Fabulous small group tour. Anna, the guide, gave great information about the local history of the region and the wine country. The local vineyard and winery we visited had a lovely tasting of six wines. It was such a pleasure to sample wine from an 11th generation, family owned vineyard and winery. I would not hesitate to book this tour again.

We had a wonderful afternoon learning about exploring the small villages of Alsace. We highly enjoyed our wine tasting with a local, family wine maker. Would recommend if you're looking for an afternoon tour around Colmar.

Anna was wonderful! She was warm and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She easily answered all questions. One suggestion…. it would have helped the presentation at the winery we went to if there had been some crackers and even better, cheese, to accompany the tasting. I have never been to a wine tasting before that did not offer these things.

Really enjoyable and informative tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable about both the local history and wine. Also humorous and thinking on her feet to adapt to the changing weather conditions. The places we visited were stunning. The wine was also top notch. With expert guidance from our guide.

Excellent excursion! Was great to visit some of the smaller towns in the Alsace region and hear their history. The wine tasting was a great highlight. Anna (guide) and Clara (wine maker) were both incredibly knowledgable and fun. A definite must-do for any trip to Colmar.

As a group of friends we were treated with the most experienced guided tour in several Villages, taken to wine cellars and got a lot information about history of Alsace and how life goes there on nowdays. Very well organised tours by Alsace Safari. We had a VIP tour , tailored according to our preferences. As our first trip with Alsace Safari was so inspiring, we already have couple of new ideas what to see, taste and experience in Alsace by Alsace Safari company next year.

Anna was very friendly and informative! She showed us around, drove us and communicated in both English and French to accommodate to our group of speakers. We learned a lot about wine as well as the history there and got to try some very interesting wine.

This was a wonderful experience. We got to see grapes being harvested. We enjoyed her expertise and knowledge of the Alsace area. The town we explored was gorgeous. Ana was the consummate tour guide. We thoroughly enjoyed her exceptional half-day winery and 2-village tour. What a treat! There were 5 of us on the tour, which was the perfect number. Ana is adept at reading her audience and tailored her commentary to suit our individual tastes. She easily conversed between languages to include all of us.
