The whole day was amazing. They gave clear instructions for pickup at a hotel in Mexico City and dropped us back off after the experience. The hot air balloon ride was everything I expected it to be and worth the 4:30 am pickup time. Highly recommend!

A must do when visiting the pyramids. Very professional company and a fun experience. The Mariachi band was a bonus! Don't forget your photo ID as you can't fly without it

We were apprehensive about the Air Balloon because we don’t love “heights”. Juan Manual was very engaging and professional. We LOVED IT!! On the 1st time on an air balloon, it was breathtaking and we got to see all of the sites. The breakfast was also awesome and the walking the ruins (must do) was incredible. It is worth the 4am pick up time.

This was a well-organised and enjoyable excursion. The morning pickup was on time and the transport was modern and clean. The ballooning activity was amazing and very professionally run. Drop off back to Mexico City was efficient .

Experience was excellent. Staff was amazing and courteous. We had an issue with confusion at pick up and we had to Uber to the location but they made it right and reimbursed us for that confusion. Overall Volare was super professional and would highly recommend.

My hot air balloon experience was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, it was a journey of awe and beauty. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely safe. Watching the sunrise from up in the sky was breathtaking—floating peacefully above the world, I got to enjoy stunning panoramic views. The ride was smooth and serene, and it felt like a dream to be up there. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a unique adventure; it truly offers a one-of-a-kind perspective of the world.

Loved everything about this trip, from the lick to the drop off. They take care of it all. The fruit and coffee was perfect. The breakfast buffet was amazing and plus mariachis!!!

Early start and the balloon ride was great where we got all the views and flew close by to the temple. Then breakfast before visiting the site on foot.

Amazing experience, strongly recommend it! The whole process was very enjoyable and smooth. From picking you up at your hotel and taking you back to your hotel. Just be patient with the traffic in Mexico City it’s horrendous.

The experience was incredible! I highly recommend doing the tour as it is well organized and very well planned. If you plan on visiting the pyramids after the hot air balloon, there are guides to walk you through and give you a brief background on the history as well as some interesting facts. This is an additional cost, but I also highly recommend this unless you are familiar with the area and confident in exploring on your own in the short amount of time.

It was a joyous ride in celebrating our 38th Wedding Anniversary. The flight was very smooth and fun. The balloon operator did an awesome job. Great experience!

If this isn’t a magical experience for you, it’s not this company’s fault. Not cheap but it’s still hard to imagine how they make money considering all that goes in to the experience. Bravo.

Super early and the pick up was a bit lacking in detail. However, once your one the bus, it’s easy. The balloon ride was an amazing experience. They have different size balloons so your group will range in size from 6-12 people. The group I had was amazing and chill. Everyone was helping each other taking pictures. The balloon tour guide was great. The bus then gave us breakfast and then drove us to the pyramids. We took another tour and the people drove us back dropping us off at the hotel. Overall, it was a 9-10 hour event if you book the additional time.

The ride was just amazing! It was our first time in hot air balloon and we enjoyed every moment of it . We were a group of 12 and even though we had separate reservation, they put us all in one. From the part where they inflate the balloons, take off and the landing - it was just so amazing! Juan was our pilot and he was excellent. The landing was so smooth and safe! It is just so peaceful in the balloon - for occasional bursts of propane. We took the option for visiting the ruins. We took a guided tour ( not part of this) and we were dropped off at our hotel. Had a nice nap in the bus back. If you haven’t done a ballon tide - please do - you won’t regret!

Excellent work experience! Worth every penny. Dress in layer. Take a good camera and make sure you have a safety strap on your phone. Dropping it was my fear

AMAZING !! this is a very professional establishment and they go out of there way to create an experience for their customers. They have a great spirit of service and it is clearly shown !! the pick up in the morning is flawless, the trip there is a little bumpy so I recommend taking any medicine if needed. When you get there everything is scheduled and all you need to do is follow the signs and the individual giving instructions. Everything is in English as well as Spanish and there is absolutely no confusion !! Be mindful that on the way back, the trip might be longer than anticipated. CDMX has heavy traffic and it is out of the company’s control. Be patient and bring a little snack because it could be longer. Loved this experience and would recommend it to anyone!!

My fiance and I couldn’t have enjoyed this experience more! We scheduled a pick up near our hotel in Condesa. After a 40 minute ride in a comfortable bus we arrived and were greeted at Volare headquarters. We launched just after 6:30am and began to float over the Pyramids as the sun was rising. Our pilot Ernesto was absolutely top notch. He was funny, informative and kind, as well as extremely capable at flying the balloon. We had plenty of time to take in the landscape and the ancient sight ls at various altitudes. At one point we were floating just above the top of the Sun pyramid. It was exactly what we dreamed it would be and the outfitter is extremely organized and professional. We wrapped things up with a yummy traditional Mexican breakfast and Mariachi music. We chose transfer back to the city after the flight, which was very smooth. Overall we loved the whole experience and would recommend this to anyone!
