My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our half day tour of the Italica and the monastery of San Isidoro. Alberto, our guide, was very informative and engaging and we'd highly recommend this trip and him as a guide.

A wonderful half day had with our own personal Jesus! Jesus the tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic and that enthusiasm and love of learning about Itálica and the monastery was contagious. My 6 and 7 year old thoroughly enjoyed the trip as did my 16 year old son and 69 year old mother. A real fun experience for the family if you love history! Thank you Jesus we had a really fab day, keep up your excellent work!

Alberto you are the most enthusiastic guide we ever met. Your knowledge of history and the things you told extra to make it even more understandable is fabulous. You will be a excellent teacher and your pupils are lucky ones! Our granddaughter Lara (17) enjoyed it very much and was really interested in your "lessons" You took us also to the Monasterio. From the highway we saw it several times and we thought it was just a ruin, now we know better, what a gem! Thank you very much for this wonderful experience. 😊

We really enjoyed our tour today with Pepe and Catherine. Pepe was a great tour guide with extensive knowledge on Spains history and wider European area. I love history and Pepe easily moved from roman right through to the 19th century. He also has a great sense of presence and kept a group of all ages interested. Thank you.

What makes or breaks a tour is the guide. We had the good fortune to have Alberto and it was a pleasure having him as our guide. His majors at the university, art and history! He's a wealth of knowledge and he puts it to very good use on his tours. Excellent tour and excellent guide. Itálica was very interesting and definitely a must do. The monastery was beautiful and interesting as well.

The ruins were a wonderful trip by themselves, but our guide Alberto made it an even better experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the history of Italica. He reminded me of my high school history teacher who taught me that history could be fun, and still plays an important role in our modern society.

Alberto was a fantastic guide, we learned so much about the site of Italica. His knowledge of Roman history, culture and artwork made the morning a success. We were astounded by the visit to the Monastery, where he helped us understand the gothic and baroque art and design. It was a wonderful tour.

We went to Italica & San Isidro monastery from Sevilla guided by Nieves & her colleagues with our kids, 10 & 13 years old. The trip was very well organised (we just would have liked to know that we could have boarded the bus in front of el corte ingles around 30 minutes later), and interesting for us adults and for the kid's. Both sites were very well explained by our guide Nieves, and she pays attention to keep it kids connected as well. We've learned a lot about them history and culture of the sites, but as well other information about how to identify bitter oranges and where they come from...

Every part of this tour was excellent. The online booking was simple. The lady at the pick - up point office was friendly and helpful. Our guide, Jesus, did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, personable and obviously enjoyed his job. The trip to the site, the timing of the tour of Italics and and monastery went smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it.

My mom and I had a great time touring Italica with Alberto & Nieves. Alberto was our guide during the trip and he spoke in such excellent English. He was absolutely fabulous. You can tell and experience the love he has for Spain when he's talking! He made the trip absolutely worth while. With photos for reference and everything to the originals of the replicas we seen. Alberto took very good care of his English speaking group! Nieves helped us with how to order traditional Spain coffee! Bonus! Both were so fabulous! Highly recommend!!!

Fabulously well-preserved Roman ruins, especially mosaics. Very knowledgable guide. We desperately needed audioradios so as to not miss a word. Didn't have them. Sigh.

Definitely worth the visit. Italica is mostly ruins but they're restoring it now and it's such an amazing experience to walk through the town and imagine how people during the Roman times would have moved around and used the city. The colosseum is of course the highlight of the trip - your guide will walk you through the same route people would have taken to get to their seats, even visiting where high ranking officials would have rested between shows. Beautiful!

I decided to do this tour at the lat minute and I am so glad I did. Our guide was Alberto. Not only was he very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history but he also described the artwork in detail, which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend this tour.
