I had a great time on the boat! I didn’t want to fish. I watched the others had a few drinks and enjoyed the sun and boat

Do not fish with Captain Bobby Diaz!!! He will tell you that kingfish are called "slimers" and are not edible. That is a complete LIE. They are very much edible, they tell you this because they sell all of the fish after the charter, which is completely illegal for charter companies. If you do not plan on making a fish mount Captain Bobby will not care to put you onto fish. If you want to target a species just say you want to mount the fish or else they will pass the rod to somebody else. You deserve to get what you paid for! I spoke to other charter companies about what fish they keep and when I mentiond Lady Pamela to them none of them had anything good to say. I'm sure some of the other crewmates are better people but stay away from Captain Bobby.

We had a great time. The crew was funpatient and knowledgeable. It was a slow fishing day but a wonderful cruise and the captain moved several times trying to find good spots. One of the five of those cut a small fish but it was fun and one of the girls brought in a large barracuda. It was the highlight of her year.

Was great time and money well spent for the trip. Makes me miss the fishing trips i took with family years ago.

The crew is extremely helpful. They’ll untangle your lines, take the fish off the hook, filet the fish, and tell you what kind of fish you caught. They also make sure you take the fish YOU caught home. I am very satisfied with my experience with this trip. Would highly recommend to anyone!

My son and husband participated in this experience. The crew were very friendly and helpful to them. unfortunately, the seas were rough and many people were sick all over the ship and lost their ability to puke properly. Not the boat's fault at all. We returned early as a result.

The trip was fun! I wish we would’ve been encouraged to try a new spot on the boat (or something?) because we didn’t have a single bite. After the trip we saw people were catching a lot! Would’ve been fun to experience. Fun to be on the water nonetheless and the crew was great. Just remember to take something for that sea sickness as I wish I would have ahead of time :)

Our experience on this charter today was shockingly terrible. Obviously they cannot control the weather and cannot control whether fish are biting. What they can control, however, is whether/when to take the boat out and when to bring it back in. The waves on the charter were huge and unrelenting. I am not a boat person so I won't estimate the size of the waves, but I (and others) had legitimate concerns we would capsize. The guy next to me called his wife and told her to "pray" for him. We had 42 people on our boat. I witnessed 10 vomiting and was told of at least 10 others doing the same. 3 of the 4 people in my party threw up. 3 of the 5 people sitting next to me outside the boat threw up. Also, no one was catching fish. The captain ordered one seasick guest inside the cabin outside to throw up over the railing. The guest said he was not moving (I wouldn't have either). The captain responded by yelling at the guest telling him he was not welcome back, and told the guest that the charter was low priced, the guest got what he paid for and should have expected this experience. Finally, the captain announced over the boat's intercom they were going to take a poll of how many guests wanted to head back. Based on what the crew told me, at least 30 wanted to head in. Despite this overwhelming majority, the crewmember said the "office" would not allow them to go back. It was clear both from the circumstances and the captain's announcements (emphasizing again and again they do not refund guests' money) this company's primary and exclusive concern is making money. After the crew's initial guest poll and following 15 more minutes spent 1) no fish and 2) more people retching over the side of the boat, they eventually returned to the dock. It was among the worst experiences of my life. I could not recommend this charter less enthusiastically. Opt for a more responsible company, even if it costs more. From other reviews, it appears that two days ago, this company hosted another group whose experience was seemingly identical to ours' - thus making their decision to take today's boat out that much more inexcusable.

Horrible, staff is unprofessional, took everyone out without warning of how horrible experience could be with wind, most of the boat was puking and they brought us in early. They were annoying while people were trying to take pictures with their fish. Would NEVER do again

We were out for 20 mins and all six of us were sea sick. They did not warn us ahead of time about the 10 ft waves we would be up against. Even if we weren't sick the waves made fishing way to hard for my family. The boat was at a sideways 45 degree angle at times and kids didn't have life jackets so that made me nervous. I get what they are doing but I think they need to do a way better job explaining the conditions prior to going out. We would have backed out if we knew it was going to be 5ft waves but it was much greater than that. Trip was cut short once about 75% of the people were puking or sitting in the cabin bracing for the waves. I will say that for my kids and wife it was traumatic and they will probably not do fishing charters like that again. 3 out of 6 puked over the side and the other 3 were paralyzed by the feeling of puking. Huge mistake on my end to let my family go out there.

I took my 18 year old son and his 3 friends for the half day drift fishing. First off, the crew was not friendly at all getting onto the boat. A quick lesson on how to bait your own hook and he was gone the rest of the trip. The cup of bait he placed on the seat fell off, spilled on the deck, and he never attempted to clean it up. We fished in front of the Ft Lauderdale strip and while I didn't catch anything, our group (5) landed about seven small fish and one keeper. Everyone on the boat fished shoulder to shoulder off the same side of the boat bow to stern. The captain did stop by for a couple minutes but no other crew member stopped by us for the rest of the trip. I was embarrassed to have talked my son and his friends into wasting the afternoon on this trip. If you do take the chance and book Lady Pamela II check Groupon first. It would have been easier to swallow paying almost half price. But if you want to enjoy a sunny day and save your money, I would stay away from the drift fish trip.

Extremely polite and friendly staff who helped bait hooks and fix fishing lines when the inevitable snags happened. Super fun experience! Thank you!

Was a great experience. Didn’t catch anything and wished there was a bit more teaching. Others were catching, so it was still fun

Overall great experience Domminic and the Mike showed great hospitality and was awesome in our trip. But really wish there was more honesty with my reservation and the availability of the trip. When I buy the tickets it says almost sold out when I show up, there not enough people to get on the boat. I still wanted to fish but was said to pay extra for something different than I originally planned. So all in all some clarification of booking would be much appreciated next time. But overall would come again.

Was going to storm but we still went out and had so much fun! Caught 3 fish between my friend and I. Staff helped with rods, bait and instruction. Would do it again!

Original trip was to drift fish, however the opportunity to change too sport fishing was overwhelming. Glad I did. The adventure turned out to be a Bucket List experience. The Captain and Mate were stellar. I asked for eaters, he put us on them, I asked for large size, he put us on them. 1000% enjoyable outing.

Water was very choppy and many people were sick. Was many more people than I expected. If I had to do it over again I would not have booked.

Choppy water made it difficult to keep our sea legs. Crew, boat, and equipment were fine. Everyone that put a line in caught something. A little disappointed with the push for gratuities and the$5 parking.

The skipper was attentive to the needs and the captain and first mate were friendly and engaging. We tried multiple spots to find a good spot. It was a good encouraging group and they filleted our fish (extra charge of $3/fish) so we're having a good fish dinner tonight.
