We chose the option where they pick you up at the hotel in Las Vegas. I’m so glad we did. Not only did it make it easy, but we got a great tour on the way there. This was the perfect way to get away from the craziness of the city for a little while. Our tour guide Preston was great! He was so knowledgeable and personable. He made sure to interact with every guest on the tour and kept it interesting. We have two teenagers and it was especially great to see them enjoying it and staying engaged. We highly recommend it!

One of the most memorable parts of our trip out West. Aimee was amazing despite some complications in getting our kayaks. We were nearly 2 hours delayed but she kept the group interacting and even fed us for our inconvenience. The day was amazing and the river gorgeous and clear! An amazing experience for us!

The kayak tour to Emerald Cove was beyond excellent, from start to finish! The communication from River Dogz and our tour guide, Preston, was very helpful. Preston did an excellent job of clearly explaining what we were doing and helpful kayak tips - he was even so kind to provide facts along our way to Willow beach and along the way to Emerald Cove. Even if you’re not an experienced kayaker, we highly recommend booking this unique experience

We were. really excited for this tour, but it was a bit of a letdown. The first thing is they fail to mention it costs $25 additional just to get in the park, that was a bit of a shock. The tour guide himself was good, but they don’t vet the visitors which is a problem. We are far from professionals, but we aren’t novices either. We were paired with a bunch of first timers and it was a disaster. It was 45 min almost before they could get off shore. Us and another couple had to break off or it would have been an all day affair. While the river is gorgeous and the water itself is a sight to behold, the cave you visit at the end of the trip is a let down. It’s just a small cove really with a long line of tourists groups packing in to take photos. If I would do it again, I would certainly go solo

The tour guides were great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately there were some technical difficulties and it took about 3 hours to get to the water for the tour to start instead of 1.

The trip itself was great. Our guide Tyler was wonderful but they had car trouble and we started 2 hours late. Biggest issue here is the is no cell service down there (they know this) I got 1 text on my drive in that said they would be 1/2 late and they would keep me posted. Texts to people who have no service does no good. I get that things happen but this is your business and you should have some back up plan to notify people what is going on. We sat there for 2 hours not sure what was happening. We got more information from a super nice women who worked with another tour group who noticed us still sitting around.

We had the most amazing adventure paddling to Emerald Cove. With Adam as our personal guide, he made sure we were outfitted correctly, instructing us on paddling techniques, making sure we were comfortable throughout the trip, pointing out local animals, plants, and historical sites. Highly recommend.

We had the most perfect day to kayak! Adam was a phenomenal guide and made the day interesting and fun. I can’t think of a better way to get out of vegas. It felt so good being on the water!

Had a great day on the river. The kayaking was fun and relaxing. Our guide, Michelle, was personable and knowledgeable. The cove was beautiful.

Adam was my guide and he was terrific. The water is so crystal clear and near the shoreline the shallow waters shimmer emerald in the sunshine. Enjoyed learning about the ranger station and catwalk (yikes!). Adam was very knowledgeable about the areas wildlife, plants, and rocks, too. It was a nice, easy paced paddle with time to get out and plunge in the cool ~50 water, if that sounds good to you. It was exhilarating!

The water was so beautiful and the guides were great! We saw a lot of big horned sheep! The history you could see on the water was amazing!! Pre-hover damn period.
