Was a well and professionally organised tour. First time, we experienced electric bikes. Truly enjoyed few hours exploring the villages and temples. Thank you for a great tour.

This was one of my highlights of a big trip to Thailand. A small group of around 8-9 and lots of fascinating stops along the way, you get a real feel for the countryside, local sights & sounds as well as some street food along the way. I hadn't rode a bike for best part of 30 years and managed this adventure, the heat is manageable with the breeze and the guide is never far away with bottles of water. It is a long 42km ride though so some stamina is needed and a top tip - don't be over-tempted to hit the e-bike boost button too often or you'll end up with jelly legs on the last 20 mins of the ride with no power - no power on an ebike means no peddle assist and these bikes can't really be ridden without it as they weigh a ton! Highly recommended.

The ride on the e-bikes were amazing. It took a little learning curve but after I caught on it was a breeze and fun. Our group of 8 wished there would have been more stops for explanations of what we were seeing. Other than that 'ride on'! Everyone enjoyed the ride, the experience and the lunch upon our return. We sat down with the owner, Jost and got more insights into Thailand and its wonderful people.

Despite meeting the minimum height requirement of 150cm my wife was too small to use the bikes on offer ( they have smaller bikes on order ! ) however we were able to make a plan with the provider and had a wonderful tour by car … so, while not what we booked, all’s well that ends well 😀

We had a very good time. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He made several stops to show us old temple ruins and various plantations we passed. I loved the passion he showed for the stuff in his region. It was a great way to go off the beaten path and learn a lot about the region from a local.

Nem, the Thai guide was amazing. He was very caring and eagerly answered all questions from me if he could. He was the best part of this tour. The landscape is very nice. Am happy to join this half day tour. The bike was just easy to ride for me even though am petite size. 5 stars for the tour itself However, the lunch time was very awkward since a woman from the group tour nonstop talking about Chinese . This was the Chinese new year time so more Chinese travel. They pay to travel just like her for the service, so nothing should be in anyone judgements . A western foreigner came to Thailand implied such thing to other tourists was not quite acceptable while I was the only Asian in the group. Overall, the service should be improved to be friendlier

Had a great morning out touring the rice paddies and surrounds on these epic bikes! First time on these and they are super fun. Nem was a great guide, what a kind sweet natured dude. They contact prior with pick up time and are on time no worries. Walk you through how to use the bikes. Might not be great for beginner bikers or those not confident on a bike, it's minor peddling but you still need to know how to ride a bike. Fabulous tasting lunch and cuddles with Bruno the dog. Would book again!

The tour was outstanding. Our tour guide did a great job! His name was “Name”. He was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. The bikes were very fun and the area we toured was beautiful. It’s a great escape from the touristy downtown Chiang Mai. Thanks Again!

Great experience, easy ride on a quality e-bike through Countryside outside the city in a small group. Our leader, Naem, was knowledgeable and friendly. We would use the company again.

My wife and I really enjoyed this tour. There are are a couple of options, a hilly trail or a flatter ride (with some occasional easier slopes), we did the latter. It was a great alternative to other tour options as it provided a little exercise (not too much as the bikes can power boost for the harder parts) as well as a closer interaction with the local area just outside Chiang Mai.

We were picked up on time, greeted very well on arrival with a drink of cold water. The staff assisted us in adjusting the bikes to fit, and gave us clear instructions for us to be able to ride the e-bikes. Our guide took us to a temple and was very knowledgeable about the history, we had regular stops along the route and a longer stop where we could buy a drink from local cafes. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Thank you

I had a lovely bike ride in the quiet rural area. We stopped at a few famous temples but there were so many beautiful ones we rode by and didn’t stop at. The lunch at the end of the tour was simple and delicious.

Booked as a family of three, two adults, one little guy, 10. Picked up at our hotel, then picked up another family, bear in mind this is a good 45 minutes out of town (despite any advertising differently). We’d chosen the flat course, there were other more challenging courses available. After instruction on the e-bike mechanics we were off, beautiful countryside and a few stop offs, we’d have preferred a few more photo stops, but the weather was pretty dire. Basic lunch served at the end of the tour and dropped back off in town. Good tour, would recommend.

What a great tour I have ever experienced with my family. We spent more than three hours for the ride, the tour guide is quite experienced that he put safety first, he led the group of 7 cyclists and always looked back for safety reasons. This is the first time for me to ride on an e bike, piece of cake, good for elementary level rider, as well as advanced or experienced riders. The scenery is excellent, riding through the rice paddles, temples, local household….. My son, 11 yrs old, enjoyed the tour very much and is eager to join another one next year! Highly recommend :)

Wonderful bike trip around south Chiang Mai, wonderful weather for an e-bike tour, saw some fanatics views, rice paddies, local buildings. A very enjoyable tour.

Really loved this tour! The guide told us a lot about Chiang Mai and Thailand. Good bikes also!! It was hot and we got plenty of water and the lunch was so good! I would really recommend.

We were picked up on time by Joost and collected another client from another hotel before being driven to Bike HQ where we met 2 other clients. We completed some paperwork before being given a brief introduction to the bikes. We chose our helmets and gloves, made some adjustments to seat heights and then we were off with Joost leading the way! I haven't ridden an electric bike before but soon got used to it and what a fantastic way to see and explore the countryside. We travelled through villages and hamlets on roads. We did have some stops to see certain points and have them explained to us but I would like to have ridden through a couple to see 'Thai life' more closely. There were plenty of photo opportunities along the 35kms! before returning to HQ for a delicious, tasty and freshly prepared lunch in a relaxed area upstairs. Joost drove us back to our hotel afterwards. This was one of the highlights of our holiday in Thailand without doubt, thank you Joost.

We enjoyed a fantastic day cycling round the Chiang Mai countryside with our guide . Mr Pong picked us up from the hotel and took us to his home/office where he explained how the bikes worked. The tour was excellent, lots to see and Mr Pong ensured we had a great time, he made time for stops, lots of information about the area and cycled at a pace suitable for us. It really was the highlight of our trip to Chiang Mai - thank you

A wonderful off the beaten track experience giving you a great insight of the real Thailand. Our guide was fantastic and explained how the rice paddies, orchards and fish farms operated. I loved the local stories about crematoriums and archaeological discoveries of ancient city walls. Our lunch was amazing and we absolutely loved the e-bike experience. they are a fantastic way to get around. Thanks for a great day!

We spent a great moment riding with our 4 years old kid (on an infant seat). We learned many things about Thai culture with our guide. The food afterwards was delicious too. We highly recommend this tour which is suitable to everyone thanks to the e-bike (almost 0 effort if you want to use electric power all the way)
