Wonderful balloon ride over the beautiful city of Segovia! Saw the city from a different view and what an amazing experience. The guides were great and walked you through the process. We ended with a great story about the first balloon ride and toasted with a snack in the field.

The team was very professional, friendly and enthusiastic! They truly love what they do and make sure customers are happy. The company is reliable and easy to communicate with. Take off and landing were very smooth. Highly recommend.

WOW what an experience!!!! My best friend and I did this wonderful beautiful hot air balloon ride. It was absolutely magical. The pilot and crew were so sweet and knowledgeable about Spain and took such good care of us after the ride- served us with champagne, refreshments, and charcuterie!!! On the 5th of September we had an amazing flight over Segovia. We had to delay our flight for nearly 2 years due to COVID but it was sooo worth the wait. Great organisation, the pilot was highly experienced and made the flight and the Cava toast and chat afterwards really fun and interesting. It was fascinating to learn about ballooning and the pilot’s experiences flying in different countries. I want another go!!

I opted for the hotel pickup/drop off from Madrid and glad I did as the ride was almost an hour long. I truly enjoyed every minute from seeing the balloon filling up with air to the takeoff moment. I honestly did not know what to expect but what I did experience was breathtaking. They go over instructions and safety tips with you before take off and after the ride we hear a history about balloon riding along with drinking a glass of cava and eating cheese with crackers and salami. Thank you for the amazing time for making a beautiful memory for my birthday trip to Madrid. I would highly recommend this to everyone especially seeing the beautiful castles and city of Segovia.

Long time ago we were planning about this trip - Hot Air Balloon Flight Over Segovia, but it was kind of scary for us… Finally, we did! What the great experience we had! First of all, was very nice to see Segovia city from the top, second of this, we proud of ourselves that we finally did! We had very nice people with us flying together! We were laughed, made photos... Our pilot was very informative and gives us useful advises during the fly. Pilot's Team did our sky trip so-o perfect! And we would like to name each member of team, who did our sky trip interesting, easy and safe.: Cristian Biosca, Andres Biosca, Andres Tapias, Solan Edine, Carlos Cabanero. And… Thanks to VIATOR for very interesting and not ordinary tour!

We were picked up from our hotel in Madrid and taken to Segovia as the Toledo rides were rerouted due to bad weather. Carlos, one of the crews and our escort drove us there, gave us excellent instructions and handed us over to christian-our hot air balloon pilot and serenity guru. Christina's humor, some beautiful views of Segovia from the air and an aperitif and snacks made our experience, a mind bowing one. - HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS.

Visited Madrid with work colleagues and needed to book an excursion so chose the ballon flight. Apart from the 5.45am pick up it was a perfect trip. Great hosts great pilot and an overall wonderful experience. Tranquil way to see stunning part of the world.

My companion and I were visiting Madrid and decided to book "Hot Air Balloon Flight Over Segovia or Toledo with Optional Transport from Madrid". The balloon ride was incredible. The gondola was a little cramped with 16 passengers, but the view and experience are breathtaking enough to keep your mind off it. The crew and staff are great. The balloon ride itself is an amazing experience. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the Madrid pickup service. It's not really even Siempre's fault. The biggest problem is that not all the passengers are ready and waiting at their assigned pickup time. We were told to meet our ride before the break of dawn at 5:10 am for a scheduled 8 am departure, which raised a red flag. Then the van was 15 minutes late for us because they were waiting for another passenger. Then another. Finally, 40 minutes after we were picked up, we were on our way to Segovia. It might be better if they told everyone to meet at one location, and anybody who's not there on time gets left behind. Any way I dinged them one point for the transport experience. Drive yourself to Segovia and the excursion will be perfect.

The pick-up was easy and convenient. The staff was very professional and attentive. Also every member of the staff was equipped with a fun sense of humour, which made the whole experience even more fun. They gave clear instructions to everyone and made sure that everyone was following the safety briefing. Suitable for almost all ages, there was a 90+ year old lady on our trip and she made it through the whole experience with a smile on her face although the landing was quite rough (typical for hot air balloon rides). At the end of the ride they gave us a brief history about hot air ballooning which vas very interesting. The small brunch with cava toast after the ride was basic level but good. Helping the staff to pack the balloon was also very fun. After the balloon ride we had a couple of hours to explore Segovia, enough to have a stroll through the city and feel the atmosphere. Overall an excellent experience though a bit pricey, but definitely worth it if you haven't been on a hot air balloon before.

Hot Air Ballooning in Toledo was one of the most amazing experiences my family and I have ever had. Siempre en las Nubes was an awesome company to go with. They handled the logistics extraordinarily well. Everything went exactly according to plan. Our guide Jose was incredibly nice and outgoing. He picked us up right on time at 5am in Madrid and was even kind enough to drive us around Toledo for an extra 20 minutes looking for a place that was opened for coffee. The air ballooning itself felt very safe and well-planned. You could tell the crew had done this hundreds if not thousands of times before. The views were absolutely spectacular. The champagne toast afterwards was a great touch. Overall one of the most unique experiences we've ever had. 10/10 highly recommend and definitely fly with Jose & Siempre en las Nubes!

Our family of 3 from MN was presented with a gift from a family we knew. We had hosted one of the sons in our home while he was teaching in the US so this was a very appreciated thank you. This was definitely one of our highlights of our 2 week trip to Spain. It was the first time in a hot air ballon for me and my 10 year son. My husband had been once before many years again. It was surreal to be lifting up effortlessly. You seriously did not know you were moving except for the visual cues. It was an incredibly smooth and peaceful flight. I swear we were stagnant for 15 minutes before if seemed they "flew" us around the city of Segovia..which obviously they have no control of the flight pattern. José, our pilot, said that about 75-80% of the time, our flight pattern was a typical flight pattern for Segovia. He said many other locals are not as fortunate. We had taken a tour the day before on foot of the city. This included a tour of the Alcazar so that was probably the neatest building to float over. Across the valley from the Alcazar we descended and got a fantastic look across to the castle as well has going over some construction men working on a work at a monastery who waved to us. Cristian and Román were the ground crew. Everyone was very safety driven, yet very friendly and even entertaining. Tapas and champagne were served after we got to help roll up the balloon, which was fun to do. As I have in my title, I would definitely recommend Siempre en las Nubes for a hot air balloon trip!

We had a wonderful time from start to finish. Picked up on time in Madrid and brought to the launch site where we were able to watch the balloons get ready and learned a lot from the pilot regarding the flight. Views of Segovia were absolutely stunning and the ride was flawless. We got to help pack up the balloon afterwards and learned the history of hot air ballooning. Brunch following was fun, as we were able to get to know some of the other passengers and staff members. Entire staff was kind, passionate, and knowledgeable.

The balloon ride over the countryside around Toledo was wonderful. We saw wild goat, boar, and deer from the air as well as beautiful scenery in the early morning light. We were picked up at our hotel by Ramon and enjoyed a great conversation on the way to Toledo and back. Enjoyed watching the setup and participating in the breakdown of the balloon after the flight with Roberto. Highly, highly recommend.

Picked up at 6:30 from Madrid hotel, proceeded to Toledo and travelled over the countryside with a guide and12 others. Ride was smooth and scenic...wonderful experience. Ramon, and Roberto also were personable and served champagne at end. Video to be sent later.
