The person at the store was super helpful in giving me advice as to where to go and the terrain. She showed me the route on the computer. She was very detailed in her description of the route. It was spot on. I loved where I went based on the provided map and her help. She also made me feel comfortable about being on my own as she said if I encountered a problem to call. It was a fantastic day. On my adventure I saw other bikers from Sonoma adventures at a vineyard and I rode back with them. Stopping off at a cheese factory. The tour leader had a great attitude. I

Emily Martinson was a pleasure to work with and passionate about the area. She had printed and emailed maps for us to follow, completely and carefully made sure we knew how to operate ebikes safely, and went onto google maps to show us visually where we might make a wrong turn. Emily guided us to best wineries to tour , places to picnic and quiet roads to ride on to avoid traffic. We had a great day, had no need for a guide and bikes were easy to ride. Would highly recommend Sonoma Adventures. We even bought the cool Sonoma baseball bike caps.

We just dropped by around 11 o’clock and there were multiple bikes available. They helped us picking a biking tour route and gave great advise. Almost like a guide included in the experience. The bikes worked perfectly, they come with a small purse in the front with room for valuables and water bottles and stuff. Super friendly and helpful staff. Recommend this. Sonoma is best by bike. And biking on your own is freedom, you do not need a guide with for cycling around, and experiencing Sonoma in my opinion. This is perfect.

Highly recommend renting through this company. They were great! We rented bikes for the day for our own touring of Sonoma. Before we left for the day on our bikes, the person checking us in, gave us so much information on where to go, what roads to steer clear of, and lot of great advice. The bikes were great - great company!

This was only my second time renting an E Bike and at 76 yrs. old I was a little nervous. The staff spend all the time I needed to explain how to use the bike, showed us the best safest routes to take and by the time I left my nervousness was reduced . The next three hours wandering the streets of Sonoma was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. I can't wait to come back and do it all over again.

We rented bikes from them for five days and had great rides each day. They told us the best roads to ride on and gave us a great map to follow. We took a tour with this company in 2019 and they even gave us a returning customer discount. Such a friendly place to rent bikes from. The bikes were well maintained and easy to ride. This made my bachelorette trip soooo fun. Right when we got there they gave us ideas of where we should bike to and have us maps with step by step directions on our phones to guide us there. Literally so incredibly helpful because we had no idea where we would bike to so 10/10 recommend

Great experience all around. I was delayed by a day getting to Sonoma by airlines, and the owner refunded me for one of the days on my bike rental without my even asking. The bike was in great shape too, crisp shifting and braking.

They helped us map out where to go, gave us great tips, provided wonderful recommendations and the bikes were comfortable and great to ride!! we would 10/10 recommend them to anyone wanting to bike and tour Sonoma!

Great Experience renting a road bike. The lady who assisted me was absolutely thorough. She got my bike ready, put on my pedal and added a Garmin mount. A well oiled machine with a very kind disposition. She walked be through routes and various roads which included Arnold Dr on my trip to Santa Rosa (day 1) and day 2: Cavedale & Mt Veeder climbs. Highly Recommend!

Booking was simple and they did a nice job communicating with me about needs for a large group. Mixture of eBike and Road Bike without a problem. Check in was efficient and they created a route for us including recommendations for food along the way. Then they sent it to my phone as a map. Bikes were great and had necessary tools as well as a phone holder on the handlebar. Obviously, the cycling was phenomenal with beautiful vistas. Lous was a great place to stop for lunch. Outdoor seating with phenomenal chicken sandwiches, brussel sprouts and other items that all looked great.

Hunt and his team were so wonderful and helpful! We reserved our e-bikes the day before and Hunt walked us through the map, gave us any hints about roads/hills and the best ways to get around town. The bikes were delivered the next day at 8am to our hotel. They took the time and consideration to ask for our height so the seats were adjusted accordingly. They texted to confirm drop-off and sent a brief, informative video how to use the bikes. They came fully charged and were a joy to ride (helmets were also included). They then came to pick them up from the hotel that afternoon! Wonderful experience and will certainly use again when we come back!

Hunt went out of his way several times to accommodate my wife and me on a recent trip. We are experienced cyclists and like to map our own routes, he took a couple of calls pre-trip to discuss alternate routes and avoid the busiest (and narrowest!) sections of State Road 12. The bikes were ready bright and early for pickup, he popped a Garmin mount in for me. He lent me a bike rack at no charge so we could drive up to Healdsburg and explore up there a bit. And he let me return the bikes early Friday morning instead of late Thursday with no additional charges. Bikes were high quality Giant road bikes with Shimano components, they served us well over 6 days of riding. We will be back, highly recommend Sonoma Valley Bike Tours your next trip to the valley. We were not part of a group tour so our answers to the survey questions below are irrelevant.

Awesome experience! They did a great job mapping out our itinerary and texting me google map directions as we were riding. The ebikes were great to use and allow you to add as much or as little extra power as you need. Highly recommend!

E-assist bikes were a blast and so worth the price. Yuni provided exact direction to get to where we were going easily and safely! Always felt comfortable on the roads via her directions. Was a great way to really see the landscape; even in 55-60 degree weather we had a great time. Highly recommend this means of getting around without breaking a sweat. We also added on the pannier (saddle bags) to carry our jackets and food worry free. Overall a great experience; one of my favorite parts of the trip to the Sonoma Valley!

I rented a road bike for two days. They were very helpful and prepared the bike well, did a quick fitting for the bike and even mapped a good route after I described my ability and preferences. It was a gorgeous and relatively lightly traveled route. I did the same route twice since it was so great and was a highlight of my trip. They emailed it to me so I could upload it to my Wahoo bike computer.

We are experienced cyclists and wanted to do our own morning ride. Hunt delivered our bikes, provided route advice and then realized that I can requested the wrong pedals (so much for experience, ha). We had to change our plans & meet at the store the next morning. Hunt had the bikes ready to go with a new route planned as he knew our time limitations & had a good idea what we wanted to do. Very impressed with them and wish that we’d had time to stop at the many wineries along the route. Super fun!
