We would give more than 5 stars if possible! Victor kept us safe, was knowledgeable and we were completely confident in his ability. It was a little more strenuous than anticipated but Victor was encouraging at the tough points in the climb. Spectacular views made it totally worth it! Highly recommend if visiting the San Diego area. And wear hiking shoes! I wore Keens and was fine but my partner wore Brooks running shoes and wished she had hiking boots/shoes.

Excellent hiking adventure with Victor as our guide. He kept us safe and took and shared tons of pictures so we didn’t have to fumble with our phones. The scenery was gorgeous and we would have never been able to explore in this way on our own. It’s challenging but doable for someone who is active and adventurous! Victor gives clear instructions and helps you along the way. Highly recommend for those looking for a fun adventure with friends, family or even a solo traveler, our group was super friendly and encouraging of everyone.

This was a fantastic hike. Very different than any hike I have ever been on - the soil itself was challenging at times but very fun. Our guide was outstanding - one of the very best guides I have ever had. When a particular move was challenging he let us do our best but was always there when we needed a little help with navigating an obstacle or talking us through the way to navigate it on our own. I felt challenged at certain points but never to the point of having a concern. I enjoyed every minute of the hike and felt like I accomplished something that challenged me a bit. This is not your typical walk thru the woods!!

We did this with two teens. It is definitely not a causal stroll but an adventure with breathtaking scenery. Our guide (Victor) was skilled and patient and helped navigate the challenging terrain. Bonus was the pictures he shared with us, a priceless souvenir to remind us of our trip!

AMAZING! Victor was fabulous! Great invigorating excursion! Victor lead us safely into and out of canyons. He also took pictures for the group. Our group of people was great too esp Matthew!!!

This was the perfect adventure for my family! My two sons 12 and 15 loved it and it’s hard to impress them these days! I was scared going in but the guide Victor was reassuring and I was able to do everything which made me very proud of myself. We really loved this experience and would never have experienced Torrey Pines like this without a guide!

This is more than a hike. It’s an adventure. The views are stunning! You will get a little dirty. Wear pants! Hiking shoes are definitely recommended. Our tour guide was great. Be sure to follow directions and you will have an amazing experience. My 16 year old wants to do the hike again. We did the steep side of potato chip rock yesterday. This hike was less strenuous and more enjoyable.

We were on a girl's trip. It was great fun. Our ages ranged from 52 to 64. It was not a walk in the park, but super fun and exciting. I'm a little scared of heights and I was a little scared on this hike, but it was worth it . The guide was great and the views spectacular. I would recommend this if you are the adventurous type.

Great experience! Beautiful sites. Fun adventure. Wear pants and shoes with good traction. Victor took excellent photos, accommodates to your pace, and provided great suggestions for other great San Diego activities. We loved it!

Really fun adventure with incredible scenery and perfect for my college age kids. I would highly recommend good hiking shoes that can handle some slipping and sandy/muddy conditions. Our guide was amazing and was there to help and encourage every step of the way.

Victor was a great guide and the hike had great views and was interesting to explore the slotted canyon area of Torrey Pines. Victor provide very helpful tips when hiking and was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Provide other sights of interest and options for lunch.

Far for different challenges than expected. Way more than a typical hike. The scenery was amazing...

Had so much fun doing this hike. such a memorable experience. I would totally recommend this for anyone to do when visiting San Diego. Probably one of the more fun things I did during my visit.

I LOVED this experience . Highly recommended IF you are an outdoorsy person . The trail is not hard BUT certain areas do require a bit more of attention . Victor is GREAT though and he will help u feel safe . Overall a FANTASTIC experience . The views and the cardio early in the morning are well worth it !! It is Ok to wear sneakers but even better if u have good hiking shoes.

This was super fun. Victor knew the area intimately and had guidance for all the tricky parts. He’s a kind and interesting person, and the location was simply amazing. I never knew there were little slot canyons in a place along the California coast. La Jolla is a beautiful setting, too. Thanks, man! This was great!

My son and I had an amazing time on our slot canyon hike!! It was more challenging for me, I'm 70, but I was able to do most of it without any assistance. Our guide, Victor, was the best!! You do have to be somewhat in shape. Victor allowed time for me to catch my breath on some of the uphill climbs without making it obvious which I much appreciated. He watches out for your safety and gives you all the instruction you need along the way to complete the hike. The views along the coast were incredible. I have to say it was my favorite excursion on our trip!!

4 of us had a fantastic hike with Victor, his text message info that he will send you is very accurate. We would also recommend some hiking shoes or at least tennis shoes with lots of tread. I wouldn't recommend this hike for children. Little bit challenging at times, but we loved it. Thanks Victor!!!

Very nice tour, just the right length and difficult, but not too. Very save, beautiful views and great tour guide! Science views, we made lots of pictures as did the tour guide.
