Pick up was on time. The experience was fantastic. I picked my menu and all the ingredients were bought on the trip to the market. The class size was 5 people. Class is in English and both women running the school spoke excellent English. The food was far better than I thought I could cook. Except for the day being about 42C, this was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this cooking school. Plenty of bottled drinking ice water provided.

Really fun and relaxing way to spend the afternoon learning how to cook delicious Thai meals. Noodle the host was amazing, very chilled and chatty. Food was delicious, the host was amazing and the price was the cheapest we found. Highly recommend!

5 star experience! Noodle was an amazing, gentle instructor and kept everyone entertained and on task. We were a group of 3 and we each chose different menu options so we could sample the variety. Each dish was outstanding. The kitchen was well ventilated and even though it was a hot day, we were cool even while slaving over hot woks! Do not hesitate to book your cooking class with Noodle! You will love every minute. Pro tip - come hungry!

The class with Noodle was awesome. She is nice, funny and taught us a lot about Thai cuisine. The food we cooked together was really good. We would recommend the class to everyone.

What a lovely experience. I had such a great time cooking with noodle and she is so much fun to be with. She took us to the market first and explained different fruits, vegies and herbs. We went back to her kitchen and had so much fun preparing five fishes which we selected earlier. Noodle is such a warm and nice person and very patieent as well.

What an excellent experience. Fun, tasty and informative. Noodle created a relaxed environment for our small group to enjoy learning to cook our meals. Her quick wit and fun nature made our class happy as we learnt. Do not pass up the opportunity if you want an introduction into this cooking.

There are a few cooking schools in Chiang Mai. This one didn’t have as many reviews as the other but ALL were 5 stars and I can see why. Our chef and guide ‘Noodle’ was terrific. Extremely friendly and patient and very knowledgeable. She took us to the markets to buy the freshest ingredients as do all schools but it was back at her kitchen that she really shined. We cook lots of Thai at home and we definitely learned more tips to enhance our meals. Can’t wait to try these out. We each picked 5 courses and spent The next few hours prepping, cooking and eating. Beautifully tasty Thai food, so much that we could only eat half of it there. Had to take the rest back to the hotel. So if you are after a fun and relaxed cooking experience with authentic, tasty Thai guaranteed, I can’t recommend this one more.

Super fun experience learning to cook Thai food with Noodle. The Khal Soi was so yummy and the sticky rice not too sweet. They’ve got their process down to optimize the experience.

This is an A-1 cooking class. If you are looking for an amazing, authentic Thai cooking class, look no further. Noodle, the chef and teacher, is adorable, charming, very sharp and a superior teacher. The dishes are all delicious and authentic. We were a group of 4, and we made many assorted fabulous dishes which we all got to share and eat. We had a wonderful group, and laughed a lot. Nice location- even though it was a very hot day, it was very pleasant in the house where we ate and on the patio where we cooked. Both my husband and I are very glad we signed up for this! Our instructor Noodle was absolutely amazing at her job. Friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable and very professional. We started out by visiting a local market with fresh products, where she explained to us the different thai vegetables, noodles, spices, etc... Aftwerwords we took are baskets full of food back to the classroom. We made a total of five dishes: a stir fry, an appetizer, a soup, a curry (including making the curry paste from scratch) and a dessert. The setup was very well organised and the instructions explained perfectly! And of course you get to eat your freshly made dishes as well. As an added bonus, you get to take the recipes home with you. Would absolutely reccomend this class to anyone who's into cooking (and eating)!!!

Simply brilliant experience. Noodle was quick to respond to book in, she is friendly, welcoming and made the course great fun! The recipes we made were delicious, and Noodle was very knowledgable when she showed us around the market. We had a great laughed and left very full of food!! Highly recommend!

This was an awesome experience! We were lucky enough to schedule a same day evening cooking class with, Noodle, who was quick to respond with our preferred menu for the evening. She was professional, funny, and easy to talk to. She took our group to the local market to buy all the ingredients where she offered her great knowledge of each item we were picking up. Later we were taken to her place of business where we were able to cook up 5 different dishes. Her process in teaching was very efficient as we all were making different dishes at the same time. She made the entire experience super fun and her staff was great! I will be taking what I learned and will cook these dishes at home. Highly recommend! Book now!

I would give this course 6 stars if I could, it was excellent from start to finish. You pick from a selection of thai dishes to cook, they pick you up at your hotel and then take you around a local market, explaining all the different ingredients they use and why. You're then driven to their home where you cook the dishes with breaks to eat them together as you go. We cooked 5 dishes in total in only a few hours but the teaching was so relaxed and thorough, it didn't feel like we were rushed at all. You also get online access to all the recipes as well for cooking at home, and Noodle will tell you substitutions if you can't find certain ingredients in your home country. I have been in Thailand for almost a month and this is one of my favourite things I've done, I highly recommend it!

We had a great time learning how to cook Thai food! Mango, our teacher, was amazing, explaining all the ingredients and steps needed to make our menu choices. Of course, it was great eating our food too. Highly recommend this class!

Great class. The recipes are delicious. The khao soi I made was the best I had on my trip. I had fun.
