Salim took us ALL over the medina and gave us so much great information. Highlight was making Moroccan "burgers" in the bakery the old way. Awesome!

First the good things: The guide tested to confirm everything before the tour, picked us up when promised, and showed us everything, as agreed. Now, what we didn't like: Hopefully, the tour guide will accept this as constructive criticism. Every sentence he spoke ended with "my dear sir" or "my dear madam" . 4 hours of this. His personality was not like what you might normally expect from a tour guide. I'll leave it at that. He did what was agreed to, but I found the tour tedious. I don't like leaving this kind of review, but others should know that this tour was out of the ordinary for what we have come to expect from Viator.

I had just landed in fes and had just a day and am so glad I booked this tour as it covers all important attractions. The guide was very considerate of my physical limitations and very patient as well. I highly recommend it

Salim was an awesome guide! He was right on time at our Riad and we loved our tour with him! He is very knowledgeable and multilingual. He showed us all the important parts of Fes and we were able to see things that we never would have found on our own! Fes is a bit complicated to explore on your own and we were very happy to have found Salim! After the tour he sent us several pictures of places we had seen that day! Thank you Salim!

We loved this tour with Salim! It was the best way to see also less popular/touristic areas of the medina. Salim knows the medina very well and he will not bring you to touristic shops. I absolutely recommend it!

If you want the best experience with Fes, you will need to go with Salim, our guide for the tour. He went out of his way to ensure that we see everything that was in our list. An honest, hardworking and knowledgeable guide. At the end of the tour, I had forgotten my hat at the restaurant. Once I reached the hotel, he personally collected and delivered it to me. That was not a private Guided tour, and we ended up being part of a free tour!!!! I really don't like the idea of joining a free tour, I like to pay for what I'm getting and value the work the guides they do. Our guide was nice but hard to understand what he was saying.

SALIM WAS AMAZING! he picked us up to the hotel at 10am and practically spent the whole day with us. He brought to so many places where I wouldn't have even noticed if I were to travel on my own (without a guide). He brought us to shoemaking, to the tannery, to the local supermarkets, wood and copper making, and also the places where they make the argan oil (where I received a personalized mini facial) :) (you can opt'd out if you wish) Never once did I feel like this tour was bring rushed. He was able to pace our tour and let us take as many photos and videos as we wanted. He also went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. I had realized I lost items that I had purchased during the tour in the taxi after Salem had left us at the end of the tour. I contacted Salem and he went out of his way after the tour to help me retrieve those items! I cannot thank you enough Salim!!!! You really made our time in Fes a fun and memorable one.

The guide is just top ! He knows perfectly the Medina, speaks many langages and can adapt the tour to what you want to see. Not many shops except if you want but many explanations and some special surprise along the tour that you can see only with this guide !

Salim made our first day in Fez very very enjoyable! He took us to all the key places and avoided the tourist traps to the best of his ability, which we really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable, seemed to know everyone in Fez and had us try different food and snacks along the way. His great mood and humor was also very infectious, and we had a fantastic day with him. The tour lasted about 5-6 hours, but he was very flexible and allowed you to shape the tour as you’d prefer. Excellent tour! Salim was amazing. He met us at our hotel and via taxi together went to the Medina. Salim was very kind, attentive, informative, showed us the ins and outs of the most complex city and alleyways I've ever seen. He coached us on negotiation while we shopped a bit and chose fantastic little places to sit and have coffee and lunch. I have traveled the world, and this was at the top of my list. He's definitely a "MUST" in FES.

Salim was the best guide ever ! Very thoughtful, knows so many languages and so many cultures , he knew every place in the Medina and everyone , it’s the small gestures that count and he made sure to buy us some cookies and water to stay hidrated, if you need a guide in fes he is your guy!

I took this tour together with my family, Mr. Selim took us to the most famous places of Fez, in a relaxed way, we stopped at places of interest, to rest, to have a snack, to do some shopping, we even had a hammam session. Mr. Selim has a deep knowledge about Fez. Unforgettable! I recommend!
