I highly recommend this pirate cruise for kids 2-8. Our 6 year old absolutely loved it and it was his favorite part of our vacation. Scurvy was hilarious and the staff did a great job getting kids and parents involved. Stinky Pete didn’t get away with our treasure…. Arghhhh

What amazing memories were made!! My 2 and 3 year old can’t stop talking about fighting off “Stinky Feet” with water cannons and getting the treasure! Huge thanks to Captain Bones and Pirate Sparrow (and Pirate Stinky Feet lol) for such a fun experience for my babies!!

We had such a great experience today on the pirate adventures! The crew were entertaining, and even got both parents and kids involved in the treasure hunt. As a bonus, we even saw dolphins on the trip. The trip leaves out of the Harbor Village Marina. So, if you are not staying in the Sea Pines area, you will need to buy a day pass to get into Harbor Village. Be aware that the Harbor Village security gate ONLY accepts CASH! The parking can be a little tricky. So, it is best to arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes before you are supposed to be there. There is plenty of shopping and ice cream shops for the kids while you wait.

Sparrow was fun, funny, inclusive and great with the little pirates! Despite some hesitancy about being on a boat, Sparrow gently helped our little ones enjoy the experience. Now they want to go on a pirate ship adventure every day!

We appreciated that there was some shade available since it was a very hot day. Great for young kids. Ages 4 and 8 are still talking about how much fun they had and enjoy looking at the treasure (toys) that was found.

The boat was well ran and very entertaining!!! Our 5 year ild loved every minute. They offer face painting taboos and get the kids so excited before you head down to the boat. Then it is about 90 minutes of pirate excitement. The crew was amazing a d so friendly!!!

My two boys (5 and 3) experienced the Pirates of Hilton Head cruise on 7/31/21. It was such a great time! The crew does a wonderful job of including everyone in on the fun - even the adults that come along! It’s clear they enjoy doing this every day, it showed in the way they interacted with each other. The boat ride is smooth so there is no concern for sea sickness while on board. We even saw dolphins on our trip. The kids loved blasting Stinky Pete with the water cannons and are still talking about the whole thing weeks later. I can’t recommend this cruise enough for young kids and parents!

We took our grand children age 4 and 6 !! They had a fantastic time we would recommend the pirate ship Adventure !

My kids had so much fun! The pirates were great with the kids! All around great family adventure. Will do again and highly recommend for families with small kids.

This was our third time on this adventure in the last 3 years! Our daughter (now 4) loves this activity and this trip was no different! From Captain Bones to the two ship mates to my daughter's favorite Stinky Pete (a former Marine) all are wonderful at interacting with the Parents and Kids! Make plans for this activity if your at HHI! We always go early, you avoid crowds and the heat!

This was without a doubt the most fun thing we did with our grandchildren when they came to visit. It was fun for grandparents, parents and kids. Loved blowing Stinky Pete into the water!!! They actually bring up a treasure chest and let the kids choose their booty. I’d say it’s for ages 10 and under.

A Living Social/Groupon value!!!! Brought our 8yr old granddaughter on this excursion where she was greeted with a Flag (signed by the crew), an eye patch and bandana! Loved every minute from beginning to end!

Our entire family had a great time with Captain Ben and Squirt on a sunset cruise today. Saw lots of dolphins, toured the area and got to shoot the water cannons! Highly recommend for a fun family event.

This is an experience! Our 10 and 8 year old absolutely loved each moment of this adventure. From our arrival, to the naming, tattooing, sailing, and shooting to get the treasure back, there is never a dull moment. We would highly recommend! As for parents, it is so fun to watch, but bring your water and wear sunscreen because it is hot.

It was good fun and well done. The 8-10 crowd was a little bored, it seemed. My suggestions to the Pirates: dress out a little more "pirate". The captain was really in costume. Parents, it might help to "prime the pump" before hand to get the kids really hyped and into the pirate mood. When you check in, you will be asked to buy a head wrap $5, a nerf sword $5, etc. There are vests and sashes to borrow. The kids and most parents are in the sun the whole time. It was really fun for all.

The boat and pirate 🏴‍☠️ crew were all great and did a wonderful job keeping the kids engaged. They were inclusive to all the kids regardless of the age and they made them all feel like they were part of the crew. The treasure at the end was the best part

They did an amazing job of staying interactive with the kids - despite the VERY hot weather!! The kids (twin 2 year olds & a 6 year old) had a blast!

This was a great time! Everyone enjoyed as much as the children. I will go again. Thank you for the FUN time.

For a spectacular outing with the children, you MUST take this wonderfully run activity in Hilton Head Island! We had ages 2,4,6 & 8 and they all loved the experience.

I am local but had seen the Black Sparrow in action crossing the Cross Island Bridge - what a wonderful fun trip for my 4 year old Granddaughter. The staff are super and go out of their way to make sure every child is engaged, having fun, and is part of the action. For a fun family adventure, a must do for visitors and locals.
