We very much enjoyed our trip to Hue. Our guide was well organized, very friendly and full of information. The lunch was filling and it was great to stop for photos along the beautiful Hai Van Pass.

I really enjoyed this little trip, beautiful countryside, good food and the our guide was very helpful. Really enjoyed visiting Thien Mu Pagoda , where I prayed.

While I think a trip to Hue is certainly worthwhile, and communication with the tour company for coordinating the tour was good, this particular tour suffered because of the guide we had. He should not have been a guide for English speaking tourists. He didn’t have just a thick accent, he just flat out said the wrong words (or mispronounced them so that the English words were unrecognizable). We ended up googling a lot of the sites and learned that the “fee-muh” river was the “perfume” river. He repeated a lot of the same information over and over while we standing out in a downpour getting more and more wet. And he told us after lunch we were going to visit a tomb and then the citadel. But we went to the citadel and I kept thinking we had one more stop after that. He couldn’t even convey the schedule for the day. We would have been better off with just a driver. Our driver was good. He got us safely to the sites and back to the hotel despite the bad weather. The van was a somewhat older van, but seemed well maintained. It seems there was no heater in the van so we all froze in our wet clothes for 3hrs on the ride back to Da Nang. I guess they don’t make vans with heaters here because it is so rarely needed? Food at the restaurant was pretty good. They offered vegetarian option family style. Because I was the only vegetarian in my family, I sat at the vegetarian table and not with my family. The coordinator of the tour was receptive to feedback so hopefully they are taking steps to improve this tour.

Very very hot day. But the bubbly nature of our tour guide (Ms oanh I think) certainly makes the temperature more bearable.

Mr. Phuoc our tour guide was knowledgeable and gives us excellent arrangements including food. He always make sure all of us able to understand what he was trying to convey. Always helpful when needed and make sure we are ok. A very tentative tour guide

Hue Imperial City is a very beautiful place to visit, with its rich historical values. Under the guidance of Mr Phuoc, he has been so nice and patient esp with us elderly tourists delaying the tour, he always makes sure we are on track and comfortable. Among all, in the near future, I would love to choose Vietnam as my next destination again...

Hue Imperial very beautiful place. Very full of historical and nice place to visit. Love our tour guide Mr Phuoc. Very very nice , friendly n patient man. Some of our members cannot follow too fast n he slows down to wait for them n always ask if everything ok. Really feel pleasure with his caring heart.

One of the most impressive, beautiful sites I’ve ever seen. A must if one wants to understand history of Vietnam. My guide, mr. Thanh was very knowledgeable, funny and kind, took good care of us and remained professional in spite of incredible heat at 45C. I booked that trip with a travel desk at my hotel as on TripAdvisor not possible to book for 1 person only. I traveled solo. Final group size was 8.

That is awesome tour journey from Danang to Hue city which cover for 3 places. Even is short but feel enjoyable and funny with the experience tour guide Mr Thinh. Is grate that let we understand some related history for the place visited.

We went to Hue imperial city. Thanh was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about Da Nang and the surrounding cities when we asked him questions. Since it was extremely hot, one person in our party got heat sickness. Thanh and his staff was very accommodating to help her get through the tour feeling better than she started. We are also vegan. The tour had very good vegan food but you have to ask for it at the start.

My sister and I have a great time. Our tour guide Thanh was fantastic, fun, he took a lot photos of us and he was very knowledgeable historical and cultural. Good lunch special clay pot rice. I definitely recommend this tour

Guide Mr Thanh @Lionel is a very experience & patient guide & giving in 2 type of languages as our group are mix nationality.Even during the afternoon visit to King palace all of us was tired he still can get our attention to explain & complete the itenary on time.

I really enjoyed the history lessons about the 13 kings and the locations we visited. The commentary on other locations we passed while driving was also insightful and interesting.
