The crew on the boat were amazing!!! Very energetic and kind. We would absolutely recommend it and/or do it again.

El Toucan was a great boat with great guides and staff. They kept the trip lively and fun Only suggestion would be to do a small snorkel guide for newcomers and improve the lifejackets.

The crew were wonderful . Sergio was our guide who was friendly, informative and very helpful in some choppy waters during the snorkle (very few fish to see). Be prepared for a swim though to the snorkel spot. Boat was clean and comfortable for the number of people on board (not at capacity). The.scenery was beautiful. Isla Mejures itself is a tourist zone with lots of shops and people on crowded beach in town. Spent only a little over 1 hour at the "private beach" that they took us to (less time in town would have been better). The buffet luncheon was pretty unimpressive except for the grilled chicken. If you are staying in the Hotel Zone take the Public Bus (NOT the Red Sea Bus) for transportation (12 Pesos per person each way) Bus stops right out front of Meeting Point. The crew and Catamaran ride was the best part of the trip (which saved the average rating).

Although staff ware fantastic and really kind the main reason why we booked this trip was for the snorkelling stop. We never got one.. nor did we receive an explanation to why. Trip was good however if you want a relaxing boat ride , this is not it , too many people on a small boat.

Bought the tour from a sales person on the beach. It was a decent tour but the snorkeling was below par. This company did a poor job with that part of the tour. More in a hurry to get in and out. I would recommend going with anstar and pay a few dollars more for a better experience. Becareful once you get to the island and they take you into a store. They are selling you fake tequila that's extremely over priced. Also those first stores will try to rip you off as well. Barter the price to something fair or walk over to the actual little supermarket store where everything is priced as it should be. That $90 of tequila is 30 bucks there. Never pay asking price of the street vendors. The little stone bracelets they want $30 a piece. I paid $5 a piece cause they want to maje the sale but will try to scam you.

The entire experience exceed my expectations. There was adequate time all snorkeling and swimming stops, lunch was prepared well, drinks were great, the staff was fantastic (especially Carlos our fearless leader), and time on the island felt sufficient. I would highly recommend this tour and would definitely rebook if we all go back.

Great fun but snorkelling is a very small part of the excursion. You will spend 3 hours on the island which was more than we were expecting. Trip back was a ton of fun with drinks and music and dancing. Fantastic staff.

We are so glad we book this activity. It wasn't completely full which was nice. Our cups were never empty Angel and Alvin along with the rest of the crew took care of everyone. The vibes were amazing definitely recommend everyone to book. Make sure to bring a towel extra cash and sunscreen.

Would not recommend this excursion. Staff were friendly and welcoming, however, snorkeling was an absolute nightmare. It should be written in the description that this Catamaran doesn't provide full life jackets or flippers. We were given a belt life jacket that wraps only around your waist when we told staff we need full jackets given we're not the strongest swimmers, and staff told us that's all they had. After putting it on and getting in the water, we had to swim a really far distance to get to the reef atleast 10 of us wanted to go back on the boat and staff said NO. At this point, we were just trying to survive and not drown.

The boating, snorkel, and island experience was good. The boat crew was amazing and friendly. But my largest complain is for the “SAT company”. Their communication and shuttle team is horrible. The pick up time initially gave a large window of 7am-9am. I spent a week messaging them every day asking for the time with no respond. In the middle of the night before, they decided to message me that pick up time is 9:05am with such a little notice. For the shuttle back, they were initially 30 minutes late. After the driver arrived, he had us sit in the shuttle for another 30 mins. We kept telling him that we were suppose to be back an hour ago and we have dinner reservations but he kept saying 3 more minutes each time. We talked to his manger on the phone and they said they will take us home right away. The shuttle driver refused after hanging up and we stayed there even longer. We were so fed up we ordered a taxi. I reached out to the company and they stopped responding to me when I asked for the shuttle refund. We are very upset at the group managing the communication and shuttle. It was very unprofessional to ignore my refund request.

So much fun!! The boat ride was amazing, the water is so beautiful. They had many drinks flowing. All the crew were very helpful and entertaining. Good music and a party vibe. The snorkeling was awesome, but make sure you are a good swimmer. The food at the buffet was great, and the beaches we stopped at were beautiful. Lots to do and see. Totally recommend!

okay experience, first time snorkeling and i am not a fan. drinks were sugary and watered down. boat had too many people. food was not good. isla mujeres is beautiful and was great to spend some time there

The crew of the "Toucan" was awesome!!!! Great Trip!! They kept the drinks flowing!! Buffet was not very good.

The crew was really helpful and fun. Everyone seemed to be having a blast and were friendly and helpful as well. My wife and I were the oldest on board and though we did not snorkel, we managed well. Lunch was very good. Highly recommend this tour. Our only criticism is that we had a difficult time getting answers on where and when we would be picked up.

I had asked for a private catamaran and they did not provide me the service I wanted. They sent us with another boat 😡😡😡😡😡 I did ask for a refund and they didn’t want too

The trip was well coordinated and the scenery was perfect. The boat was a little older and not the fanciest, but the crew was fantastic. Mosquito, the main guide, was excellent, and he perfectly switched from Spanish to English in all of his descriptions and instructions. Mosquito did an excellent job during the snorkeling portion of the trip. I was with two children (8 & 10 y/o) who are medium-skilled swimmers, and 25 minutes of paddling around in the open sea was a lot for them. That said, Mosquito made sure that they were accounted for and he encouraged them to use the floating ring as he towed them around when they got tired or had issues with the equipment. The food at Isla Mujeres was mediocre, but plentiful. The staff again were very friendly. Drinks were somewhat weak, but this is generally my experience in these types of "all inclusive" tours. The town in Isla Mujeres is a bit of a tourist trap right where the pier is (as expected), but if you get off the main drag and walk a bit further in, it is quieter and you can find a few really nice spots to stop and have a margarita or tequila. The kids loved the beach there, though it was crowded. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and would recommend it for families. Make sure to bring plenty of biodegradable sunscreen - there isn't always a ton of shade on the boat, and it depends on where you sit and which way the boat is pointing in any given moment.

If i could give 0 stars o would. Never got to go because there was no communication on their end. I’ve been contacting them for days about a refund a have been ignored.

Everything was very nice the tour guys are very friendly and explained everything.. One they said open bar it’s a open bar
