A fun tour with loads of information about Auckland. We learnt a lot of facts which we otherwise wouldn't have known while self driving. Highly recommended to anyone who is visiting Auckland for the first time. :)

Michael brought us around Auckland City for the Sightseeing Tour. It was unfortunately a cloudy and rainy day (couldn't be helped, the weather was unpredictable). Nevertheless, we saw and learnt more of Auckland in half a day than we could have on our own.

Great tour, with fun, witty commentary! Michael certainly knows and loves Auckland and is very friendly and helpful too! Highly recommended!

Michael was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Aukland. He joked, recognizied his guests by name, and took us through many areas we would not have seen without this tour.

Even it was a rainy day, we visited different places of Auckland. The van is not so comfortable. The guide picked us up at the hotel.

The highlights and stops were all well curated and done at a relaxing pace. If I were to choose one main highlight, it would be the tour guide Michael, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. He kept the tour very lively and entertaining with his stories and quips. One of the best tours we have ever taken.

Michael was very knowledgeable and had many great stories. Very easy going and although he can’t find a kangaroo in Australia he can find anything of interest in Auckland. Just one of his stories. We had bad weather but trip was not dampened.

Stops were much too long for just photos. Driver talked to one couple while we all waited in the bus several times. Commentary was excellent & the stop to let those of us who could walk up to the volcano top was great. Trip could have been done in 2 hours or less - just driving up & down similar shopping areas.

Micheal was our guide from Auckland City Tours, we thought we saw Auckland many different places. Then after took us to the Sky Tower after dropping off the others at the ship-saved us a15 minute walk up hill. Told many stories and we really enjoyed him. Also I didn’t realize it was 4 hours - which was great!

Seeing something I did not expect to see is always good. But I cant give it away, Very good information. Walking was required since the access to the Handicap entrance was broken. Small group. Good Driver. recommend your cameras. Worth the time. Enjoyable.

Michael gave an amazing tour that only a true local could give. He was super friendly, hilarious, and extremely accommodating with breaks for food/coffee/restroom.

Michael was a great tour guide! He was full of stories and facts, very personable, and flexible with the schedule - always willing to make time of restroom stops and food/drink. The tour itself was comprehensive and full of stops for photo opportunities. Highly recommended!

Michael was fantastic. He was great to communicate with, prompt with pick up, funny and informative. We saw some beautiful views and different parts of the city. Money well spent.

The fact that I had to write a story about our tour was no very helpful by Viator. I want to say what I wanted to say (all good), but they required a minimum number of word. That prompted this reply instead.

We had a fantastic day with Michael, he was so easy going & took us to parts of Auckland that no one else would see. Highly recommend this tour.

What a great tour. Michael had such a sense of humor. Very personable and informative. His recommendations were spot on. If you’re lucky enough to get on one of his tours, take it.

Michael was a great tour guide as we navigated Auckland. He was a very good driver and very patient with all of us as we asked many questions. He provided tons of information about Auckland using wit and humor and a great story telling style. It was a very nice morning.

Michael the tour guide crams so much into just four hours, his passion for Auckland really shows through, and is highly knowledgeable. The tour bus is modern and very clean, and you can be picked up from your hotel and dropped back off in the town or surrounding areas. The commentary on the tour was very informative and delivered with good humour. Michael was saying that he is looking to retire soon, so make tlsure you do this tour while you have the chance!

If you only do one tour in Auckland, this is the one! We saw and learned so much in under 4 hours. Michael, our guide, was so informative and had a great sense of humour. He was an excellent driver, very accommodating and very friendly. As it is a small group, you get to visit spots the large tour buses don't. The van was very clean and comfortable with large windows providing an excellent view. Definitely a 5+* tour.
