Heaps of fun! Small town so short walks only to local eateries and bars. Delicious food, drink at each venue. Sarah, our guide, grew up here and was outstanding- full of info but also local town knowledge, anecdotes and pride in her community. Really enjoyable way to spend an afternoon in this beautiful town.

Don’t miss this experience! Best to book ahead either on the web, or thru your hotels concierge. Have a good breakfast and skip lunch. The tour starts at 2:30 in front of the Visitor Center. My guide was Natasha, a young, energetic, woman well versed food and wine culture as well as local history and lore. We made four stops at different style restaurants, and at each enjoyed a good-size appetizer paired with either a specific beer or wine. As I don’t drink, I was offered a soft drink, a mocktail, and tea/coffee. You won’t need more than a snack for dinner.

Our guide Nicolas was amazing. He knew not only about the town and the food but had knowledge about Canada as a whole. I had a very amazing time with my tour mates. I got to try new and amazing foods. I now know where the amazing food places are as well as some of the hidden murals within town. Easily would do it all over again.

This is a must do experience while in Jasper!! Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The food and alcohol were intentionally selected and delicious. We instantly felt like we were having dinner with friends. They were also able to accommodate mine and my husbands tree nut allergy. 10/10 recommend!!

What a great and interesting experience from beginning to end with great company. The food and drinks were excellent and more than enough. Well worth the money and I thoroughly recommend it.

What a wonderful experience!! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our tour. Our guide Nic was exceptional!! He led our tour to four outstanding restaurants, gave us interesting information, not only about the restaurants and the food, but also about Jasper and some history about the local culture. I would highly recommend this if you like delicious food, enjoy paired drinks, and like to learn about culture and cuisine in Jasper, Alberta.

We started with introducing ourselves and finding out about our food tastes! We walked throughout the town stopping at four restaurants which all offered something different. Our tour guide was fabulous. A local with so much passion for the place, plus her story telling was brilliant. Each restaurant gave us the food paired with a wine/beer which really brought it alive. We met some great people and learnt about Jasper. A great afternoon and would highly recommend.

Our guide was from Jasper and so knowledgeable, fun and just excellent. The restaurants were interesting and fun flavors. Everything was timely and well organized.

Great experience, enjoyed the food tour itself but Nic our guide also took us to some of the cool spots and historic places. It was very informative and the food was just splendid.

I cannot say enough about the tour today! Nicolas (originally from Quebec) was knowledgeable, fun and caring. The food and drink pairings was fantastic and the people on the tour were so friendly. It was such a great experience for us since we do come to Jasper alot. Totally recommend people to take a tour if its the first time or 20th time in Jasper. Only complaint....I wanted to keep going!!!! Will definitely be signing up for the Pic-nic hike!

I didn't quite know what to expect with Jasper being a small town but their food culture is very mixed so we got a great range of food with a paired (local) beer or wine. I also learnt some history and interesting facts of local projects as well. Our guide was very friendly, easy going and knowledgeable.

The food tour with Sarah was a lovely way to spend an afternoon, to not only eat delicious food but to learn more about the history of Jasper. Sarah was great company and the afternoon passed quickly. Tour would have been even better if food choices offered greater variety as three of the courses were too ‘fibrous’- chickpea based and brussel sprouts- a bit harsh on our stomachs. Dessert at Fiddle Creek was the highlight dish-scrumptious cheesecake.

Nicholas was the perfect tour guide; friendly, professional, accommodating. He was very knowledgable about food and wine. Jasper has a great food scene and this tour showed this side of Jasper in the best way. Strongly recommend this tour!

The host Nick was informative, respectful and made me feel so comfortable in a large group. It was one of the best tours I have been on. And I have travelled to approx 100 countries in the world.

We were a group of 4. One vegetarian in the group. There was something for everyone. First time on a food tour. Would highly recommend. Went back to a couple of restaurants.

I was super surprised that every meal and beverage was delicious. Sarah was our guide and she was excellent. She’s very passionate about Jasper’s history and it was awesome to see and hear about some of it while walking to each restaurant. Would definitely recommend!

We just finished our tour with Nick. He took us to 4 places where we had food and an alcoholic drink. My favourite was a Moroccan place but they were all good. Nick shared his considerable knowledge about Jasper including its rich history and interesting personalities.

We participated in the Half Day Jasper Culture Food Tour between Christmas and New Years 2023 and had the time of our life. We had no idea what to expect as we have never done one before. The guide was very informative and read the room well. The other participants ended up being so much fun and we ended up partying together for the remainder of the evening- returning to many of the establishments that the food tour took us too. This is a great way to meet new people and see what some of the best restaurants and bars have to offer. I would highly recommend this food tour.

Tourist guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Just thought if she would have had a written info sheet from each stop with their name, address and a description of the food and wine that we were served would have been appreciated. Would have been great advertising for them as we could pass along to our friends the great time we had. After drinks, food and laughter it got a little confusing. Think my daughter would tour if I could explain further.
