Wonderful local tour of back street Hoi An, led by our wonderful guide, Kiwi. The tour included insight into local businesses and local fresh food markets. Absolute must when visiting Old Town Hoi An

This was a unique tour through the heart of Hoi An. Winding our way through narrow passageways and lanes to get a glimpse into the past and present of family owned businesses and skills that have been passed down from generation to generation. From the making of Cao Lau noodles by hand to the growing of bean sprouts. From green rice paddies to the fresh market. We saw places and tasted authentic Vietnamese food and delicacies that we probably would never have been able to. Thanks to Kiwi and her colleague to share their intimate knowledge and history of Hoi An.

Such a great experience-was really well organised and informative. We met friendly local people, ate delicious street food and visited areas and markets off the beaten track. Kiwi our guide was fantastic! Highly recommend.

This was really a excellent walking tour through some back streets, visiting some places not seen by tourists on their own. We had some real hidden gems that we visited, learned about the history of some of the oldest factories and restaurants in Hoi An. We had the most amazing guide, Kiwi, she was so friendly, helpful, fluent in English and lovely with kids! Tried some Vietnamese local cuisine that we would not have tried if it was not for this tour! Thumbs up for a very good tour and an amazing guide! Will recommend this to everyone we know! What an amazing experience. The friendly team was full of surprises, humour and knowledge of the back streets. We took back street routes that emerged in how the local people live. We met some amazing people from where we harvested bean sprouts with an lady and met a noodle maker. Shout out to Lien.

Had the pleasure of going on the experience with Kiwi and Lien as my guides. Both had excellent English skills and they complimented each other very well. Super friendly and knowledgable. The experience was a great journey into some of the back areas of Hoi An that I would probably never ventured into on my own followed by a great food tour which everyone agreed was quite delicious. Kiwi and Lien were our amazing guides on this tour. I love how we got to go a few minutes from the city center and learn about the culture and the old ways. You see where and how the noodles are made and then you get to eat them! Full circle! My favorite part of the tour was the Bahn Mi. So tasty. Make sure you come hungry! We had a great tour with Kiwi! We tried so many different foods and were offered different options we saw along the way. It was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon!

This tour was absolutely amazing and full of so much information. We got to see first hand where and how the food gets from farm to table as well as to the markets. We also then got to enjoy some of the local food. We had kiwi as our tour guide and she was so friendly & knew everyone in town. It was so social to see and experience. I highly recommend this tour as it was the best one yet!

We had a great morning exploring the local streets and food factorys of Hoi An. Understanding more about the process of Vietnamese cuisine and the local culture. Our tour guide Harry was very good and had excellent knowledge and information on the tour. It was an early start at 6am but was nice as it wasn’t too hot walking around. We tried so many different types of Vietnamese food, you won’t be hungry afterwards.

First of all our guide, Kiwi, greeted us with the biggest smile. She was so kind and patient with us. We saw and learned things I would have never imagined existed!!!! Plus we got to taste amazing food!! This will be a memorable tour!
