My husband and I visited Banff in September 2023 for the first time. In planning our trip, we knew we needed to maximize the 4-day stay to see as much as we could... enter Hop On Banff! Lake Louise and Moraine Lake were at the top of our list for attractions to experience, and we didn't want to worry about driving/parking. On our tour day, we were picked up outside of our Moose Hotel in Banff at 7:45am in a yellow school bus (so fun and nostalgic) and were ready to visit Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, and Lake Louise Gondola (in that order). Our tour guides for that day were Dominique and James- they were so kind, informative, and fun. They each went out of their way to review our chosen itinerary with every person/group on the bus, answered questions, and offered advice. They both also provided excellent tips for the remainder of our stay in Banff, including restaurant recommendations and other must-see visits. Additionally, we also made friends with some of the other tourist on the bus! We had an incredible day exploring each stop and felt that we had adequate time for what we wanted to see. After a fun-filled day, we returned to Banff at 6pm, exhausted and with full hearts. It was truly a great experience and I'd highly recommend Hop On Banff!

We did this trip as part of our honeymoon and it was fantastic! They give you enough time and each spot without feeling rushed or like you have to wait around for the next bus to pick up. The tour guides were wonderful! They were very nice and informative about the park. Would recommend to anyone.

A brilliant tour! The whole team was so helpful, and made it a fantastic experience. The information they gave us on the journey about the lakes and the areas around was interesting and it was very clear when and where we needed to be for each bus. They helped us all individually to plan out our day according to our interests and the weather. We went to Lake Louise gondola, Lake Louise and Moraine lake - all absolutely stunning! Highly recommend this trip

Lakes were beautiful. Great to be able to enjoy scenery rather than driving. Guides and drivers were excellent.

Dominique was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable. It was a great value, each could be tailored to your needs. Ours were different than most and she catered to them perfectly.

Domonique gave us a great introduction to Banff and what to expect at each stop. Based on individual discussions, she helped us plan all of our excursions. We finished our trip with James as our tour director. He made multiple suggestions on what to look for during our remaining days in Banff and Jasper National Parks. A wonderful experience and informative introduction to the parks. Outstanding!

Tyler and James were great hosts and tour guides, they were both funny and informative. I had an amazing day thanks to their recommendations. I had a lot of fun hiking and the views were truly amazing. definitely worth it!

This bus company is fun, friendly, and super helpful. They gave us great advice about where to go and what to do, both during the tour and throughout the rest of our trip. It's a "choose your own adventure" type bus tour that caters to every age / ability. We had a great time! Highly recommend.

This tour is not in a fancy tour bus but it was customized for each rider, and that made it the perfect experience. We were able to see the things that mattered to us and spend the exact right amount of time at each place. We saw Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, Johnston Canyon, and got inside tips from the tour guides. The rides were prompt and easy to access. The perfect first day of our Banff trip.

On our visit to Banff and Lake Louise, we were so glad we took the Hop on Hop off Bus tour! It was the only way we could see all the sights that we did in the short time we were there. The guides were excellent, both friendly and knowledgeable and they really helped make our visit to the area special with hints to help us make the most of our time. We were able to enjoy the beautiful lakes and majestic mountains that we came for without any of the traffic or parking hassles of driving our own car. A wonderful tour and kudos to Tyler, Bob and Dom!

The beauty of the scenery was the best. We also appreciated not having to drive and find parking. The knowledge of the guides was also a blessing to our day.
