Hi, we took one night Peony Crouise and one night in Hanoi Perl Hotel. I must say, that I was very impressed of the level of organization because they took us from airport, drop to right hotel next from hotel to ha long. When we was coming back also every step was executed perfect and we ended at the airport. Peony is really luxury ship, you will be treated very special. Rooms are like on the photos. Our coordinator was My Uyen and she made amazing job to organize it perfectly. We was contacting by whatsup and I felt safe on each step of the travel. She was very cooperative even I asked her help on sunday. Its very worth of the money that we paid, especially for a feeling that you are safe and not left in the middle somewhere alone because bad organization.

This was my very first time using this service and Thanks to Janet’s invaluable assistance, made my trip with my wife for birthday celebrations without any issue or hassle. She was extremely fast handing any inquiry and response was extremely fast. Also she coordinated and organized birthday surprise for my wife and made her extremely happy. We booked our Halong Bay cruise through Best Price Travel. Ms. Anna was our consultant and she was very helpful. She responded to all our emails promptly. We were able to communicate through WhatsApp before and after we arrived in Vietnam. We booked the 2D/1N Scarlet Pearl Cruise, as we had seen the ship in Ha Long Bay when we were on a different Halong Bay cruise last year. It's one of the biggest and newest ship in the Bay, but it only has 23 rooms so each room is very spacious. We booked the Golden Pearl Double room and it was spectacular! The room has wall to ceiling windows with a big bed facing the windows so you can just lounge in bed and watch the views go by. The staff was wonderful, the food was good, and the facilities were great. The only minor negative was the 1 hour ride each way on the transport boat from the dock to reach the ship and on the return. We also really appreciate Ms. Anna being willing to arrange our transfer to/from Hanoi from a different location than Old Quarter. We've been to Halong Bay 4 times with different groups of friends and family and this was by far the best boat we've been on. We previously did a junk boat cruise in 2006, Orchid Classic cruise in 2019, and Paradise Elegance cruise in 2023. We would recommend Scarlet Pearl Cruise (make sure you get the Golden Pearl Double room), and booking your cruise through Best Price Travel.

The tour itself was wonderful and the coordination with Janet at BestPrice seemless. Mon Cheri cruise boat and cabins were luxurious.

We went on a trip on the Phoenix, it was a great time, the boat was great and our cabins were really comfortable. The crew on the boat were really helpful, we went sailing swimming, climbing to experience a magical view, caving through a massive cave and kayaking, also through a cave. The whole trip was really well organised, we were collected from our hotel in Hanoi, bussed to Halong Bay and after the trip we were returned to our hotel in Hanoi. The whole lot was organised by Mia Nguyen at Bestprice Travel, all in all a well priced and well organised trip.

Gone 1 night trip with my wife on a ship, the place was beautiful and have option to swim near the ship, water calm but very hard so using sefety vest, service and food was excellent, very comfortable room with little balcony to enjoy the view outside, the trip was ordered from Best Price Travel in ho chi Minh city by consultant MY UYEN she did a very good job flights and cars all was on time without any problems, was always available for phone calls answer any questions
