Caio was the best guide on this hiking tour we could’ve gotten. He killed it with the pictures and videos with my mom, uncle, friend, and I. Plus we had a lovely dog accompany us along the way. It was good genuine talks and good local food afterwards! I recommend 🤙 The views were insane and worth every step up and down sunset.

This was the most memorable part of my trip to Rio. I took the sunrise option and couldn’t recommend more. My guide booked me a driver for around 3am pick up from Cobacabana beach, and sent me photographs of my driver and the car. The walk itself took around 30-40mins, and we arrived with plenty of time to see the sun rise. It’s an incredible view! There was 2 other small groups there, in total around 10 of us, so we had plenty of time to take all the photographs we wanted. Highly recommend.

Caio was amazing and his dog came along for hike. I ended up being the only person in this tour which was great!! The hike is NO joke. But, it was all worth it in the end to watch the sunrise and capture amazing pictures and videos.

We got to see an incredible view thanks to our tour guide Caio. The hike itself is steep but not too difficult and definitely worth it. Caio was very informative, friendly, and encouraging. He welcomed us with insect repellant which is definitely a must! He also helped us take perfect photos with different angles and poses. Caio was very informative and a fun tour/hike and guide. Best picture suggestions. Good laughs. Great vibes. Would recommend to anyone wanting to go to do pedra do telegrafo. Even the little snack suggestion to hold us over for the car ride back to our hotel.

it was super interesting! Fascinating view! To walk there it’s about 1hour . I was sucked for 1month and not recovered yet. The guide was so helpful and take care of me to climb to the mountain. The telegram stone it’s super cool! After that I share photos with my friends everybody yelling it’s too crazy! ; )

Guide, Caio, was exceedingly professional and truly cared that I had an outstanding experience - which I did. Great communication from the night before through to completion. We prearranged to start the pick up a bit earlier, to be sure we got the best photos according to the exact time of sunrise that day. (Nice weather helped too). 100 percent recommended this tour with this guide. Hike was of moderate intensity - the reward at the top was well worth it, and the best memory of my trip.

Caio took us on a moderate hike to check out the rock, and checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable. He also gave recommendations on other excursions.

This hike was the highlight of my stay in Rio, the view is breathtaking! I highly recommend the early morning hike to see the sunrise, Caió the tour guide is very knowledgeable and takes the greatest pictures. The drive from Copacabana was a bit long but the driver was very nice and engaging. I’m glad I picked this tour

This hike is NOT easy but it is doable. Our driver and our guide were great! You should definitely book with this guide. He will take great photos and make sure you learn a lot about the history of where you’re hiking.

Not only did Caio take my friends and I on this tour, he also gave us a one of a kind experience showing us the favelas in rio. An experience you cannot find anywhere else from any other tour guide on the continent! He was nothing but accommodating, reassuring -and made us feel so safe throughout both experiences I had with him. He went out of his way to not only give us the best experience possible but he went as far as giving us further recommendations beyond our journeys with him. If i ever return to Brasil, Caio will be the first person on my call list. He is so knowledgeable in his tours and you can truthfully learn so much. I took part in two other excursions during my trip that weren’t with Caio and they compared very little. I will forever recommend him to anyone that I know because again, he gives a one of a kind experience. Where do I even begin. I randomly stumbled upon Caio with another tour and we sparked up a genuine conversation and from there on out, had a couple tours booked for the following days. These tours were spontaneous and possibly the best experience I have ever had whilst traveling. He gave me and my friends a true representation of what Rio is. We had two tours, one for the biggest favela in Rio and the telegrafo tour. The favela tour made my trip so unforgettable. Caio took us to get authentic Brazilian food, which was phenomenal and showed us truly what a Favela is/represents. There is so much history revolved around Favela's which we had no idea until Caio debriefed us at the most beautiful overlook on the top of the Favela. We rode motorbikes throughout the Favela (dream come true) and had the chance to see the view of inside the Favela on a private rooftop. Now the Telegrafo tour was breathtaking. On our hike up, we laughed, shared stories and really connected as people. He is also an AMAZING photographer, sharing the pictures below. Caio wanted us to have the best time and made sure we did by showing us his kindness and never hesitated to get us the best photos, or guiding us to the best Brazilian food/snacks. Caio has to be the best person we met in Brazil; not only was he a great tour guide but he became a good friend in the end. It was our first time exploring a country foreign to us but it definitely won't be the last because of the lasting impression these tours and Rio made in general. I cannot recommend Caio enough, book with him and he will make your trip memorable and remarkable.
