Pass more than lived up to its expectations and we got more than what we hoped for during our stay in Istanbul. We visited almost all the famous landmarks and attractions within Istanbul and the guided tours were really informative and helpful. The guides themselves were on time and always keen to help. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Istanbul, whether it is for 1 day or 7 days. Thank you for everything!

We loved our passes. It made everything easy to navigate and saved us time. Simplified our planning, had a great guidebook for the attractions, had map to the tram line, easy to navigate

The best thing we did was to get E pass through Viator. Their service is good. whenever we had question or to find out regarding timing of place anything I would go on chat line and ask them and they have been very prompt on helping and trying to solve the problem. Thank you team !!!

Loved my two day tour with epass! The tour guides are all very informative, speak loud and clear English, and are able to provide important and interesting historical facts for the place we visit. With so many options, i packed 3 guided tour, 1 museum tour and a cruise with dinner into our first day. And 3 guided tours And another cruise on the second day. Crazy schedule, But totally worth it!

The Istanbul e-pass is a great low priced package if you wish to visit the most popular attractions in the city without waiting in line. The guides are very knowledgeable and they Also negotiated several discounted trips to visit the country and famous others Turkish beautiful places such as Ephese , pamukkale, cappadocia. You can also buy with them an e-sim and discounted transfert from the airport to your hotel. Customer service is always reachable and give a great support if needed. I recommend 100%

Hello, I suscribed to the e- pass for 2 days for 3 persons. I just can say that its very well organized, the puck up, the visits, the guides, the reactivity and the programs proposed. Very helpful staff, contacted me on whats app after I bought the pass to let me know that they are there for any questions and they really were, we even had a call to clarify some things. The guides were very nice and sharing a lot of details.

Very convenient to have the epass when being a tourist in Istanbul. We took the 3 day pass and did 8 attractions/excursions over this period. Skip the line entrances make a big difference. I recommend that Istanbul Modern Museum of Modern Art is added to Attractions. Highly recommended service.

We spent our time great with e-pass! The excursions were amazing. All guides had good english and were ready to answer our questions. Even when the group included about 40 people, we properly heard everything and were involved in. Also, the e-pass support works really good! We faced several problems related to the location of transfer and entrance to ferry, but the staff assisted us really fast, so it took less than 10 minutes to deal with a problem. Overall, we are pleased with e-pass. Despite visiting 4-5 excursions a day for a week, we still have a lot to explore. So, next visit to Istanbul we will definitely purchase e-pass again)

All in all the service was perfect! Right after purchasing the tickets we immediatetly got added into a Whats App group with all the guide which provided 24/7 support if question came up and all of them were very responsive. Something which was also extremly pleasing was that we originally purchased four tickets but due to a friend being not able to attend our holiday, they cancelled the fee of that one ticket after requesting it in the Whats App group and we got the money back of that one ticket nearlly immediatly. The guided tours were also very great organized and all of them were very well informed and it was very educational. I can recommend this ticket for everyone who do want to skip the lines since during summer times the queues for ticket sales can be very long and also to everyone who wants more insight knowledge about the history of the sights. The only with to note here is that the Hagia Sophia Museum is NOT included only and OUTSIDE tour, be aware of this! All in all 10/10 experience. Thanks alot E-Pass Team :)

Hi everyone. First of all, thanks to Istanbul Epass team for your continuous support provided by the team 24 x 7. I never felt that i am visting Turkey for the first time, for me it was an easy go trip because of Istanbul E pass. Whenever I need a support they are available online. The service is really amazing. The next thing is the attraction included in the e pass. I covered almost all I needed to visit within the duration. Every place you guys have a proper and disciplined facility/ hospitality arranged.

The guides were so helpful and amazing. Istanbul is such a beautiful city with a lot of sightseeings. Personally I think that the E-Pass made my trip easier and helped me relax and enjoy everything more.

Istanbul E-Pass was amazing! Is everything you need to travel inside Istanbul city! At first we were trying to figure out the exact meeting locations of the tours but we simply message them and they answered in seconds sending images where we suppose to go and information. They are very well organized and in general is a great deal to see several historic places and take tours. My only regret is that we couldn’t stayed more days to really take advantage of everything they offered but it was Just Amazing! PLUS they made us feel Safe every step of the way.
