The tour was terrific. I not only learned about several amazing women, but gained a ton of knowledge about Charleston as well. Two hours flew by. It is obvious how much Jonathan loves the city and sharing the stories of those who helped make it what is but don't get the recognition they deserve. He covers the good and the bad and the architecture. He was thoughtful and considerate of his guests (finding places to stop to talk which also had places to sit). This was my favorite activity in Charleston and well worth the ticket price. I will highly recommend his tours to everyone!!

All of the tour was great with lots of fun information. The passion of our tour guide Jonathan makes for a great tour. And to meet one of the house owners Mrs Pinky Peters was my favourite. I hope she is well. To start the tour you meet Jonathan at Bitty & Beau's, a little coffee shop that is well worth visiting.

What a great informative tour! I am so happy that I was able to fit this into a busy family wedding weekend, because there was just so much history, and passion about the Charleston women who had a great effect on our country’s future, packed into two hours.

Jonathan also provides some interesting details about Charleston’s general history as well as some of the architecture on the walk.

Amazing! Came from Florida for Spring Break. Doesn't matter what age or gender, this is the best tour!!! I found this online, and didn't know what to expect, but what actually happened was more than I could ever imagine. Jonnathan gave a great tour and information about the city and how influential women were involved. Very passionate about slave trade and that dark part of the city history.

We did the Bad Ass Women tour this afternoon with Jonathon. It was a perfect way to see and learn about Charleston. So much information about the history of both Charleston and the South that was enthralling especially to us Australians. Getting the detail about the intertwining events and the people behind them made this tour memorable. All so well explained by Jonathon who is clearly passionate as well as knowledgable about the history of the area.
