Very well organised and clear instructions. The experience itself was amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get a sunrise but you can’t have it all. It was a weird feeling being so high but not even feeling like you’re actually at that kind of height. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to see Morocco from a different perspective.

This was such an amazing experience! We did the sunrise ride. It was booked for the day before but when we got to the site, the staff assessed the weather conditions and unfortunately had to cancel due to light rain and wind. They invited us back for the next day. We were picked up from our Riyad and taken to the balloon site where we were greeted with Moroccan tea and coffee. Once the staff were starting to inflate the balloons, we walked across and watched this then were aided to get inside the basket once the pilot was ready. Our pilot Hicham was amazing, his experience and expertise really did shine through and he ensured a smooth and enjoyable ride for us. The ride lasted around an hour, we were transported back to the base and enjoyed a Moroccan breakfast before being transported back to our Riyad. All the staff are super friendly and the morning is setup really well.

This was the best balloon ride that I have ever done and I have done several. The breakfast was delicious and seeing 39 balloons up in the air with us was awesome. Landing was super smooth. Redouane photographer / drone operator made me a very nice video that was very inexpensive. Bravo

Pilot was lovely. Cloudy weather sucked a bit views wise but it's not every morning that you get to float inside a cloud. Basket 8 people

Booked Morrocan Skies via our Riad. Early morning 5am pickup but did not turn up until 05:15am. Driver was very fast in both directions and almost had two head on collisions. The one on the way there not his fault as the truck was on our side of the road, but on the way back he pulled out in an No Overtaking zone and there was a car coming the other way so he had to pull put of the overtake and tuck back in behind the car he was trying to pass. The balloon flight itself was amazing. We were sceptical as having checked in and had a coffee, our driver asked us to get in the car and we were taken from our original site to another and ended up in a smaller 8 person balloon about 5 minutes before take off. No real explanation as to why out of all the people there, it was only is two. Maybe as the balloon we got was all English speaking. We ended up in an 8 person balloon at a launch site run by Atlas. But our pilot Remi was from Moroccon Skies. He was very good and informative and made it a great experience. We took off before the sun rose above the mountains and as we were floating the sun rose up which was amazing to see. We had a calm day so we're not floating too far and was stable. The only downside was the length of the flight. I timed 37 minutes from my first video climbing off the ground to the balloon being deflated. So from that standpoint not as advertised. Some balloons from other companies seemed to be going for longer. But there are lots of companies from different launch points so it is hard to tell for certain. But still a worthwhile experience. I just don't see why the drivers have to be so close to the car in front and driving like Max Verstapen round narrow blind bends risking their passengers lives.

The most amazing experience! The views from the balloon were magical. The captain was great - felt completely safe. The cameraman who flew the drone to photograph our flight and the others who made sure we were securely in the basket were amazing!

Did a private trip with breakfast during sunrise. One of the highlights of our trip to Morocco and North Africa and one of the coolest experiences ever. Must do. Safe, clean, professional. Flawless door to door service. Hire photographer (must do) and our photographer Redouane was wonderful. 10/10 would recommend,

Lovely morning experiencing the balloon ride Fantastic sunrise views Very atmospheric with a number of other balloons in the sky also Be aware it is a slight climb up and over into the balloon, I needed a little help as I have ankle problem Following the ride a very nice breakfast is provided As non French speakers we could not understand anything the Pilot was saying during the flight but that was the only slight disadvantage Superb photography carried out by the very friendly Redouane which was made into a wonderful video to keep ( an extra charge of 30 euros and well worth it on our opinion) We would thoroughly recommend this excursion.

The trip was amazing. We loved the whole experience. It was very easy to have the experience with children as well. The pilot was very engaging and kept us entertained. The photo op was also amazing. The after ride service with regards to sharing the photos and videos is flawless. The Traditional Moroccan breakfast was also amazing experience to have, especially with children and we had a lot of vegetarian options as well. The whole place is well maintained including the bathrooms. Only issue was that the card machine didn’t work so we had to pay in cash for the photo shoot.

My recent hot air balloon experience with was a letdown from start to finish. Lackluster views, unenthusiastic staff, and a bumpy landing made this adventure anything but uplifting. Save your money and opt for an experience that won't leave you feeling deflated
