Lilia was excellent! We had a wonderful time snorkeling with the turtles and the center swim was phenomenal! Gracias Lilia!

Ceasar, our guide was funny, knowledgeable, personable and explained everything very thoroughly. He made the experience more memorable.

We booked an adventure through our hotel with this tour company and couldn't fault it. We were picked up on time by a lovely driver called Javier. On route to our first destination we picked up the tour guide. Eli was lovely. He was very friendly and professional. We did the cenotes, turtle swim and beach lunch. Eli was very knowledgeable and attentive with the younger members of the group, helping them where needed. I would thoroughly recommend this company and this excursion...very professional

Do Not recommend this company at all. It was never stated anywhere that if your chlostrephobic you can not participate in the excursion. We were picked up at our hotel on time and as we were driving out of the resort they started asking questions regarding health problems, etc. That’s when they realized we were unable to do the excursions, and turned right back around and dropped us back off to the hotel within 3 minutes of being on the bus. I asked them if I would get a refund and he was so rude. His name was hazael, had a very bad attitude and was making jokes about Mexicans within the first few seconds of being on the bus. We felt very uncomfortable in those few minutes we were on the bus. I called them for a refund or credit for another excursion and they were refusing to give me a refund ! And Hazael lied about the reasoning for dropping us off right away. He said that we were smoking on the bus! That is 100% false. But I do have the incident report stating the actual Problem and reason we were not able to Take the excursion. RECOMMENDED: book your excursions through the hotel is half the price cheaper and way better customer service. CANCÚN ADVENTURES DO NOT USE …. Or viator because I booked through them and they “tried” to get us a refund of 308.00 usd and then said they couldn’t unless Cancun adventured refunds them. This was a complete scam !!!

Tour guide and driver was absolutely amazing. Punctual, personal and knowledgeable about everything we did saw the biggest turtle ive ever seen. The food was ready minutes after we got to lunch, no wait, no time taken away from the experience. It was absolutely perfect 😊😊😊

Lilia was a great tour guide. We went to the cenotes- that was amazing! Then off to see the turtles which was also amazing, saw turtles, fish, and sting rays. Then off to a majestic beach to lay out after a delicious lunch. The price is totally worth it. The driver and Lilia were very polite, friendly, patient, and made sure we got the best experience! Lilia even took some pics for us too ! Our first trip to Cancun did not disappoint!

Great day!! Enrique was awesome! So smart! So informative! Oh, and soooo funny! We had a full day of adventures. The food and drink good, too!

My family was disappointed with this excursion. It had been very windy the day before and the day of our excursion causing the ocean to be closed. Cancun Adventures did not cancel or offer a refund for the excursion, instead they offered an alternative excursion when we had already gotten up early, picked up all guests and we at their office. We feel that they were well aware that the ocean access was going to be closed and were not transparent with the group. We felt like we did not have a true option, but to accept the alternative excursion. The alternative excursion was also affected by the high winds causing the water in the lagoon to be murky with poor visibility and way too many quests. The lagoon was over crowded making it even more difficult to see and navigate. We ended up seeing very little. I feel like our money for the excursion should be at least partly refunded. I will complement our guide. Our guide was great and attempted to please the group.

Sea turtles were 10/10. Only thing I would change is to have a little time at the souvenir shop at the ocean. Had lots of time

I was unable to participate in all activities because the website did not mention that you must be an experienced swimmer. I was left behind by the guide because she could not guarantee the safety of the group with inexperienced swimmers. And this booking website has refused refunds because they don’t feel responsible even though the excursion company gave us an incident report explaining we should’ve been told.

The Tulum ruins are full of history and offer amazing cliffside views! The hidden Cenote was an exhilarating experience and one that I will definitely not forget. Don’t forget snorkelling at Akumal where we saw numerous huge green sea turtles and even a few baby turtles. Lukas was our guide and made sure everything was looked after. He is full of information and super funny. Spoke very clearly and accommodated everyone on the excursion. 100% would do another Cancun Adventure. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to take photos in the Cenote due to property rules. I have included some photos of the ruins and the beach lunch afterwards. ENJOY.

We loved our tour guide, Ro. He was precious and took great care of us. I appreciated the small group atmosphere. We were not able to do the turtle excursion because of the weather, but our tour guide was so positive and had a backup plan. Your friends from Mississippi, The Paulks

Seeing the cenote was cool! Didn’t like that you can’t take a go pro and they charge $80 for a picture. Swimming with turtles was a tourist trap unless you want to swim next to 50 other people and see a turtle in mucky water. Lunch was at a beautiful beach and very relaxing! Driver and tour guide were great!

We had an amazing time! I went with a girlfriend and there were a couple families on the tour. Our tour guide, Jareth was incredible. He was super knowledgeable and funny. He kept us feeling engaged and laughing. I would highly recommend this tour. Ramon, our drive kept us safe on the route!

1. You can’t wear sunscreen the whole trip pretty much. If you have super sensitive skin, I’d think about that. 2. BRING YOUR OWN TOWEL. Guide was rude because we didn’t bring one. We didn’t get a message regarding this, and it’s not mentioned in the listing. Someone on our trip said they weren’t notified and someone else said they were. I went back in my email and didn’t see anything. 3. BRING A NECK PILLOW. The van is air conditioned, but it is very cramped. 4. Bring a change of clothes for the way back. You’ll get a chance to change after activities are done. You’ll be more comfortable this way.

My favorite part was swimming in the cenote! My daughter’s favorite was snorkeling with the sea turtles. Our guides were amazing and helped us spot not only turtles but stingrays and dolphin rays!!!

Esuro(driver) and C were fantastic and made our experience a great one. The overall day was a must see. I appreciated seeing a variety of things and all of them were fantastic. The cenote was incredible, the turtles were fun to see, and the beach was the perfect ending.

The first excursion was incredible, and our tour guide was wonderful! The cenote was so cool to explore and seeing the sea turtles up close and in their natural habitat was great. I would absolutely recommend!
