Went recently for a weekend trip and ended with lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe on our way out. Amanda was our server and she was very attentive and personable. The food was just as good! We got three entrees to share because we couldn’t decide! We will definitely be back next visit.

The menu I saw when I booked was not the same menu offered for the set price. Very disappointed as I could have just waited and pressed something I really wanted.

I was looking forward to eating at the buffet but at 2:30 the line was extremely long. Hours were from 11-4 I didn't see myself being seated anytime soon. I opted to eat at hard rock cafe, hot seated quickly and ate a delicious burger. Waitress Elise was friendly!

Great location. Beds were comfortable and it was overall quiet in the room at night. Would definitely stay again.

We loved Hard Rock so much that we ate there 3 times. Drinks are pretty small for the price though. We did not visit the casino.

2 stars only because 1st visit was great, but second visit the bartender was hostile and rude (sandy blonde woman). My party of 9 left and went to another restaurant. Apparently there is a rule that you cannot have an outside cup In restaurant and only option is to throw away cup or leave. I tried to ask if my empty cup could stay behind bar, on floor, at hostess stand, put in bag… anywhere except trash and she acted like I was trying to fight her. From the get go she was hostile, we were NOT drinking before we walked in and my clear mind could not understand the hostility that was so aggressive she was basically pushing us out door instead of having a normal conversation with adult people. Bar was not full and missed out on 9 adults having dinner and drinks. I understand rules are rules - but delivery is key! Multiple people are not throwing away $20 cup just to eat somewhere and we can walk out door and eat anywhere. Needs training and an attitude adjustment.

Went to the Cafe with my husband recently and we had such a great experience, the food was good, service was even better, highly recommend our server Kat, she is absolutely on it and such a great person to talk to and get to know, along with being very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and what sounds good when you’re not sure what to get. I highly recommend the Cafe along with sitting with Kat.

Amanda was great. The food and atmosphere was awesome. Mixed drinks were also great. Will definitely be back!!

Cigarette smoke in dinning area made it an unpleasant experience. Service was slow. Two entrées with chicken had very dry/overcooked chicken. Burger and steak salad were good. Server was friendly.

Short wait time for table. Food was okay and little pricey. Waiter "Von" was friendly and took good care of us. Wish there were more selections on the kids menu. Had to pay full price for boneless wings that were only half eaten.

Could have just went there and ate, wasn’t busy, food was so so. Didn’t really get a deal with this coupon. Would not do it again.

Stopped in for a BBQ Cheeseburger and loaded fries. Burger was probably the best burger I have had at any Hard Rock. Kat was our server and was excellent. Everyone was friendly. Definitely recommend stopping in.

The gift shops were good, sales people were GREAT. But when a manager was asked to come assist with providing a Veteran a discount on a purchase, the manager ignored the request. NOT GOOD.

We travel all over to different Hard Rock locations. From Shanghai to Paris to Lyon and love thay you get pretty.much the same experience every time. It is always fun to get a mizlxed drink in a hurricane glass from where you went for just a few dollars more than just buying the glass it is an amazing deal. The Rock shops are always fun to go to especially pin hunting.

I created my own surf-n-turf by combining the 16oz steak with the shrimp and took home a souvenir Hurricane glass. I now have 3 glasses!

The Barbecue sandwich was hot and delicious. The coleslaw was crisp and fresh and the French fries were hot and tasty. The spring appetizer was enough to share. One of the best choices on the menu. The restaurant was clean and taking all the precautions during the pandemic.

My kids and I were visiting Biloxi for a quick stay and decided to eat at the Hard Rick Cafe. We’ve always had good experiences at Hard Rock Cafe restaurants before but this was disappointing. The food and service were fine but the prices were outrageous. We spent over $75 for two burgers and a bowl of Mac and Cheese. Crazy!!!! I’m not accustomed to these prices. Be prepared to drop some serious cash.

Great food great staff they do have smaller menu now just a bit pricey as you can expect food was good this was prob 3rd time there

Fun atmosphere. Tables were widely spaced thanks to COVID 19 protocol. Temps were checked before entering with a really nifty computer device. Friendly hostess and wait staff. Good food -- burgers, caesar salads. Good drinks. Will definitely return. Highly suggest reserving a table using Open Table to avoid a long wait.

Love this place. Alysaa the hostess is sweet and Elise the server so friendly and attentive. We visited in 2019 for our anniversary and we came this year. At the end of the dinner Alyssa bought over a card a chocolate. So thoughtful. Thanks again.
