Lots of fun and you can help with set up and tear down of the balloon. Non flexible people might have trouble getting in and out of the basket but we’ll worth the effort

The flight over the forest was the best bit and that surprised me as I expected that the chateaux would be unbeatable. Seeing deer and rabbits running was memorable too. We are all still recovering from the bumpy landing with bruises, cuts and twisted knees. All minor and nearly recovered and we understand that the wind came up for the last 10mins and we were headed towards houses so the landing has to be sudden. Thanks Nicolas for you help with our friend John as without that he could never have had this experience that he so enjoyed.

One of the very best things about our 10 day trip to France- we did the sunrise trip over Loire Valley- felt very safe and it was breathtaking! Would go again in a minute! Highly recommend!

The first time I ascended in a balloon in Far Hills, New Jersey, I experienced what the French refer to as, déjà vu. The feeling of rising above the treetops and rooftops was so familiar and comforting, I wondered if I had experienced this during another lifetime. Recently, I had the great pleasure of ascending above the lush, green landscape of the Loire Valley in a balloon piloted by Nicolas Rodier, proprietor of Balloon Revolution. While I had flown many times in the past, I hadn't ascended since the late 1990's and I felt a twinge of anxiety prior to the flight. But I felt immediately serene and safe in Mr. Rodier's capable hands as we glided above the patchwork quilted landscape dotted with farms and castles and the glistening Loire River. Upon landing, we were greeted by his staff with delicious croissants and sparkling wine. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I hope that everyone is able to enjoy what the first adventurous French aeronauts experienced. As Shakespeare wrote, "to bestride the lazy pacing clouds and sail upon the bosom of the air."

Our group and guide pretty much exclusively spoke French which made it difficult to follow what we were looking at or be oriented to the area. The flight and the landing were smooth but I wouldn’t classify this as an “English” tour as our guide maybe spoke 15 words in English the entire time and spoke French the rest.

We had the most amazing time! Everyone was friendly, communication was great, the ride was exciting and gorgeous; all in all, a wonderful experience.

We arrived Amboise for one morning trip. It was amazing. The internet weekday price was fairly good, the guys were super friendly and speak English and we had so much fun. Highly recommend

The whole thing was a wonderful and fascinating experience from watching the balloon being inflated, drifting above the clouds and over the Loire Valley to helping pack the balloon away. We were amazed at how far we had "flown" as the journey seemed so gentle. Hats off to the pilot and ground staff who were simply great.

OMG!!!! What am amazing experience! Checked off a bucket list item. Our tour guides were great, we saw 3 Castles from the air. We took the morning flight, so we saw the sunrise over the Valley. Truly amazing!

Nice aerial views! Smooth take off and landing. I happened to be on the side that looked backward not forward, so that is the only thing I would change.

I was scheduled for an early morning flight, but due to overcast weather conditions, they called to see if I could fly in the evening. Plenty of time to adjust plans and I’m glad I did. We didn’t fly far, but it was a clear and smooth flight thanks to our pilot, Kevin. The chase team was following closely to pick us up after the smooth landing.

We enjoyed a spectacular ride over the Loire valley. it was a magical experience! Definitely would recommend doing this !

Absolutely wild experience! Pickup was seamless. We traveled over to Chenonceau due to wind speed and had the best trip over the chateau. The guide was very friendly (all staff were). They spoke mostly in French but were happy to answer questions in English (and we were the only Americans). One of the best experiences of my life. Things to know: - you need to get in an out of a 3 foot high basket - you’ll ride with others in compartments (I believe we had 11 people) - it’s not a sensation that makes you motion sick, but liftoff does give you a bit of a jolt in your tummy! - you need to be able to squat down for the landing - you help roll up the balloon and put it away at the end (that was not easy work!) but you can sit out if it’s hard for you

It was a beautiful ride. - Until it ended. Being part of the recovery crew and packing up the ballon was not what I was expecting. No fun. Sorry, at 70 not my job. Add a couple more $ and hire more crew.

Absolutely perfect. They were very communicative via email making me feel reassured. The ride was beyond my expectation. I will never forget this experience.
