Our tour guide, Harry, was brilliant - both funny and engaging and made the tour 100% better. The bus was a bit squeezy (for 3 hours from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and then 3 hours back), but it was convenient that we were allowed to leave our bulky bags in the bus while we went on activities. Lunch was pretty bad, had a lot of dishes but none were good. Would say that Harry overall made the trip better, very insightful about Vietnam history and shared a lot of very cool facts that I see a lot of other guides skip. In fact, his facts were so interesting that other groups were listening in and asking Harry to repeat the information for them to hear!

Should be visit when you are in vietnam. It is very beautiful, wide bay and amamzing view. Shoud sleep night over in jungle if you have time enough.

We visited hanoi during the last week of dec 2018 and we had booked a day trip to Halong bay via Klook. It was managed arranged by Charming Vietnam Travels. I would give 5 stars to the guide. (probably his name is Sam our travel date 31-12-2018). He is excellent knows the geography well and he explained about the caves in detail. Couldn't visit the floating village . Our group of 9ppl were pure vegetarians and the vegetarian food served was very good.

Good tour with good lunch and guide. Should include more activities like scuba, underwater trips, fishing market visit. But overall good trip

Our tour guide Benjamin, called the hotel and left a message advising what time we were to be collected in the morning so we weren't sat in the lobby to long. The bus ride was extremely comfortable. The boat we took was amazing, so clean and comfortable. The food was brilliant and the staff so attentive. Overall a brilliant experience and I would def recommend using this tour company. Thank you Benjamin 😃

I had a wonderful time for this one day tour to Halong bay. Ti made this trip very fun for me because he is a really nice and helpful guide. He's willing to answer all your questions and the activities and food was great. Definitely would recommend this tour to other people.

No lo dudes. Funcionan bien. Profesionales. Es decir, que lejos de ver otros tours que van a ofrecer lo mismo por más dinero, este merece la pena, hace lo mismo que los demás y se esfuerzan para que lo pases lo mejor posible. La guía era una chica estupenda y todo salió perfecto: desde la recogida en el hotel hasta que acabó el tour.
