The views was very amazing and nice really enjoyed and happy. Nice and pretty views is a good trip to relax and enjoyed with your friends and families

The cruise is amazing, staff very helpful especially mr.tam, thank to the chef a about excellent food would like to come back again

We took 1 N/2 day cruise , it had met our expectations. Cruise was well managed with courteous crew people who took care of us. Trips we had done during the days were also was good . Food was nice and hot , and they honored our special request dishes as well.

the views so amazing !!! Everything is excilent Seafood so fresh and delicious that you will want to go back just specifically for them. It is certainly a place to go this summer

Very worthwhile scenery! Activities are nice but a bit short and quite close together not leaving enough time for rest. It's worth adding 3-4 hrs to the whole trip to make it a bit more relaxing. Rooms are quite good but can do with customery toiletries.

A number of contacts were made with the tour provider prior to the travel date asking for a King bed. Upon arriving on the boat, the staff handed us keys for a twin room. Food service was good however food was average and drinks ridiculously priced at 75,000 VND (nearly 3 times more than some restaurants in Hanoi). Their advertised Happy Hour promotes buy 2 get 1 free however when ordering beer, told that beer is excluded. Yet, a sign at their feet clearly had a chalk drawing of a bottle of beer. They also need to provide at least one bottle of water complimentary at dinner as you were expected to pay for this also. Most concerning at the conclusion of the tour, the tour guide Eric - sat with everyone individually asking for them to complete a review and asking to rate it 5 stars. My partner agreed to do a review and only placed a 4 star rating. Eric wanted to see proof that he had completed thr review and took the phone out of his hand. He noticed that my partner had only given a 4 star rating and started to edit his review. We were both shocked and unhappy that this happened. It really left a poor impression on the 2 day trip to Ha Long Bay.

Bus ride was short, the bus was comfortable with great air conditioning. Tour guide has very good English. Tour was Informative.

Overall experience was good, the tour guide was fantastic. The beds were also very comfy and the showers nice and hot. However no WiFi at all on the ship for our duration and the food was really bad! Make sure you bring some snacks with you.

Food was very bland. Cocktails were not available. It feels more like an overly commercialized daytrip rather than any cruise experience.

It was a great cruise trip. I went there with my boyfriend. The staffs were really kind and caring. We did kayaking and went for a hike. Also we went to a beach for a swim. The food on the cruise was really delicious. We had different corses and it was decorated beautifully.

We had a really great time on our cruise! The host and servers were great and went above and beyond to give us a great time. The views were great and would definitely recommend! Kayaking was a true highlight of our honeymoon.

Nice experience to relax and see the bay. With 2 days 1 night it’s enough to visit everything 😊. The bay is very turistic, specially the excursion we did, but our guide was very nice and he did ever perfect. More of the people in the boat were couples but was ok. We have to pay drinks with high prices ( European prices)

Ha Long bay is really quite beautiful, though I wish the everpresent fog cloud would take a break occasionally - but it does add some mystery to the photos at least 😁 We had a nice clean cabin on the Crown Legend cruise for 2 nights and generally had a good time. Our guide spoke great English and organized things pretty well. We particularly enjoyed cayaking, viewpoint hike and spring roll cooking demonstration. You could tell they tried to make the food a fine dining experience by the presentation, but taste wise the food was pretty average and a bit too international (we kept waiting for traditional cuisine to be served, but it never was). Drinks are pretty good, even the wine was of good quality, costs you above average prices though. I wish the water was free or cheap, 45k. for a bottle of water is a lot on this kind of cruise. What we hated was the music in the sundeck bar. If was obnoxiously loud and consisted exclusively of terrible club-like beats that didn't fit the vibe at all. Nobody came to the boat to party. They came to relax and enjoy, which was hardly possible with that kind of loud noise. Overall good cruise with some kinks that need to be ironed out.

The views great! The weather was wonderful! The cruise was amazing, the crew were super friendly and helpful always had a smile on their faces. And the food was actually really good!! During dinner time they served so many dishes we didn’t think we could finish it them but we did! The last cave was a bit too crowded but… once u get inside is better.

Our cruise was fantastic! The most stunning views and 5 star service from the lovely crew members. We both felt extremely welcome right from the start with a welcome drink and lovely lunch. We then checked into our room and enjoyed the stunning scenery from our balcony. I highly recommend trying the kayaking and taking time to sit on the sundeck in the evening to take it all in. Thank you!

Great trip. Sights are wonderful. Events were as the itinerary was and everything was on time. The guide was very friendly and gave historical facts of the cave. The kayaking was great. Enough time. I feel not enough time to really enjoy swimming but it was also good. The only thing is that it feels like all ships are doing the kayaking and ti top island at the same time. That’s the only thing I’d change. Food was great some bits needed salt. All In all I’m happy. Staff was so friendly and open to conversation. Top excursion.

The karst landscape is stunning. The staff are very friendly and the dinner was very nice. The rooms are also really nice and have their own balcony.

We reall enjoyed the trip. Especially the view out of the bedroom was incredible. The crew was very nice, but the food would need some improvement.
