An excellent experience. Our tour guide Anh Hong Pink was exceptional. The pick up from the hotel, the comfortable coach ride with comfort stops the cruise with activities (cave, kayaking, swimming, hiking) were all exceptional and the food and wait staff were first rate. The only heads up is that there were so many other boats and hence people there, particularly as it was the weekend. I suggest doing it during the week days if possible. And with all tours be patient as there will be some waiting.

Firstly, the tour guide Winnie’s guide and assistance was amazing. We totally had a great time with her and other tour peers. The cruise accomodation was clean enough, food was delicious and huge(so many dishes included vegetables, meats, seafoods and fruits). The cave waking and kayaking were also stunning. I definitely recommend to all my friends who visit Hanoi with Sunlight travel !!!! They are the best company for Halong Bay stay!

The two-days one-night cruise around Halong Bay was the highlight of our trip. We enjoyed the spectacular scenery and the well planned activities organised by Ms. Pink, our the tour coordinator which in Hanoi. She was super nice, friendly, efficient and very enthusiastic. She was very interactive and explained everything about the sites we visited in Halong Bay. All meals that were served on the cozy Sunlight Cruise were delicious. Thank you Pink for the extraordinary service and the amazing experience. Our trip would not have been enjoyed without your company!

Tour guide very good. The whole trip was fun, food very good, staff was perfect! Reccomend this 100%! Also the activity where fun!!!! Its a must do in vietnam

In comparison with other tours we looked at, I think this tour represents good value. The boat is a little dated however it is completely functional, comfortable and felt kind of authentic. The bus was nice and the drivers and staff were all very courteous and professional. The tour itself was as expected and although we had very wet weather we were able to enjoy all the activities on offer and of course the stunning scenery did not disappoint. The food on the boat is great and everyone’s tastes and dietary requirements were well catered for. Unfortunately the drinks are somewhat overpriced and the bar doesn’t have a great selection except spirits, but it’s not really trying to be a party boat. We did enjoy the karaoke but it would have been nice to enjoy it with a couple of reasonably priced beers. Bar is also in USD but the conversion isn’t stated… The standout of the tour was our guide, Pink. She is friendly, vibrant, organised, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and has a great sense of humour.

I loved sunlight cruise & I could not have asked for a better tour guide than Pink - she so warm, funny, and well-organized. She made sure our trip ran smoothly and that we enjoyed each stop along the way. Kayaking and Karoke were two highlights!

Milano was wonderful! He was extremely friendly and a great guide. He had lots of information to share on the history of Vietnam and the places we visited (he even studied history and culture at university). He was very fun to talk to on the boat and very organized when making sure everyone got where they needed to go when they needed to be there.

Trip guide was decent and good in explaining. Tried to keep us engaged. Cruise and accommodation was Average, food was good.

Hiew was amazing. He took very good care of us and made sure we had a great time. Everything was well organized and the tours were very informative. The boat crew were great as well and was very attentive. They even gave a surprise cake for my birthday. All in all we had an awesome time during the overnight cruise. Hieu, was a absolutely spectacular tour guide, spoke fantastic English, and was very socialable and easy to get along with, he made it very easy for our tour group to feel comfortable and safe. Would recommend.

This was a relaxing trip with not a rushed program. A great variety of food for the family. Rooms are clean and even with hot water. Very comfortable stay.

Guide was very helpful, give us clear instructions and schedule. The view was amazing, only downside is some spots are too crowded. The squid fishing is also very fun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise. The boat looks a bit old, but there was no lack of comfort or support from the wonderful staff, especially our full of life and always smiling guide, Milano. He was super enthusiastic and attentive. The food was great, so were the activities. Highly recommended! 😊
