We were left in the middle of the ocean while snorkeling. The guide and boat staff didn't even know we were missing. I received no sorry or refund. We spent $250 usd to be left treading water for 2 hrs in the middle of the ocean. They even made me make a liability video of what happened. Do not book with cancun sailing unless you want ro be stranded in the ocean and rescued by the ocean guard.

Yvette was our tour guid. She and rhe ream did an amazing job going about and beyond to make sure that everyone had a memorable experience. They even did a special song and celebration when they found that I was celebrating my birthday. I totally recommend this tour

We sailed Minus on Tuesday May 7th. The staff was the greatest. Very informative and very entertaining. We had a party of 9 and they were very accommodating. I am a larger guy and they assisted me a few times getting on and off the boat and made me feel at home. The pictures they took were amazing!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

We had an okay time. We didn’t like that they went from having 2 boats to go out to 1. It was too crowded and we wasn’t able to really enjoy ourselves like we did other times. The music was geared to one culture, it should’ve been a variety for everyone to enjoy.

There wasn't alot of time for snorkeling and too much time on the island. Felt as though they just wanted us to spend money

The whole trip from start to finish was amazing, from the dj to the host, to the bartender, EVERYONE, that worked on the boat was cool and helpful. Loved it...

This trip was not worth the money I paid ! The Buffett was horrible… food was cold. Not too much time snorkeling in the area they brought us. Didn’t see any fish 🐠

Fun day on the water and snorkeled for the first time! Thanks to our guide, Will, we had a great trip! The captain and other staff on the boat were very attentive and helpful. Snorkeling was more difficult than I anticipated due to currents and swells, but glad I did it. Favorite part was the time sailing to the island and back, views were amazing. The island was busy, but good to see something other than Cancun. We rode around Isla Mujeres on a golf cart and had tasty tacos before heading back to the boat and sailing back to Cancun.

One of the best trips I’ve been on. This catamaran was MAGNIFICENT. The hosts/guides were fun, down to party and literally was the life of the party. Grace was seriously so thorough with everything and made sure to engage with every guest that was on the boat. I went with a bachelorette group and she really made my friend (soon to be bride) feel special. Can’t wait to be back and I’m hoping I get to have Grace, Chocolate, and Paco as my guides again. They were so amazing.

We toured on the ventus boat. Highly recommend this tour. The boat wasn’t packed, in good condition, and the staff were highly skilled. Great communication, and organisation. We would go a second time if we had the opportunity.

The tour was really nice, except that the guides recommend the tequila tasting and the place to buy it, knowing very well that the sellers are fraudsters and that they defraud you of several hundred dollars.

Fun trip, enjoyable boat ride, we got to snorkel but only for a very short time. The weather was windy which made it hard to see much of anything. The beach club food was just okay but overall we had a very nice time on the shop and around Isla Mujeres.

Reuse of cups was not really appetizing to think about and the aggressive asking for tips at the end of the cruise was lame. Loved the photographer!!!!

Amazing staff and service. Everyone was very professional and friendly. One of the best organized tours we have been on. Everything ran on time. Lunch buffet was delicious.

We had such a good time! The catamaran was awesome with open bar and the most spectacular views. The authentic island lunch at the beach club was delicious. Swimming at North Beach was fabulous with the clearest blue water. The sand there is so soft. Unbelievable shopping! And tequila tasting. Our hostess Grace was friendly and knowledgeable. Capitan was ever diligent in keeping us safe while having fun. Best time ever!

The crew was fabulous and provided the best customer service! Our family enjoyed the entire excursion and will definitely go again! Catamaran "Mango" was the best!

From the sparkling clean boat, to the amazing staff to the phenomenal buffet lunch and open bar-we loved every minute of our trip on the Lohengrin (make sure you recommend this boat). Oscar and his staff were simply the best!

This was an AWESOME experience from start to finish....DEFINITELY worth the money.....was an entire day... the guides were knowledgeable and alot of fun.....Just be prepared for the heat...IT was definitely hot.....Food was good....the guides made the boat ride fun....lots of drinks....shots shots shots....TEQUILA

We did not get picked up from the hotel and the tour operator did not do anything to get us rebooked for the next day. Both the TripAdvisor and its affiliates dropped the ball. I am very disappointed with both . I won’t be using TripAdvisor for anything in the future. Should have used Expedia , but life is a learning process. Hopefully I will get refunded for the excursion.
