Jackie was a wonderful, humble and professional guide. Answered all our questions patiently and treated us with lot of respect. All the food tried by us with her help were great. She ensured all food preferences for our family and made the trip memorable. Her English communication skill was commendable. Overall, a must have food experience with a wonderful guide.

Fabulous activity. Jackie the tour guide was excellent and picked a variety of different dishes in specialised venues. It also included Vietnamese Bingo (totally different but same idea) and lantern boat ride. All well organised and excellent value for money. One not to miss.

Nancy is one of the best tour guides we have had! She was incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and brought us to delicious restaurants! She was very accommodating of dietary restrictions and made sure we ate at safe and fantastic local restaurants! She also provided recommendations for other things to do in Hoi An and taught us about the local culture. Highly recommend for anyone coming to visit Hoi An!

We have done a lot of food tours in many countries and this was the best one ever. The food was amazing, we were told to come hungry and I am so glad we did as there was lots of it. What made the tour even more special was our guide Nancy, she is so passionate about food and had so much energy and was a lot of fun, it felt like we were visiting with a friend. We highly recommend you to do this tour.

We actually took the same tour but we cycled instead of walk. The Bike and Bite version is so much better as you cover a wider area and get to more famous and popular street foods. Ask for Jackie as your tour guide. She is incredibly knowledgeable and you will learn many interesting facts about Vietnam and her cuisine. Highly recommended!

We arrived in Hoi An on Saturday 6 April and participated in this tour the next day. We went on the 3pm tour with one other couple and our tour guide was Nancy. We went to 6 separate locations in the Ancient Town and had so much lovely Vietnamese food with lots of variety. Everyone recommends only having a very light breakfast and no lunch as you will get to enjoy so much food which is exactly what we did on this tour. Food Food Food Our tour guide Nancy is a local to Hoi An and grew up in this town. She knows anything and everything about the food culture and the people who own the businesses and you will soon realize you are in very good hands. Some of the businesses have been around forever and at one of them we met the 92 year old man who still comes in to see his guests on a daily basis. The other great point to make is my wife and I would never have even found any of these places to eat without Nancy’s expertise and knowledge. Also doing this tour just after our arrival was a great help in getting our bearings and finding our way around the Ancient Town of Hoi An and if you are lucky enough to get Nancy as your guide you will be guaranteed to have the best time. Thank you Nancy from both of us for such a fantastic experience and it will be something we always remember.

We did this tour on our first day in Vietnam - a great intro to the country and the amazing food in store for us. Our guide was Quin who was very friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommended.

Great tour, so much detail and Nancy was so lovely, food was 10/10 and got to go to places you wouldn’t normally go, really recommend!!!

The whole experience was great. We visited multiple sites including peoples kitchens and had fabulous food.

We loved this walking tour and it was great to do at the start of the trip to help show us around and understand the food. There was a LOT to eat. Many things I had not heard of and were interesting and delicious. Would not have tried many of the dishes in Hoi An without being shown them. Our guide Quin was fantastic. She was knowledgeable about the food, local specialties and vendors, had great English and was happy to share her own story and answer questions.

Quin was an awesome and friendly tour guide who took us to some really unique places! We loved trying things from single dish suppliers and learning what the locals prefer. Can’t believe how hard the ladies at the White Rose work making dumplings 12 hrs a day! Delicious.

We had a great experience with Nancy tasting alot of different local foods. Would highly recommend joing her for a food tour.

Nancy (Vi) was a great tour guide, with plenty of knowledge about the food, history, and culture of Hoi An. The food was AMAZING and Nancy was so organized and accomadating in setting up everything for us with the restaurants. It was a memorable experience to try all these delicious foods, eating and chatting with Nancy felt like hanging out with a friend. Definitely come hungry because they provide full sized portions per meal!

Nancy (Vi) was the best part of the tour! I was so glad I did this instead of a cooking class. Book at the beginning of your trip to get a good lay of the land and the best foods. You will have great conversation and learn so much! Don’t skip this!!!

Nancy was the best possible guide to have on this tour. The tour led us to delicious food places we would never have found on our own - several were local favorites and specialities with very limited hours of operation serving unique dishes. The food was amazing, Nancy was fun and taught us a lot. Highly recommended.

Jackie was amazing. She explained in detailed about history of the food and took us to many local spots .. the team was also very organised and followed up with us just before tour and was very helpful. There were so many yummy surprises 🙂 highly recommend as a must-do in Hoi An!

Wonderful tour of some well know restaurants and a few hidden gems. Jackie was personable and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10!
