Despite having three tables with 14 children, with their parents at anther table, JB never missed a beat in providing us with excellent service. His personality is warm and witty and fits the Hard Rock environment. Although this is our first visit to Myrtle Beach, we have visited Hard Rocks in multiple countries. The Hard Rock Cafe is always on our list . We love to wonder about and enjoy rock memorabilia. We had the steak and chicken fajitas The service was good and the meals good.

Went to this location twice, once for personal and once for business from a conference my wife was attending. On the personal night, there was karaoke and it was taken over by a girl's softball team and a boy's baseball team. Both were having fun with various levels of success. We each had burgers, both were good, as usual. Service was great.

We were greeted by our server shortly after we sat down and he asked if the kitchen needed to be aware of any food allergies. My daughter has a peanut/treenut allergy but can be embarrassed when I bring it up so having the server ask made the situation much easier. I informed him of the allergy and he said someone would come talk to us to about it. He took our drink order and a staff member came to our table to get more information about her allergy and told us they normally don’t have any items with peanuts/treenuts but there were two special items not typically on the menu that she should avoid. The staff handled this quickly and professionally without making my daughter feel embarrassed. The way the Hard Rock handled this should be the model for all restaurants. Some people don’t like bringing attention to their allergies so having the staff ask is a huge plus. We both ordered burgers and fries and they were fantastic. We also ordered dessert which was big enough to share. Our server was polite and professional. Going to the shop was also fun. Overall our experience was incredibly positive in terms of food, service, and atmosphere.

Waitress was amazing! Made my dads bday special! When I presented my Viator voucher felt like a lesser than “oh these are given to people by the resorts” um not me I PAID to give my dad a VIP experience and felt like I was lesser than for buying a pkg. limited menu should be told when you buy to make an informed decision pretty embarrassing when your told onion ring are an upgrade and will cost more when that’s what my dad wanted. If your selling a VIP pkg do t treat people like they are just cheap stakes. Souviners all overpriced and had issue just getting the shot drink that was suppose to come with my shot. Live music and waitress were the best part!!!

None of the servers seemed happy to be there. No smiles, no energy, nothing you would expect. Mediocre service at best. At 6pm there were several empty tables. The food portions were much smaller than the last time we were here. Also, my $20 burger looked to be the same size as my child's $9 burger. I wouldn't recommend going to this HRC.

HRC is exactly what you'd expect. Fast environment, music, dark lighting, music memorabilia. Seating arrangements from booths, benches and bar seating. Lots of options inside, upstairs and outside. Service was really great. Very attentive staff. Frequently stopped to check on us. Food was quite good. Our party ordered a wide variety of dishes which was nice to explore different . Overall, it's a recommendation of you've never been.

having been a unity member and visited multiple hard rock cafes, hotels and resorts over the years this visit has to have been the most disappointing. Our server was friendly but failed to recognise the failing in the service. Our mains arrived at which point we indicated we had ordered a starter/appetiser to which we are presented with a blank face. We spoke to our server who’s response was I put the order in. Our appetisers then appeared 5 minutes after our mains which defeats the object of a starter/ appetiser. So our mains sat going cold while we ate our starter. I had a starter and my partner intended on having a dessert however as we were handed our bill midway through eating our mains that was a big indication that they didn’t want our money so we decided to leave and continue the rest of our meal and drinks elsewhere. Needless to say I will reconsider going back to a hard rock anytime soon.

We went with 4 other friends on Feb. 10, specifically to see the singer, Ronnie Clinton. He is so awesome! We've seen him many times before, but never at the Hard Rock. I hope the Hard Rock will feature Ronnie again and at other Hard Rock locations. He has to be the best singer EVER over ANY male singer. As far as the food, my husband and I both ordered the Ceasor Salad. It was very expesnive, but that would have been OK if it had been really good. Unfortunately, the grilled chicken was way too done and very dry. Too hard to eat. So we'd definitely go see Ronnie Clinton again, but would order another item from the menu. We were happy to see Hard Rock have such high quality entertainment.

This is our second trip while on our vacation. It was so good. Great atmosphere. Wonderful staff, and food is GREAT. The nacho plater is large enough for the main course, and is one of the best Ive ever had. We requested ground hamburger on the nachos instead of steak or chicken. GREAT!!! Also had a Ceaser salad which was good too;.

Excellent Messi burger. And a great way to recognize World Cup Wonderful wonderful manager and staff Friendly excellent wait staff - even if not assigned to our table. Great experience!!!!!!

Great atmosphere outside with a lot of seating, good bad playing the night we went, just wished they stayed open later in the night.

The French fries were full of salt 🧂 me and my entire family could not eat them, it’s 5 of us. We sent them back and we did not receive a refund. We brought the photo package and the digital code or scan didn’t work. This is very unprofessional. We deserve a full refund.

The price I paid for 105.00 was not worth it the menu is limited u can only pick certain things also it doesn’t add up to the price u paid

This Hard Rock Cafe location at Broadway At The Beach is a well managed Hard Rock Cafe location that has delicious food and drinks. The food is well prepared and they have a fun atmosphere. I really like the desserts that they have available here. Well worth a visit.

I’ve been to many Hard Rock Cafes all over the world and the Myrtle Beach cafe 3 times in the past 9 months. Today’s meal was less than stellar. The child’s mac and cheese was dried up, the replacement was the same. Two people had fries that were refried at least once making them brown and soggy not golden brown, crispy and upright in their container and their replacement was the same. Come on Hard Rock I expect better than that. I paid $111 for a meal that I could have gone to a lesser chain and paid less. I always have excellent food at this location the last being April. The service and wait was excellent.

I've been to several Hard Rock restaurants and this by far was my worst experience. To begin there was a "new" drink on the menu the Smoking Old Fashion, it took forever to get the drink & I was told it's new so the bartender had to figure out how to make it and they had to find the large ice cubes?? If it's on the menu shouldn't the bartender know how its made? Then comes dinner I ordered steak Nachos, it looked like they took a bag of uncooked nachos threw them on a plate with what looked like Kibbles (steak) with a LITTLE cheese, a sprinkle of Pico & 2 jalapeños all of which were only on the top. The middle & bottom nachos were bare. The taste was worse than the look. Everything was cold and not flavorful at all. I had the waitress take it away. Thank God for the friend green tomatoes. Oh and the drink was actually good once I got it.

We drove to Broad way at the Beach and went to eat at Hard Rock . Food was good but pricey and staff was super nice . They had a live band .

Cool place for some good food and drink. Very clean and staff very friendly. Nice sun deck to soak up some sun and drinks.
