Recently in the past we had a ruff time in the Hard Rock Cafe but this time around we had an awesome waiter Blake he made are visit very special and entertaining. Thanks for a great night

We had a great time at the Comedy show! But the hotel was out of non smoking rooms. Which caused my sinuses and allergies to flare. But the casino and dining was good.

We came here on December 27th for brunch. Qe waited about 15 minutes when there were plenty of open seats. When we sat down we were advised they had NO bread or bagels today and I went to order corn beef hash and eggs and we were told it was no longer on the menu. Plus they had NO apple juice!! I complained to the managers and they were very unapologetic and really didn't care. I absolutely can't believe this is a hard rock cafe!! Do not under any circumstances come here. The managers have people wait and then have their staff inform the people who have been waiting that they are out of half the menu. This is totally disgraceful and the management should be fired, no if ands or buts about it!!!!! This has ruined our stay here and no one under any circumstances should come here!!!

Stopped in for lunch on Thanksgiving day and only had about a 15 minute wait. We both decided on the tupelo chicken entree, this is always a good choice ~~~ never disappointed with it. Both meals were piping hot and very tasty, next time we will get one to share because we took half back to the room. Oh yeah and the "HURRICANE" is by far the best cocktail to choice.

Had a great time on the boardwalk. The food was delicious! Print your voucher for access and make sure you bring additional cash ($40) in small bills to cover toll expenses!

The experiment was great. Having the restaurant on the floor of the casino makes it more lively. We did waiting a pretty long time (almost an hour) to be seated. The food was ok, I ate a burger and the meat could have had a bit more taste. But it was enough to get me full. The bill was up there, so be prepare. But in over all it was great. The server was very kind and friendly. He took his time and explained everything. I guess because of how busy it was, the food also took a bit long to come out.

Very nice place but the slots are tight. If you hit, it's peanuts. We didn't linger long here. The memorabilia is very neat to see and the music is good.

We were staying at the Hard Rock Hotel and looking for a place to have dinner outside and enjoy the boardwalk. The Hard Rock has a menu with lots of burger choices. 2 of our party split a burger, because it was so large. I ordered a Steak Salad. What I got was a mash-up of the Southwest Salad, with steak on the top and the fried onions from the Steak Salad, but not the blue cheese dressing or pieces. I mentioned it to the waitress and she said they 'had new cooks'. Actually, it was super tasty--but not what I ordered. My husband had a salmon noodle bowl and it was fine. We shared the brownie sundae for dessert. We were seated relatively quickly, but it took a long time for food to be delivered after we ordered. So the 'new cooks' thing makes sense. Our waitress seemed kind of over it and I suspect she had been bearing the complaints of what the kitchen was/wasn't doing. My husband overhead another customer "yelling" at our waitress that unless their food was there in 5 minutes, they were leaving.

Food was great! Only 30 minute wait for a table of 5 on a busy summer Friday night. Excellent server and dueling pianos were amazing!

We visit here at least four times a month and last week visit was by far the worst service was at it’s worst one waitress was hurt walking with a bad leg as far as the food very bad chicken was raw and gummy and the male hostess up at front attitude needs adjustment

Had lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. We sat in the deck area right inside off the boards. We all order burgers. The burgers were good in flavor but lacked the wow factor to get me back. The amount of fries on each plate differed greatly and all the other tables that order burgers had knifes served in the burgers ours did not and we had to ask for them. It seems the kitchen may need a much better system for more consistent output from the kitchen. No hurry to return but was still a decent lunch.

Unfortunately, when I bought the voucher I was unable to print it. Therefore, the restaurant would not accept it via my phone. The restaurant manager made my husband go get it printed within the casino(after we ate). This adventure took longer than it did for us to dine. I believe what bothered us most is we had let the receptionist(when I called to make reservations), the first waiter and second waiter know we had it on our phone. This experience will prevent me from buying Hard Rock Café vouchers in the future:(

We all friends 6 women went to have a look at what was in Hard Rock , it had casino, bandits lovely restaurant staff were very friendly, the meals were lovely as was the cocktails. I loved the displays of like famous people’s clothes guitars etc . Well worth a visit . Can’t wait to go again.

Went here prior to a show. Dinner was really good, but they were out of the Blackberry Sangria. I chose a Mule instead. I had a Surf and Turf burger with Shrimp, which was really good. Prices are a bit steep, $25.99 for the burger. This was one of the cheaper restaurants in the casino. It can be, as expected, quite noisy.

Went here for drinks and dinner pre show. Main bar needs some help, Bartenders lack attentiveness and not the friendliest. The actual restaurant was fine. Our waiter Gus was fantastic and food was good!

Team Us 2K enjoyed a nice lunch after a walk on the boardwalk. Waitress was very nice. Lunch included a Pepperoni Flatbread with Fries & Buffalo Wings. Dessert included a Brownie Sundae.

Train your bartenders to wait on the customer We had a real nice launch on Saturday November 5 waiter and server were excellent. Food was normal and what was expected. After a walk after lunch and Playing some slots we return to the bar area there was no seats at The bar so we sat at the counter I still at the bar with four bartenders talking away and finally one of them waited on me and asked me what I wanted I told him to vodka cranberries he walked away I notice he served three other people couples and never came back to me the other bartenders never paid any attention Even when I asked for service it’ll be the last time I go in there

We ordered from the menu, early and the food arrived late. The chicken sandwich was burnt, cold, and inedible. My wife had the veggie fajitas and got green beans, edamame, and red onions, FOR FAJITAS? Are you kidding me? Never again.

Horrible racist we blacks spend to much money to be disrespected after we spend money with them if they can get zero stars I will give it they forfiete on my service it's not wanted or needed

We visit or stay at the Hard Rock Hotel at least 6 times per year. With this stay we had breakfast at the Hard Rock Cafe for the first time. Our server, Sean, was in his second day and I was amazed at how well he did! Better than many veterans, Coffee was very good as were the French toast and the waffles. We'll do this again with our next stay in November.
