It was my first time to attend cooking class, and it was an amazing experience. Firstly, she took me and fellow classmates to the wet market and introduce the ingredients for us. In the cooking session, she was teaching step by step patiently so that we can make good food perfectly. Last but not least the bamboo boat was amazing and we got a lot of fun.

Awesome afternoon spent. She was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. Food dishes were easy to make, very authentic and they tasted great. Boat trip was fun with hilarious guides. And to top it off, pick up and drop off was from our hotel near the old town.

What fun. Pick up from our hotel. A visit to the fresh food market then some fun in the basket boats. Then a fabulous cooking class followed by a feast. Recommend.

The tour was a lot of fun! We were able to see the local market and the cook (tram) learned us a lot about all the different vegetables and hacks for knowing if food was fresh. The coconut boats tour was also very lovely. Quite touristy but that is what we expected for the beginning so it was an experience to say the least. In the afternoon it was time to cook, which was very fun. We had a lovely group and tram was very helpful. There was a lot of food for everyone and it was no surprise that it was very tasty!! Definitely recommend! Thank you!

We started by getting picked up in a van and taken to the Hoi an fresh food markets and got told about all of the ingredients we were going to use in our classes. Then we went to our cooking classes in another van and went in basket boats with lovely guides and singing! Then went back and made 4 dishes with the ingredients we had got from the markets. The food was absolutely delicious and classes were very informative. For a cheap price would definitely recommend.

this was such a fun experience! started at the market where tram showed us how to pick out the best freshest fruits and veggies for our meal. we then got driven to her home where we all worked together to create 4 dishes. the food was absolutely delicious! we went on the coconut boat around the river and watched a local fish with the net, then we all got to try crab fishing. we had a lovely day and will definitely try to recreate these dishes when we get back home! thankyou tram 🤍

We had an excellent tour on the spinning coconut boats and crab fishing which was very fun. The cooking class with Tram was absolutely amazing. The food was super fresh and delicious and Tram was lovely! I couldn’t recommend enough.

Tram was so nice. Very knowledgable about the different produce , and without even joking this food we made with Tram was the tastiest most fresh food we have eaten so far in vietnam. Her kid and home very cute too

This was a great experience. Interesting start at the market to learn about the ingredients used for our lunch. Basket boat ride was fun and our cooking stations were ready to go when we retuned to the outdoor kitchen. Tram was a great instructor and we had a good time learning to cook all the foods we’d been eating all week. Tram was so personable and shared the recipes after the class. Nice way to meet other travelers.

This was a great. fun, very informative class. We prepared wonderful different Vietnamese foods. It was great to visit the local market for our ingredients. A beautiful setting and a great teacher.

The day was amazing! We did the afternoon session and got picked up which was a nice ! The market is very cool and Informative part of the day. The cooking class itself was so much fun and Tram (the tour leader) was so helpful and funny. The kitchen you cook in is beautiful, everything was so clean and professional. It’s surrounded by lots of greenery and a little lake so is just a beautiful setting. The sit down meal of what you make is so lovely too! After that you take a ride down the river in the coconut bowels around sunset time and it’s the perfect way to end the day. One of our favourite tours we have booked and all for just $28!! The best value for money. Thank you again!

This was the most authentic and amazing experience. From the pick up to go through Trams local markets and see the produce so fresh . She taught us about the ingredients and the best things to look for. The boat ride and the crab fishing was so entertaining and the tour members were extremely friendly and funny. The food we made was so authentic and Tram taught us all the important tricks to help us make our family this wonderful Vietnamese food. This was all done in her home and the whole experience was amazing. This a must do if visiting Hoi an!❤️Thanks again Tram for giving us the recipes so we didn’t have to remember. Leon and Lee

We had the best time on this tour with Tram. We looked around the local marked wich is nothing like any market in the UK. Tram explained all the ingredients we bought and what they were. We had a really lovely basked boat tour before starting our cooking class. I expected to cook a basic dish, but in our group of 4 we worked together to cook four different dishes. We learned so much. Definitely do this when in Hoi An

Such an amazing experience and was well run from pick up to drop off. You experience the food market in hoi an and then get transferred again to Trams (our excellent cooking teacher) home to do the cooking. We cooked some wonderful Vietnamese dishes and obviously ate them. After that we then went on the coconut boats straight from Trams garden which was a good experience as we did a bit of crab fishing on the coconut boats. Overall this was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend to do with Tram as she is so lovely and accommodating.

Tram, arranged for us to be picked up from our hotel in a car. On arrival we were greeted by Tram with a smile. She then took us to the market and showed us all the food on the stalls that was very interesting. We then did a great banana boat trip down the river from Trams home. On returning from the trip Tram showed us how to prepare the dishes and then we cooked them under Trams guidance. The food we cooked was restaurant standard and tasted so good. I would highly recommend this trip for anyone staying in Hoi Anh. Absolutely brilliant experience.

Very high quality experience with an excellent guide/chef and small group. Had so much fun in the market and the cooking lesson was amazing. Our chef was clear, patient and full of smiles. Highly recommend!
