Carlos was a fantastic and very knowledgeable guide. The bikes were in great condition and we had a really enjoyable half day exploring the south part of the city. Would recommend to anyone coming to BA!

The guide was personable and knowledgeable. There was a lot of native food- no need for dinner. The ride was flat: if you can walk and keep your bike steady during the brief times when we had to go on a road, you will be fine.

Carlos was a great guide. Speaks English and is very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Buenos Aires. We tried Empanadas, Mate tea and enjoyed lunch as well! It’s a great introduction to Buenos Aires. We went back to some places that we had visited on the tour to further explore! Thanks again!

Our guide was the best…perfect blend of informative while very entertaining and fun. Good mix of biking, sightseeing, history and food. Fairly flat..maybe a few small hills out of the entire half day…so fairly leisurely pace. The meeting spot is actually inside a parking garage…so give yourself time to find it. Our party of 4 loved it and would highly recommend it!

Our guide Carlos gave us a very good inside in the life, food, politics and history of Buenos Aires and Argentina. We had a leisurely ride stopping regularly. Carlos also surprised us with a Mate (national drink, tea made and shared in a special way) and cookies break. We took in the atmosphere of la Boca and il Caminito where we had a snack on delicious Empanadas. Lunch by the river in Puerto Madero was a tasty lunch in a very relaxed way. My husband, friends who joined us and I highly recommend this bike tour outfit.

We had a great ride and many enlightening conversations with Carlos during the trip that will help us plan the next few days in BA. The tour delivered a great mix of history and information about how the city is always evolving. Highly recommend as a first thing to do on arrival in this amazing city. Great for riders with little experience - almost 100% bike lanes or park paths. Drivers gave our bikes lots of room.

Fantastic and fun tour with the best guide ever! We have taken quite a few tours during our month in South America and this one was the most enjoyable and informative. We highly recommend Biker Street tours.

A fantastic day with Carlos visiting highlights, exploring neighborhoods, and learning about Argentinian culture, history, day-to-day life, language, and customs. The read ahead information was very helpful to be prepared for the day. The bikes were mountain/hybrid style and in fine shape. We had no problems picking them for size and Carlos helped adjust them for height to ensure comfort and safety. The briefing was short, but to the point and we were comfortable heading out. The pace is gentle and Carlos did a great job leading and signaling well in advance for slowing, stopping, and turning. Stops were well selected in locations where the noise of the city was diminished and we could dismount and gather without feeling crowded by any traffic or pedestrians. We were in the Southern section of the city, which had bike lanes and quieter streets for the most part, and rather flat. Returning into the city to our start point was a bit busy with traffic and pedestrians. We did need to ride in the busy street for about a kilometer and may give very basic riders a bit of anxiety. In our experience, the Argentinian drivers are pretty respectful of bikers, more so than in the US. Carlos is extremely capable in English, and masterful with his descriptions, explanations, and stories. I would recommend this trip and him to anyone that feels like seeing Buenos Aires up close and personal.

We were late. Thank you Carlos for waiting. We read all the messages and left our hotel with plenty of time to spare we thought. Uber in this city is tough to crack. Withdrawing cash is another challenge. Maps took us on a wild goose chase. Our fault entirely. For 4 1/2 hours Carlos took us on a fantastic tour. History, dancing, culture & sport. A visit to Boca Juniors the home of the feeder club for Brighton & Hove Albion. Seagulls! The birthplace of argentine tango and its origin story. All of the beautiful national buildings. Even the new neighbourhoods with their own growing stories. We learnt how to ‘take’ Mate. He taught us the etiquette and what not to do. Fascinating. I highly recommend this tour. Tonight we are off to La Brigado for dinner. So many brilliant recommendations! Thank you Carlos.

We had a great bike tour with Carlos! It ended up just being my husband and me, and we had a great ride and learned so many interesting things with Carlos. I especially liked that he shared his Mate (Argentine tea custom) with us. I also appreciated him sharing what’s happening in his country now regarding current events. We had a nice local lunch after having an empanada first! It was just a great day overall. Carlos was awesome!

This tour is a great introduction to Buenos Aires. First of all, the communication from Biker street is excellent, we knew exactly where to meet and how to get there. The company also shares via email many helpful tips for navigating the city. Biking is a good way to visit the sights here. Carlos taught us so much about the city and Argentina. We learned about the origins of the tango, how to make and share matte and all about football in Agentina. We tried delicious local food and toured several different neighborhoods. Thank you Carlos for a wonderful day and for recommending Cadore gelatto (not that we needed to eat anymore but it was amazing!).

Carlos is an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide. He taught ius how to make and share matte and introduced us to local favorite foods. We explored several different neighborhoods, learned about the founding of the city, the emergence and importance of Argentinian football and the birth of the Tango. Our guide was Carlos who was fantastic and made this tour very enjoyable. The ride was accurately described as gentle slopes and as a family of 5 adults, we were able to ride comfortably while taking in the sights. Carlos managed the ride really well and we had stops aligned to drink and understand the origins of mate (the traditional Argentinian drink), starter and lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and recommend it highly. Fantastic!

I had the pleasure of attending both tours (north and south half day tours) on two different days and wow, that didn’t disappoint! Great overview of the city in limited time. - The perfect way to experience Buenos Aires..! There’s a reason this tour company has so many great reviews! Biking around with a local (in small groups as well) in a calm pace giving time to look around and ask questions to the guide works flawlessly. The guides knows about everything and are extremely friendly,- It feels like biking around with a friend. Best bike tour I’ve ever been on! - if you look for a local experience, look no further! I can highly recommend this tour company.

I had my first experience with Biker Street 6 years ago, where I did the South tour and now that I was back I had to try the North tour. It was such a fantastic and enjoyable experience that me and my boyfriend ended up doing the South tour a couple of days later. Both Carlos and Julian are fantastic hosts, they are super professional, there isn't the question they can't answer and we got to know so much about the city and the culture meanwhile having a lot of fun! Even the food experiences along the way was inforgettable! The bikes are great, and as I dane I can even say that they are better than the standard we ride in Copenhagen. Time flied and we felt so enriched afterwards - surely something we will never forget!
