Great walking tour of historic Louisville! Jasmine was very knowledgeable and fun. The homes & neighborhoods were beautiful! Very interesting history.

Our tour was led by the Director of the Louisville Historical Society and it was wonderful. Lots of information about the grand houses in the St. James and Belgravia neighborhoods in downtown Louisville, their history, and efforts to preserve them. Interesting to see the beautiful homes and to hear about how they fit in early and modern Louisville.

We were very pleased with this tour. Our tour guide was Jasmine. She was extremely friendly and very informative. We had a wonderful tour and credit Jasmine with making this possible.

The architecture of these beautiful old homes was amazing. Our guide was so informative and made the tour so interesting. Our dog Wesley even enjoyed it! Meeting at the Central Park Visitor Center gave us the opportunity to take a nice walk through the park.

It was a beautiful day for this historical walk. I booked it because my friend is a realtor and I thought she’d enjoy it. The houses were lovely. Jasmine did a great job, you can tell she loves her job which is so nice for attendees.

I really enjoyed looking at all the architectural styles that were in the houses on the tour. I had never seen bump out stairs before. I really enjoyed the tour guide. She had lots of information.

I highly recommend the Historic Old Louisville Walking Tour with guide Erika! She was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the neighborhood and its history. The tour itself was informative and enjoyable. We learned about the different styles of architecture in the neighborhood. And it was amazing to discover that the entire section of land was originally used for the Southern Exposition in the late 1800s. As a first time visitor to Louisville, this tour is a must!
