It's early but the company provides coffee and snacks for a fee. The staff were energized, kind and informative. We had an amazing time and were able to capture beautiful pictures and memories. Highly recommend

Amazing view and great service! Definitely recommend to do this while in Mexico. On the way back you can have a nice walk to the pyramids if you are not fancy to go with the whole group.

You have wronf location of starting point. Practicly nobody speaks english. You get instructions, what to do in spanish. No need, to be there 40 minutes before start. Too many people in a basket on baloon, it was really crowded.

Worth the money, definitely recommended. A must-try experience while visiting Mexico City, this company did a great job with everything.

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They gave us a complimentary ride back to the city or to the pyramids.

We took an uber to the place. Got there too early. Other people didn’t arrive until 6am. It was hard to find an uber back to the city but we eventually got one. The ride was nice. It was total of 30 mins.

This was an amazing experIence! Being able to see Teotihuacán from above is so special. It is well worth the money! The service was excellent as well. We were surprised that the breakfast afterwards was good too.

I choose this company volar en globo because it was the cheapest price I could find, despite it having the lowest reviews. But most people were complaining about being stuck there for lunch. We had a rental car so I knew that wouldn't be a problem. And I'm glad I did! This was a great experience and every one was very helpful and friendly and professional. Highly recommend this and the views were amazing!

What an amazing experience. The tour operators were wonderful, gave us got coffe/tea and sweet rolls prior to the trip. ONLY advice: dress warmly if you do this in the a.m.

The actual hot air balloon ride (not handled by the tour company). The pickup was at 5:15a as described. What wasn’t shared until after booked was that you can’t be over a certain amount of weight. I am 225lbs of all muscle and had to pay an extra $3 per pound over the threshold. This information should have been provided even in the fine print. They provided 2 optional times of departure back to Mexico City, both were 10:30a and 1:00p. The driver told us that we can go to the Pyramids and that there was a shuttle. When the driver came to pick us up to take us to the pyramids, 45 mins later we were back in Mexico City. We completely missed the pyramids because of this. The ride over the Pyramids is really nice but has nothing to do with this company. Another known fact that I would have found helpful was to pack long sleeves or a jacket as it was very very cold that early in the morning. The tour company did not provide us with this information. The breakfast was also outside so it made it colder. My advice, book a private car or take an uber to the location and pay for the experience on the fly.

It was a nice experience with this private ride! Beautiful scenery and I was not scared for a moment though i was afraid of height. Everyone is professional including the pilot as well as the photographer using drone and GoPro. Tasty breakfast after the ride.. I highly recommend others visiting CDMX for this experience.

The experience was great! My friends and I arrived on uber and we checked in they had free coffee and bread. We were the first ones to leave. the views woow! getting back don't forget to tip!

The worse experience ever!! They picked us up very early and made us wait more then 4 hours and at the end the ropes of the ballon were tangled, so they decided we were not flying. The package included a transport back and they made us pay $100 each to take us back and to the wrong place. very rude!! Don't use this company!!!!!

Be aware of their transportation promises. You pay for pick up and return to hotel but you’ll have to wait 4 hours after the experience. And if you ask for a refund to take an Uber instead, they’ll only reimburse you partially. Such a shame they try to squeeze out a few pennies and scam you at the end for an otherwise amazing experience

Un excelente servicio, desde que nos recogieron en nuestro hospedaje, nos brindaron café y pan dulce mientras esperábamos, pudimos ver como se van inflando los globos mientras va amaneciendo. Durante el vuelo, las vistas eran maravillosas algo increíble, tomé fotos y videos preciosos. Además se nota el profesionalismo, el piloto nos dio instrucciones claras y nos hizo sentir seguros, definitivamente los recomiendo.

Transporte em péssimas condições! Mal cheiro fortíssimo, e suspensão zero! Atendimento com educação, mas café da manhã não incluso apesar de ter sido cobrado pelo Turibus. Balão super apertado! Nem podemos tirar fotos como casal pq tinha três pessoas por cubículo! Sem noção o desconforto!!! Esperamos por uma hora p trnaposrte até um outro local c restaurante - onde pagamos pelo café da manhã - e aguardamos por 4 horas até que o ônibus da Turibus aparecesse pra nós levar até as pirâmides. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH TURIBUS OR VOLAR EN GLOBO!!!!
