Food was incredible ... of course. But our guide, Jerry, was simply the best!! We really enjoyed the tour and highly recommend.

Wow wow wow. What a day! Quinn/Tony showed us the highlights of Hanoi. We laughed and we cried. He gave us a comprehensive tour and then took us on an evening walking food tour. The food was authentic and sooo tasty. 5 stars for him and best price travel . Highly recommended

Our tour guide was fantastic. We went to all his favorite places outside where he personally knew their families. It was 2and 1/2 hours and so interesting. He also shared interesting tips about the city. Hang Moon at Bestpricetravel included this in a 9 day trip to Cambodia and Vietnam. I highly recommend working with her at this tour company. All of our trips were small groups and sometimes just the two of us. Her communication was quick and thorough in answering questions.

Candy, our tour guide, was awesome. She spoke beautiful english and is studyimg tourism in college. We made 8 stops and the two of us had to split food as wewere getting full. We had bbq pork soup, draft beer,egg cocoa, sticky rice with mango and ciconut ice cream and our favorite was banana cake.

Our guide was Nam . He was lovely - took us to some great tasting local eateries , beer street , night market , lake side . We enjoyed our time with him and would recommend this as a good start in Hanoi .

We had an unforgettable experience traveling to Vietnam for a 10 days trip. Our travel advisor, Tansy is simply amazing. She is very responsive to our requests. And we made a number of changes during our planning process. She was very accommodating and made all the changes according to our specifications. The Hanoi walking foodie tour is very interesting. The tour guide led us through alleys and streets, navigating the Hanoi old town motorbike traffic, trying out different local delicacies. It is a must do for Hanoi. Capella Hotel, the hotel we stayed at in Hanoi is simply amazing. We had one of the best hotel experiences EVER! And we have been to a lot of 5 stars hotels. Capella is the best. They only have 6 properties in Asia. We have to visit another one. Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and serene. I’m pleasantly surprised how little pollution there is. If you have been to Phuket, you know what I am talking about. If you visit Vietnam, be sure to look for Tansy.

Excellent introduction to food and eating culture on the streets in the old quarter. Our guide Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable, authentic and even customised the tour, taking into account food we had already tried before the tour. Tried a wide variety of pho, streets snacks, desserts, beer and of course, egg coffee! Kevin also helped us “decode” common words seen on signs at stalls which was really helpful in ordering food during our trip. We were also given recommendations of other places to try. Food is central to any culture and this definitely expanded my understanding of not just street food but also of the local people.

This was my first food tour and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Chung was our guide and his English was very good and knew a lot about the neighborhoods and 10+ places that we stopped to try various local food. Each was more delicious than the one before! Plus I got to meet some new people, made some new friends, and had a fun and memorable experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone - especially if traveling alone. Just make sure you skip lunch before you do the evening tour!
