Our tour guide Jim was awesome!!! He knew historical, geographical and cultural history of the area. He shared a great deal about the waterfalls history that we visited. This trip was one of the best we’ve been on! The waterfalls after the rains were magnificent! The falls were powerful. We went to several and they were beautiful and different. The ride up along the Columbia River was pretty scenic too. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour, especially if Jim is your guide.

This tour was amazing with beautiful waterfalls and Oregon trivia! My working team of collogues had a 3-day meeting in Portland. We booked a private tour, just the driver and 9 of us. I grew up in Oregon and moved away at 45yo, none of my colleges were from Oregon. Our guide shared some great tips about Portland and a load of Oregon trivia. I was surprised, I learned many things about Oregon I didn't already know. Definitely worth the experience even if you are from Oregon.

Breathtaking scenery and our tour guide, Adam, was so helpful and knowledgeable. He picked us up at a hotel that was easy to get to from our AirBnb. And he dropped us off at Powell's City of Books, which was our next destination for the day. This tour was one of the top highlights of our trip to Portland!

Looking at the waterfalls and learning how the gorge was formed. We also learned about the different trees and vegetation.

First off… Our guide Jim was TOPS!!!! Accommodating, knowledgeable, sense of humor, everything you want in a tour guide!! We were picked up at our hotel, given a tour of Portland on our way to the Gorge. Learned so much on the way!!! THEN… the beauty of the Gorge itself!!!! Hit all the major waterfalls!!! Breathtaking!!!! Photos won’t do them justice!!! And afterwards dropped off at our eatery of choice in town!! Highly Recommend this tour!!!!!

Very good half day tour. Saw a lot without too much walking. The guide, Ryan was very professional, and informative. At the end of the tour upon return to Portland he also gave us some restaurant recommendations. I made the tour reservation at the last minute (the night before), and when I called the tour operator at 9PMish to confirm, the owner answered, and offered to pick me up at my hotel, and gave me the driver's cell number. Excellent service, good tour.

Our guide,Ryan, was knowledgeable about the beautiful gorge and waterfalls. He even showed us a secret waterfall. He was accommodating to take photos of our group and very nice to the person in our group with special needs. Water and snacks were provided which was nice. Ryan found a great spot for us to eat our picnic lunch that we brought. The Vista House is closed Tu-Th so we couldn’t go inside but a gorgeous view from the bldg. Our driver,Jim, was also knowledgeable about Portland. We all enjoyed the tour!

Our guide was as great as the wonderful tour! We had Ryan and sadly this is his last season so hopefully you get a chance to have him as your guide before his next venture. Booking was easy and I called to confirm because I get a little weary booking through 3rd party sites but so far haven't had any issues booking through trip advisor. I was contacted on the morning of to confirm pickup location and time and he showed up right when he said he was. The bus was cool on a hot day and had plenty of room for our group. We had maybe 2-3 empty seats, so it was a nice size group. We had enough time at each stop to walk to the falls if needed, take a few pictures, look around, and then head back to the bus. I didn't feel rushed at all. We had a couple in our group who always went a little too far away and we found ourselves waiting a little for them here and there, but Ryan made sure to keep us on track. We had an Airbnb, so we paid for parking, and he made sure to get us there on time. If you have any questions on anything, just call them! They won our vote because of their response time. I planned this trip months ago (even had a parking spot through spot hero reserved) and everything went smoothly! Once we saw the crowds at the falls and the no parking, we didn't regret booking this tour one bit. From driving the curvy roads to getting dropped off at the front of each fall this was the best choice we made! Highly recommend!

Our guide TJ was so very knowledgeable, had great energy, told fun stories and was incredibly nice! I learned so much from the experience and saw some breathtaking waterfalls. It was a great time! I'm definitely recommending this tour to friends and family!

Our trip was great! the group was fun and engaging and we made new friends! The vehicle was roomy and comfortable, and TJ had a headset that worked well in the van for everyone to hear. The locations we went to were beautiful and TJ shared fun facts, camping stories of the area knowledge. He even showed us some of the wild vegetation that is edible. The half day trip was more like a full day trip but we all had a balst!

The guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the area. He was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful scenery.
