Amazing!!!! Every activity was amazing!!! The food at the end was the best. The guides were very very kind.

I would recommend everyone to vacation in playa del Carmen … we went on an excursion in playa del Carmen doing the same things as we did in Cancun … Cancun felt like a money grab instead of you getting to have a actual experience I must say! So from here on out we will book excursion only in playa del Carmen… the food was awful with lack of options! As far as the activities it was fun although they charged you for glasses and bandanas for the ATV

Good organization, safe, horseback riding is too short and not in jungle, ATV is good, Cenote is good for both jumping and swimming, Ziplines is good and safe, but not in jingle. I have expected everything is in real jungle. Taco lunch isn't enough, need buy more food.

My bestie and I had the greatest time. It was very cool that they sent a photographer with us to take photos so we didn't have to. It was about $100 extra, but well worth it. I would book with them again. They were total pros. the guides were great. We had a very fun time.

Guides were fantastic and very informative and reasuring. UNTIL they left us at our last stop (lunch) and we watched them all leave and we were all sitting there wondering what was next and how we were going to get home. The lunch part of this tour is the only thing I have to complain about. They left us sit there for an hour with no communication about what was going on. The "lunch" that they provide in this excursion is 2 tacos-either pork or vegetarian, which also only consists of a terrible shell and the meat-no fix'ins and nothing to drink. I know they do this on purpose so that they can get you to spend lots of extra money on something more to eat and something to drink, after you've just been playing outside for 5 hours but I thought it was crappy.

Had a great time with Alan as our tour guide ! Cenote was fun and refreshing! Tequila tasting at the end with food was good and worth the wait !

It's a decent one day activity covering horseback/atv/CENOTE/Zip lines., ATV was a bit uncomfortable and dirty off roads making it hard., Otherwise all good. Pablo and Emilio were great guides.

Would 10/10 recommend. The customer service was great and it was an overall memorable experience. Kevin was an amazing host.

Horse back ride was nothing special along time waiting for it to start all you do is ride horses down a road and back nothing to exciting,then u get back on bus and drive to cenote you have 20 min to swim that's it cenote was nothing special either then back on bus drive more to zip lines short zip lines then the quads, quads were falling apart first one I got who front end was falling apart and cracked my inner legs got covered in bruises then they gave me another one that was leaking bad burnt my leg then the gas line broke off and squirted gas everywhere 3rd quad they put me on was so gutless and not fast at all after they fed u what they called lunch 2 tiny tacos wasn't even a appetizer u had to pay to get anything else, not allowed to take your phone so u can't take any pictures but u can buy picture package at end $140 Canadian photos turned out ok but not best quality tour guide then goes around collecting money for tips that I had no problem with until I said I only had card so he brought me to a machine and way over charged me for what I said I wanted to leave for a tip I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS EXCURSION AND I DONT SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE DO IT

This excursion was fun but it felt rushed and not worth the money. We started with a horseback ride that lasted maybe 10-15 minutes walking on a concrete road/path in a country club, NOT the jungle. We then waited about 30 minutes for a van to take us to a cenote where we were given only 20 minutes to swim in dirty water, not crystal clear like the cenote I visited the day before. We then waited an additional 20 minutes for another vehicle to pick us up to take us to the final destination for zip lining on 4 fairly short lines and an ATV ride. Your lunch will be two small tacos, everything else you need to pay for. Bring your own water if you don’t want to pay for one! If this was all in one destinations it would be better, but you spend the majority of your time waiting for rides and in the vehicles than you do actually enjoying each activity. They also do NOT let you bring your belongings (phone, wallet, bags, etc.) I understand that you shouldn’t be using your phone during some of these activities but I would have liked to take my own pictures of MY experience I paid for rather than feeling forced to purchase the pictures they took for $85USD. I left this excursion with no pictures and no lasting memory to look back on.

We waited almost 1.5hrs once our activities were done for the transportation home. The guide should have kept all the families on the same schedule that were in the fan together. When two of the families were done but a third family still had not eaten lunch, that is on the organizers to have made sure everyone was on the same schedule. We were the first group there of the day and 5 groups left before us on their transportation home.

Amazing people very helpful when I was scared of an activity really great staff very accommodating and a hilarious sense of humor along the way definitely will recommend to everyone and book with them when I return

Really a good time nice and when I come back I will be going right back to it.. horseback was amazing, zipline was fun.

Pablo was great. Paid attention to everyone during all the activities. We liked the zip lines the best followed by the Cenote. Great day and lots of fun

This experience was fun. It’s a long jam packed activity so I would advise an energy drink and snacks. The various activities were fun and felt secure with the staff however there was 20 minutes left at the end to have lunch. Which was really a snack as it is two taco’s with no drink. There is the option to buy additional food or to bring your own which I would advise as you work up an appetite. Phones and belongings were in a locker and there were very adamant that no photos should be taken, it was a shame as you would want personal captured memories. There was a photographer on site who captured the various activities with a professional camera and charged at the end. The options were to pay for expensive photos or have no photos at all of the fun day out.

The most memorable parts of the experience was the cenote! It was personally the most fun. Although the horses are very well trained they seemed to have been not taken care of appropriately. The ATVs were also very fun although the seat fell off and my helmet also broke after a few seconds of wearing it. We selected the double option and they ended putting us both on a single ATV. The Ziplines seemed pretty safe and I was expecting one zipline but it was more of a ropes course. Also we did not get charged extra for the lockers there was a lot to tip and the wine tasting ended up being included in the excursion!
