Interesting tour. Good and prepared guide. Earphones for inside the cathedral were missing.

Prepared, helpful and very kind guide

I was expecting more information about the city and the cathedral, it started late and ended very soon

It was fun in itself, but sometimes difficult to understand. English was fine, but many people around 1 guide who did not talk very loudly made it sometimes difficult to hear what the guide was saying.

Dispersive, due to bilingual group. Only 4 Italians, almost all of whom were foreigners. The time reserved for us seemed very short. Our mistake was to have chosen this group, the next time only Italians.
