Sorry for the late post. I was cleaning and found the card and remembered I promised to write a review. Neto and Ernesto: they were amazing. They made certain I felt conquered my fear and experienced the cenote. He accommodated my photo ops and was an amazing guide. I am looking forward to visiting again.

This experience was very fun! Many adventurous activities! Philippe and Nacho were great guides! They were a great help explaining things and keeping us safe!

Everything was amazing the staff nacho abel diana uriel joel rodrigo jesus reyes and angel were great. But the only thing is we went on 2 adventures with them were you cant take pictures yourself, they will try to sell you the picture at a very high rate. They should provide better packages not just 1 or 2. Let us choose the number of pictures rather than taking the whole thing at the price they put.

Amazing adventure so much fun! Loved the atv. Diana and Danny made our trip unforgettable! We hope to come back again...

Diana was our tour guide, she was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. It was an incredible experience and we highly recommend!

The activities with the zip line, swimming in the cenote, and ATVing were very fun. We lucked out and had a private tour. We had JJ and Nacho who were fun guides. I would recommend.

We had a blast at ATV South Tour with Diana, Uriel, and the team! The ATV portion was super exhilarating, fun but still very safe and well-guided with all the hand signals we were taught to follow. And the Cenote portion after, just WOW! One of a kind experience and Diana was amazing talking about fun facts and history also being very funny. We would love to do this again next time in PDC, thank you crew!!

Nacho and Diana were the absolute best tour guides ever!! This excursion was sooo fun and I'm saying that with experience of doing another excursion. The ATV riding was fun, but extremely dusty. I would definitely recommend bringing protective. goggles or something because my shades were not enough at all lol. We then did rappeling and ziplining which was a workout and a great thrill!! The wooden stairs that go up to the trees were super scary but still fun. We then ziplined into a denote and took a tour into the cenote cave. It was a little creepy but extremely beautiful. I would recommend being a good swimmer for this part of the tour, and if you're not, ask for a real life jacket. They bring a life rail just in case, which was extremely useful because my boyfriend caught a cramp in his leg while swimming and couldn't keep up, so he was able to use that. At the end, they allow you to buy photos and videos during your excursion, which was a little pricey but they give you a plethora of video and photos, so I think its worth it.

My 20 year old daughter and I had an incredible adventure with this tour group! Our expectations were greatly surpassed at the amount of fun we had, between the fast ATV ride, the heart-racing activites we did while in a harness and roped up, and the absolutely incredible swim deep into the cenote cave. I've never experienced anything like it!

We booked the excursion for 9 am and had a har time to wake kids up and waited in lobby for 4 hours they picked us up at 11:15 When I called nexus rep , they said no worries they are on board and for all our troubles the gave us a cap 😀 After we got there rest was ok Before you get a package they said it is 15 min drive from here but we were in shuttle for at least over an hour Staff in the main place were very good and professional and very nice They weren’t happy with the delay and apologized many times and they mentioned this is happening often and we have a red face here.

Awesome staff! Especially the guys from the zip line adventure- they made the experience top notch 👌! Gracias Sergio, Mauricio, Jorge, and the rest of the guys! Nayeli, the hostess for the tequila and food tasting, was so helpful and friendly :).

This trip was amazing. We talk about it all the time, there won't be a time we don't suggest this. We did book through out cruise line but I would happily book them again if I go down ourselves. It was a blast, Diana was AMAZING, she is so sweet, she's funny and she knows her stuff! You can tell she loves what she does. The ATV ride was a hit, it's dusty so brings your shades.. it is a jungle so that should be obvious. My husband and I loved it. The jump was a surprise but it would a great moment to bond with the strangers around you as you cheered people through one of their biggest fears. (Diana is stronger than you think.) Everyone in the experience was amazing, the guys catching you/slowing you down, helping with gear, the back guide.. all offered a amazing and safe adventure. Do it, do it, do it!!

The guides/staff was so helpful and friendly. They were also patient and knowledgeable! It was such a thrill the whole time. I would do it again… Diana, Joel, Nacho Rodrigo and their crew were great

The crew was extremely helpful and funny. Uriel and Abel were our guides and they did a great job leading the group. Would highly recommend for groups or couples. 10/10 experience

Hands down was the best experience I’ve had in Tulum. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Cesar. I’ve never been on an ATV or swam in a cenote before… when I come back to Mexico I’ll be doing this again!

Cesar, Rodrigo, Uriel and crew were absolutely fabulous! 10 of us went and had a blast!! Very educational in the cenote and encouraging during the challenges.

Everyone was so friendly and informative. VERY FUN and energetic. They ensured everyone had a good time and stayed safe while doing so.

Diana, Emi, Abel, Jesue, and Angel all did a terrific job organizing our adventures. They were super helpful and engaging!
