Doges Palace was amazing. Roko was very knowledgeable and thoughtful. He recommended a place for lunch which was delightful.

Nicoletta was an incredible Tour guide. She was extremely knowledgeable About the history of Venice, The architecture, & artists. She gave us a little tidbits about the city that was very helpful. All in all she made our trip so wonderful and memorable.

Monica is the absolute best!! This was one of our favorite memories from our trip. Monica made us feel like we were old friends. We decided to skip the touristy spots and asked her to take us to her favorite places in the city. She brought us to beautiful gardens, an artist's collective, and an incredible costume shop, where we met the owner and designer. A truly magical experience. I cannot recommend her enough. Book her; you'll be so glad that you did:)

A great trip with Roko. It was pouring with rain but Roko was very thoughtful to avoid us getting wet where possible. He was very knowledgeable about his subject and equally able to answer all the children’s unusual questions too. He was also great with my son with special needs - highly recommended!

Nicoletta’s tour of Venice hi-lights wast first rate. We spent three hours exploring San Marco Balisica and Doge’s palace. Nicoletta’s knowledge of the artwork and history is top shelf. She was able to describe and explain nearly every main piece. Consider hiring a guide, you’ll get more value than you can imagine.

What a great way to start our time in Venice. Nicolette was a wonderful guide! She was so knowledgeable and spoke passionately about her city! My kids (ages 11 and 13) and parents (70s) were all equally engaged! We saw some highlights for sure, but she also showed us places and shared stories we would have never known about otherwise. My husband Tom and I spent three wonderful hours with Elisabetta walking through the beautiful streets of Venice. Elisabetta was so knowledgeable and funny. She tailored the tour to our needs and showed up so many little treasures. Make sure you see the Bansky painting on one of the canal walls! I would recommend doing the tour at the beginning of your stay in Venice so you can visit all the little shops and great places to eat she recommended along the way.

Got to hear about the "back story" of part of Venice from a life-long local. Although not a criticism, His English was a little hard to understand. Also, he met us at the assigned spot, he did not have any signage to even indicate that he was a tour guide, let alone our tour guide.

We had made several excursions with Lucrezia and they have been all delightful. Lucrezia has the passion of Venice and you will learn not only about the big and small history of Venice, you will also learn about the Venetians, their lifes, their customs. Lucrezia is super connected with the artisans of Venice and this makes every tour something special. She has also probably tested all the restaurants of Venice so if she is sharing an address , do not hesitate. We strongly recommend a tour with Lucrezia.

We loved our tour with Matteo! He was super accommodating of our pace and extremely knowledgeable about the history and architecture of Venice. As an architect, I loved his facts about how the city was built! He also arranged a boat ride for us to view the city from the canal which was our favorite part of the tour.

Loris was so knowledgeable and we had a relaxing time away from the crowds, drinking the best coffee and seeing the sites that no one else would see. He took us to a fascinating secret garden with an “icebox” from 1500 and we saw guilds and churches that we would never have seen if we hadn’t done this tour. You must wear comfy shoes as we walked almost 10 miles and crossed at least 10 bridges over small canals in the 4 hours we were with him. He is a gem!

We had the most wonderful tour of Venice with Adair. She blended history with fascinating facts, an insight into life in this wonderful city and a chance to see it from a local's point of view. We had a thorough tour and she patiently answered all our questions, showed us amazing eateries, fantastic shops, beatiful views and fascinating backstreets. My husband and I recently booked a tour of Venice with Genny and it was one of the best tours of our entire trip! Genny is personable, very interesting and knowledgeable. She told us the history of the masks and carnival. She explained how the plague affected Venice and how, the cats were the heroes in fighting the plague. She took us to the bookshop that been damaged by the flood. The best part was the roof terrace with the 360 degree view of Venice! She also gave us restaurant recommendations which were terrific. I highly recommend using Genny as your tour guide!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour around Venice with Valentina. She showed us the local fresh food markets, the Rialto bridge, St Mark’s square as well as some far less crowded areas where mainly locals go. After our tour, she sent us information about restaurants, the vaporetto, where to buy jewelry and other things we had asked for help with. We learned a lot and Valentina made our stay in Venice much easier and enjoyable.

Marco's knowledge was impressive but the thing we liked most was his very personal perspective to the tour as he was was able to recount stories about growing up in Venice. The time went so quickly which is always a good sign. Grazie Marco!

Basilica S Maria Gloriosa dei Frari was amazing and we’ve seen a lot of churches!! Definitely a treasure!
